Ive been washing with these guys for a good while now with no issues. Shout out to Dave does a great job always has a good attitude and real helpful. I give it 5 stars , great place to wash your car. read more

I could not hear the attendant helping me because another attendant nearby was yelling profanities so loud while watching his sports game on his phone. It was very distracting and also not appropriate with my daughter in the car. The attendant helping me also did not give me my free car scent due to the distraction. I will not be returning read more

I've had a very frustrating experience with Raceway Express Carwash. I've visited three separate times to have my credit card information updated, and each time I was told it was handled only to find out later that it wasn't. On my most recent visit, instead of resolving the issue, I was met with a rude response from an employee who insisted that I never provided my card information, which is simply not accurate. The tone and lack of accountability were completely unacceptable. At this point, this feels like a basic operational failure combined with poor customer service. Updating billing information should be straightforward, and customers shouldn't have to repeatedly chase the same issue or be spoken to disrespectfully. I expect better professionalism and competence from a business handling recurring payments. Until this is addressed, I cannot recommend this location. read more

Just be aware that this outfit will sign you up for memberships with recurring monthly payments without informing the customer! Your receipt will have all the details on it, but they know the majority will never look at it. Your complaints about their lack of business ethics does not keep them up at night. Strongly suggest that you go elsewhere. These guys don't really care. read more

I wash my car all the time and in the past few weeks the workers seem a little scared in being themself when saying whatever they're supposed to say, i understand it's their job in telling me the memberships and whatnot but it just feels super robotic and rehearsed and less natural, i wish the employees could relax a little, other then that when they're away from the register they're more relaxed and less like they're being watched Lol. And I like that. And the place is clean and there are always towels when I go. read more

They automatically sign your credit card number up for the monthly plan! It is a $36.95 headache ! They hope you won't notice! All you do is pay for any wash , even just a one time quick wash! They secretly sign you to the monthly contract! They next thing you know you'll be paying $36.95 monthly! They demand you knew what you were doing! And they will not refund your monthly charge! "You must send a hand typed or written letter to the company! THESE ARE SCUMMY PEOPLE! Pay cash if you even dare come here! read more

Car wash is decent and gets job done. I went with the $14 wash, one level above the basic pit stop. Customer service by Jim was great-- thank you! read more

Taliesa is such a hard worker she's so nice everyone should come see her she helped me pick out the best car wash for me

Awful experience here !! I was there 3 weeks ago and they tried to sell my a membership . I declined and then they motioned me though the car wash . My fiat did not clear their tire entry and it smashed my car . I called the manager and he said there is a disclaimer that says not responsible to damage to low riders . I did not consider my fiat a low rider .. it did 1700 dollars worth of damage to my engine cradle and frame . My car now slightly shake at 70 mph . I loved love love my fiat and this place should have warned me , that my car was to small . I had no idea and shame on them for not mentioning it to me !! read more

Top wash was-top notch! Very friendly and helpful staff, got my car cleaner than other popular wash spots, comes with a goodie bag for your car, and the tracks felt more gentle on my tires! Great outcome for the price! Thank you! read more

Service with a smile. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend. I go to Gilbert and Baseline location.

I bought an unlimited membership and have used the carwash twice, two different locations. Unfortunately this location broke my driver sideview mirror housing! I had Arlene write an incident report and she was nice and I have waited 6 days for a follow-up from someone to no avail! I am getting upset! I hope they choose to resolve this like yesterday! read more

I had an issue with my membership but Robert was a great help! I decided to go ahead and renew it and just come to this location :))) Shayma (I believe that was her name!) was wonderful too! read more

We have had the monthly membership here for quite some time now. It's been great having unlimited car washes each month. I'm really going to miss this place because the state we are moving to has nothing remotely like it. read more

The staff were super cool super friendly and professional Jim left an everlasting impression I will recommend this car wash to everyone in my family thank you!! read more

You could improve service, by not allowing people to play their loud music while cleaning their vehicles, the rest of us don't want to be listening to their loud obnoxious music. It's just common sense to not do that, but that is something that is lacking nowadays. Just because of this reason I canceled my membership. read more

Drove up this am and the guy insisted on reading all the choices from a plastic card . I said "thanks but I can read" He insisted he had to go over the entire card. So I said let me out of here. He refused to allow me to go forward so I had no choice but to back up. It was difficult as cars were coming in and coming out of the bay. So I called the police that came to guide me out. This guy said he was the manager when I asked for the manager and I sincerely doubt he was. I will never go there again. High pressure sales. He also refused to guide me out safely and I had no choice but to call for help in backing out. Ridiculous way to treat customers!!!! read more

chipped paint and scratches!!!!! not a wash i will ever get again!!!! you got me so pissed avoid at all cost!!!

