I go to this location all the time, every time I drive up to the car wash I am greeted with very friendly faces. One of which is Arlene! She is always helpful and very friendly. I had an issue with my account just the other day, Arlene was on it in a flash. Without making the process feel like a hassle. She's capable of holding a conversation and has very good people skills... Made my issue feel like a lighthearted effortless conversation with a few laughs in between. Both driver side doors scratched with THOUSANDS of dollars in damages by a mechanism at this location while moving down the track, just after I had purchased my first membership. Arlene, the Mesa Drive location manager, couldn't care less, probably hoping I would eventually go away. I chased her repeatedly to get something done, and when she finally got to the end of her process said she notified her manager. No soft skills. Verbally mistreated my mother who has dementia. Submitted a ticket through the Web site specifically in relation to the damage. No response in two weeks. They could not care less. Michael was the only one at this location who bent over backwards for me. He notified me on my next visit that a mechanic came out and resolved the issue. I'm sure I'll be spending the next half year with insurance over this. Be wary of these folks. Being a membership-holding customer will not save you. Vacuums worked well. read more

Self-service car wash. No frills! $10 for basic wash, but if you want unlimited washes, it's like $20-something. Free vacuum, but they are not very powerful. , Once in a while. I swing by here just to take out my rubbish. read more

I paid $15 (the second tier option) for a wash and there were still a bunch of dead bugs and bird poop on the hood of my car. I asked if I could go through the wash again to get the bugs off the person working said "well that's why you should get the $25 membership" after I told her I'm not from the area. I had my car washed a week prior. I've never had a car wash that does not do the cheapest option complimentary if gunk is still on your car after paying for a service. I come here enough to expect the guys here trying to upsell me on a monthly subscription and my answer is always no. I have no reason other than I simply do not want to. I am being charged for the service I chose and the gentlemen asked me about 5 times why my answer is no. I was on the phone with a friend who even made a comment about how uncomfortable the interaction was between me and this man. again, I understand this job, sounds like it's based off of commission but NO is a complete sentence and should be taken as a signal to leave the topic alone. read more

I wouldn't recommend this car wash only because they do not live up to their claims when it comes to selling their subscriptions. I signed up a few years ago for $9.95 a month with a lifetime subscription. "Guaranteed not to go up." And of course that didn't happen as they've increased the price to $14.95 and now $19.95/month. therefore I canceled my subscription, and will no longer be using this car wash. It wasn't that great of service anyway as it never really cleaned my vehicle very well in the first place. . read more

Chris who says he is the assistant manager, was very rude. When I asked for the upgraded service which was approved by the manager. He kept turning around away from me. I showed him I had hearing aids and I couldn't hear him and to repeat but instead he coped an attitude . I told him the manager gave my wife an upgraded package because of all the issues with billing a few months ago. Chris didn't care and said the manager is at Gilbert now and I should go there. He said he would honor the upgrade and then said he would need to see the paperwork in person (I only had it on my phone because my wife had it.) Chris made his way to me while I was cleaning and wiping my car and he was super defensive. He had took a picture of my account with his personal cell phone and came and showed me that there were no comments in my account and that he can't just give me the upgrade. I told him he needed to update our account. I told him the manager gave it to us and he said he isn't my manager so I don't listen to him. What? Wait you are an assistant manager he is above you. Didn't matter. I told him my wife and I have been coming here for years but maybe we should look else where. He said that is fine. Losing a customer wouldn't affect him. Later the same day, I had not even talked with my son about the days events because he is in another house hold. He called and said the kid who called himself a manager was giving him grief because the car was listed wrong. It was two cars ago. He suggested maybe update his computer. He said Chris was super defensive when he went an approached him and said he was driving too fast in the parking lot. The lot is maybe 100 or 150 at full tilt you can't go fast. They cancelled my sons account because they couldn't not keep up with their account info. Don't waste your time here. Half the air hoses don't work and the vacuums barely work. Why come here when the customer service is horrible. read more

Car wash is in poor shape. The attendants are clueless, the air dryers are worthless and eight of 14 vacuums are broken. There are no air nozzles, there are signs everywhere that say don't do this or that. Ridiculous that they charge the same as others. read more

Not the best $3 car wash. The overall machinery seems a liitle less thorough, and they don't even provide the initial bug wash stuff (pre-wash). Most other $3 washes offer the pre-wash included, but it may be less thorough at some places. Here it's not offered at all (for a $3 wash). There are not enough blowers at the end so the car stays a little more wet out of the machinery. While they do have free vacuums, they lack the air dryers that many other of these types of car washes have. All else being equal and comparing relative to the many other $3 car washes out there, I have to give this 2 stars. read more

This business is horrible. My Car was damaged by there wash. They even went into the wash and grabbed my damaged part from the floor in the wash and had me fill out a fake report and made promises of emails. ABSOLUTELYnothing happened. Well My insurance company are now going after them. They are horrible if you have a car that means anything to you . Don't go here. They are rude and lie! Bunch of thieves. read more

It's a fair price for a simple wash. The customer service is good. The vacuums work. And you can buy unlimited monthly washes for cheap.

So I just needed a quick rinse and this was the closest. I read some of the reviews on Google and they were horrible. I thought to myself...well they are from last year...no. Nothing had changed since the last review. The wash itself was ok, like I said, I just wanted a quick wash...the dryers were absolutely horrible. My car looked as though it has not gone through a dryer at all. I got out of my car and used an old drying towel I keep in my trunk. I could not believe how wet my car was still! I've been through a few cheap drive-thru car washes and even those dried my car better. I won't be going here again, even if in a pinch. The prior reviews reported the vacuums don't work, but I couldn't verify this as I didn't need a vacuum. read more
