Typically, they have a deal on the premium wash for $20/mo for all the washes you want, and that's what I always select. It's really nice during summer months and rainy seasons. They take record of your license plate so you can use the members line in subsequent visits (can get through the gate w/o a team member assisting you). Your car wash account is easy to access and cancel online with a single click. You can also add vehicles to your premier membership for an additional $10/car/mo. Your membership is good at all of their Phoenix valley locations (and maybe all, but haven't tried anywhere outside of my city). I've never had any problems with the wash itself, you place your car on the track and put it in neutral and the wash does the rest. I've heard of issues in automated car washes like breaking items or scratching paint, but I've never had any events. Once through the wash, you pull into a parking spot and have access to towels/wipes, vacuums and air hoses to finish off the drying and cleaning process. Thanks Quick Quack for having all the resources to make my car sparkle!

Guess I better pack my patience or pay for a car wash somewhere else! *** Carwash entrance was blocked with signs, so no one could enter and no one knew why. Cars lined up behind me and then backed up to leave. Looks like the employees were inside the car wash with a broom and trying to get something from ceiling. I just decided to follow suite and backed up to go vacuum my car. My car actually wasn't too dirty, I just cleaned a few sticky spots from the kids and called it a day. No need for additional support. All is well, thank you for reaching out. Sure I'll be back soon, I'm in that area a fair amount.

We signed up at another Cobblestone nearby, and I've loved being able to visit any Cobblestone location to get my car cleaned whenever I want! This Cobblestone Auto Spa location is hot and new. I believe it opened just a few months ago and is even closer to us, so I've been going to this location instead of the other one, and I like it a lot more! Not only is it shiny and new, but the staff is pleasant, my car looks great every time, and the towels are always stocked. Plus, this location has almost double the vacuum bays compared to the other one, and it's less crowded. And did I mention how much closer it is to us? I haven't seen anyone getting their car detailed yet, just the self-serve, so I'm not sure if they have that option. But as soon as they do, I'm definitely trying it!

However, I must admit if you already plan to wash your car at least twice a month at one of these spots, it's worth it to just get a membership. Swung by this brand new location today after dropping my son off at daycare and I must admit, I LIKE it way more than the location in Chandler. More spacious and easy to drive into. It's also convenient that it's next door to the QT gas station. Their vacuum and wipe stations are so nice and the suction power of the vacuums are top notch here. My car feels brand new!

5-Star Experience at 5 Star Car Wash - Val Vista & Queen Creek, Gilbert, AZ…read moreI've been a member of 5 Star Car Wash for years, but my visit today reminded me why I keep coming back--and why this location deserves every bit of its five-star reputation. From the moment I pulled in at the Val Vista and Queen Creek intersection in Gilbert, the team was on point: efficient, friendly, and genuinely attentive. But the standout moment came when I needed to update my membership from my old vehicle to my new one. That's where Caleb stepped in, and let me tell you--this young man is a gem. Caleb didn't just process the change; he owned it. He walked me through the system with confidence, explained the membership tiers clearly, and even caught a detail I'd overlooked about my plan's unlimited washes. His knowledge was impressive, but what really stood out was how well-spoken and professional he was--polite without being robotic, helpful without being pushy. You could tell he actually cares about the customer experience. It's rare to meet someone so young who carries himself with that level of poise and expertise. Caleb isn't just doing a job--he's building trust, one interaction at a time. He's the kind of employee that makes you want to be a regular. The wash itself? Flawless. Spot-free rinse, powerful vacuums, clean towels, and that signature shine that lasts for days. But today, it was Caleb who turned a routine visit into a memorable one. 5 Star Car Wash didn't just clean my car--they reminded me what great service feels like.If you're in Gilbert, skip the rest and head straight to Val Vista & Queen Creek. And if you see Caleb? Tell him thanks--he's the real MVP. - Earned, not expected. Thank you, Mr.Heath

As I was pulling my car forward into the car wash and shifting into neutral, the attendant screamed at the top of his lungs with both his airpods in, " DON'T PUT CAR IN BRAKE". As if I couldn't see the flashing light signs right in front of my face.... I then went to dry my car and noticed all these squiggly scratch marks over my car. The vacuum, was also broken with a towel over it, and I was so sad. I really enjoyed coming to this location before, but this really ruined the overall atmosphere. I understand having a bad day, but the scratches and broken utilities really were below my expectations.

They had a self spray wash, self vacuum and drive through car wash option. I decided to use the drive through car wash basic that was $8. They started out with a prewash. They pre washed it more than other places I have been to in the past. I preceded to drive through the car wash. They did have two men that dried the cars off. I usually just dry that car myself. I liked that upgrade. I also asked for a vacuum cleaning coin. The coin was for 4 minutes so I suggest you have everything organized before putting the coin in. It came with my $8 car wash. I would give this location 5 stars but the vacuum cleaner suction was very weak. I think it would be a great value if the vacuum cleaners were stronger.