This is the absolute worst car wash I've been to in this area. I was running errands and just randomly picked this place since I needed a wash and it was close to sprouts. My car was dirty but nothing a wash like this shouldn't be able to handle. I have never been more disappointed after a $22 wash. My fault for picking the most expensive wash though. It completely missed an entire portion of my back bumper. I opted out of the vacuums since there was a line and I was fine with that, but now I wish I would have waited because once I noticed my car was still pretty much as dirty as it was when it went in I would have gone in to get my money back. Also still tons of water spots on the side mirror and front bumper. Total waste of money. Never again. read more

I thought this was the 3 dollar car wash. It rained so I just wanted to make car look good quick. It was now 12bucks and my car was not even clean. All dirt accumulated at the back. This doesnt happen at the superstar. Expensive and a poor job. read more

I stopped through here as it was close, trying to clean out a car after a road trip. The car still seemed somewhat dirty after running through and then the hoses for the vacuum had almost no suction, no possibility of cleaning out the car reasonably. I left and went to another more reliable previously used facility that I preferred. Not worth the money unless you are looking for a light external clean. read more

Best customer service, the employee serving is named Raymond was very nice and gave us a wash for free. Our truck looked great after the wash and it was completely free! read more

Be careful here with your credit card, staff has theft integrity issues here. Don't let them walk away with it. I'm a former Private Investigator specializing in theft detection and caught them trying to scam me red handed after I declined the VERY HARD SALE of upgrades. Always get a receipt from a sale here. Teh pre-text of "would you like a receipt" is the pre-text theft cue they will use and I caught him, red handed, looked right at him and told him. He countered with, "your wash is free sir." read more

This truck is always parked at the disabled spot without any disable placard displaced. As a disabled person when all the bays are full we can't use the disable bay. I complained to corporate office. read more

Raceway Express Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

The $8 "Basic Wash" is pretty pointless and is the equivalent of shooting a hose at your car for 30 seconds. The towels are barely damp and one of the hoses was broken. And poor customer service. read more

I just wanted my car washed, nothing fancy..but they have someone in the front soliciting if I needed the membership or upsell me.. I said no graciously but he kept on saying 'I'm wasting my money on getting that service', which I didn't appreciate.. as I was pulling out to get into the car wash, I can hear him muttering under his breath that 'she's just wasting her money'. I understand the business practice but if the customer says no to all, please don't start asserting your opinion on the customer. I have every right to 'waste my money'. In addition, this place does not have enough towels on each station.. they have the towel dispenser in ever other station, which I find annoying because you have to pretty much go in someone's station and excuse yourself to get a towel in their area. I am not going back to this particular facility. read more

I had an issue with my wash recently and immediately Maria was able to resolve the issue and did not charge me for a new was. I feel that was professional and courteous in their response. read more

gabriel was 10/10. usually when i explain i don't want to membership everyone talks to me like i am stupid, but he tried to respectfully upsell me and gave me options for if i change my mind in the future. so nice. read more

Went through this car wash and did the mid $18 car wash. Should have done the cheapest one! It was horrible, still some dirty spots on hood, mirrors were not even close to being dried so all water spotted. Back of car and windshield was not washed or dried and again still dirty and full of water spots. This was truly pathetic and an absolute wash of money!! Do not bother, save your money! read more

Amos was super helpful and kind, he was closing but took the time to let me vacuum really quick when he really didn't need to.

paid 22 for their champion wash, best I could get. after it was done went to final dry and vac the car, but their was mud still in wheel wells, on the lower door panels and the back windshield. even with the dryer it was barely dried also, water still all over. now I have to go spend money at another car wash! thanks for ripping me off. never to return. read more

Worst car wash ever. Paid $15 dollars for a wash that was not good. A lot of stuff left on our car. I would give it zero stars or negative, but the guys working there were very kind. The vacuums suck and not in a good way read more

Giving this place 2 stars because the workers being friendly. Will not be coming back as the car wash scratched my car. If you have a darker luxury car with pearl paint, do not take it here as it will ruin your paint. Do yourself a favor and wash it yourself. read more

I went in for a single car wash before a trip. The attendant came out to help me at the kiosk and said that for $1 more I could get unlimited washes for the next month. No mention of any ongoing membership or additional charges. Less than a month later they'd charged my account $35. I called to cancel and try to get a refund. They said they'd cancel, but no refund. I did sign what I thought was just a receipt for the day's carwash plus the remainder of the month. I admit that I should have paid more attention to the receipt, but feel they are practicing unethical and deceptive business practices by telling a customer they are getting one thing and then charging them for something different. read more

If I could give Quentin 10 stars I would! Extremely helpful and informative on all the different options available and took the time to be as helpful as he could. Wash was great value and happy with the end result read more

My car windows came out dirtier than before it went through the wash. They had a thin film that is difficult to clean off.

I brought my car in to get washed and asked for a $5 wash. Next day or so looked at bank account and saw that they charged me $12. I called them up and they said they didn't have a $5 wash. so why not tell me that. Turns out they have an $8 one but I wasn't told that. I am furious with them and won't go back ever! read more

I have been a member since this location opened. The car wash was very good & reasonably priced. The equipment seems to be wearing out. About 5 months ago there was a problem with the wash cycles. I wrote corp with no answer. Finally fixed after a month. Now, months later, the dryer equipment does not work on the Northside at all. I notified employee, went through a second time, no difference. If my membership was the basic 9.99 it might understand. Think it's time to cancel or change location. FYI the only way to cancel is in person. read more

Twice now, I've tried location. Both occasions, few of the vacuums work, and if they do, there is very little suction..

I hate this place, don't go here. I just bought a brand new car and it had rained so there were spots all over it. I went and got my car washed at this car wash and it left a HUGE scratch on my mirror. My car had 5 miles on it.. when I asked the employee about it they just shrugged it off and said, "well that's what you get for not washing it yourself, and being lazy and going to a car wash" I figured that it was a one off and it was a rude employee and what not so I went back, and got my car washed again. This time, I was back with my buy one get one premium wash receipt. I was a week past expired and didn't even realize it, which probably is my fault. But the way I was treated by the employee for "wasting his time" with an expired car wash was awful. He literally laughed in my face.. I just turned around and left.. I was appalled.. why are people so mean.. :( read more
