I came here on a Tuesday at 7pm and I could not be more disappointed. I previously really enjoyed coming here, but was met with unpleasant service/customer service. As I was pulling my car forward into the car wash and shifting into neutral, the attendant screamed at the top of his lungs with both his airpods in, " DON'T PUT CAR IN BRAKE". As if I couldn't see the flashing light signs right in front of my face.... I then went to dry my car and noticed all these squiggly scratch marks over my car. The vacuum, was also broken with a towel over it, and I was so sad. I really enjoyed coming to this location before, but this really ruined the overall atmosphere. I understand having a bad day, but the scratches and broken utilities really were below my expectations. read more

Damaged my vehicle. Showed them the damage immediately. Filled out proper paperwork. Took them over a month to then deny the damage. Dealt directly with Stephanie Maldonado in claims who is completely incompetent. Hands down worst experience ever with a company who was 100 percent in the wrong. They WILL damage your vehicle and deny the claim. read more

I love sitting at the gates and hitting the help button for 15 minutes while cars pile up behind me. Its 5pm 5/18/26 and nobody apparently works here. I had to ask cars behind me to backup. Why do i pay monthly for this trash? read more

When I was in the area, I saw this Super Star Car Wash and had to stop by as I have a monthly membership. Easy to pull in, and great car wash for the price of a monthly membership. If I'm in the area, I'll stop by this car wash as the quality of the wash is worth it to me. read more

I would not recommend this location, there was a car in front of me in the carwash that they did not put on the track correctly so when we went in the car wash, their car stopped, causing for them not to be able to go forward and push my car into their car. Was told by the assistant manager Caleb don't worry this isn't your fault. I'll send it to corporate and they'll call you to help take care of the damage months later still no call and Caleb is no longer at this location. read more

Car wash wasn't open. I'm not sure if it's temporary or closed for good. It's the closest touchless washes around to me so it's too bad it wasn't open when I went. read more

I got a decent car wash here, the actual wash wasn't the issue. They have the free vacuums and air at this location as well. However, the man working here was so pressuring!! He wanted me to sign up for some expensive subscription plan that didn't even financially make sense. Why would I pay $40 a month for unlimited car washes when I only go every 3 months? Strange. The staff is MUCH nicer at the Riggs & Val Vista location by Basha High School. I will go there next time, even though it's a little bit longer of a drive. read more

NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! I got myself one of those rude pushy helper/sales people. Guy at the main entrance terminal asked if I wanted the monthly pass deal, I told him no I'm good, but this is one of those "I won't take NO for an answer" kind of guys, he kept going on and on and I told him no again, at that point he became extremely rude and very combative. Is this how these "attendants" being trained at this place, sell our monthly pass at any cost? Worst car wash customer service ever. Sounds like this is standard practice at this place (See link below for a similar review at Yelp from another customer), with so many car washes around the area, you would think they would be trying their best to keep you coming here, why would anyone reading this want to keep coming here? 5-Star Experience at 5 Star Car Wash - Val Vista & Queen Creek, Gilbert, AZ I've been a member of 5 Star Car Wash for years, but my visit today reminded me why I keep coming back--and why this location deserves every bit of its five-star reputation. From the moment I pulled in at the Val Vista and Queen Creek intersection in Gilbert, the team was on point: efficient, friendly, and genuinely attentive. But the standout moment came when I needed to update my membership from my old vehicle to my new one. That's where Caleb stepped in, and let me tell you--this young man is a gem. Caleb didn't just process the change; he owned it. He walked me through the system with confidence, explained the membership tiers clearly, and even caught a detail I'd overlooked about my plan's unlimited washes. His knowledge was impressive, but what really stood out was how well-spoken and professional he was--polite without being robotic, helpful without being pushy. You could tell he actually cares about the customer experience. It's rare to meet someone so young who carries himself with that level of poise and expertise. Caleb isn't just doing a job--he's building trust, one interaction at a time. He's the kind of employee that makes you want to be a regular. The wash itself? Flawless. Spot-free rinse, powerful vacuums, clean towels, and that signature shine that lasts for days. But today, it was Caleb who turned a routine visit into a memorable one. 5 Star Car Wash didn't just clean my car--they reminded me what great service feels like.If you're in Gilbert, skip the rest and head straight to Val Vista & Queen Creek. And if you see Caleb? Tell him thanks--he's the real MVP. - Earned, not expected. Thank you, Mr.Heath read more

Rico really helped us with a credit card issue we were having. Love this location. Thank you!

Great place to wash your car they have towels for you to dry your car at the end to get all the water spots off for detailing, air for your tires, air for inside of your car vacuums with great section this is all included in your wash price so no extra fees. Also they give you a moist cloth for inside your car and an air freshener. I have to say Wilbur is amazing, an amazing employee. We have a number of cars, and he helped us get monthly car washes for all he went above and beyond, great customer service. Not pushy just truly genuine.. Thank you Wulbur... read more

Super star has good service & is always helpful! free car fresheners and dash wipes are nice too.

Great customer service and super friendly staff!! From the start, a very nice gentleman helped me pick the wash that was perfect for me. I would highly recommend this location for anyone who wants a clean car, inside and out! read more

Stopped here to meet management at this location to discuss business and while I was waiting I decided to vacuum out my vehicle. The vacuums work really well. It was raining out so, there was no need to wash my vehicle. They had plenty of drying towels in the towel holders which was nice, as I used them to wipe down the inside of my vehicle. The guy who works here was extremely pleasant as he kept me up to date on the ETA of Management which was really nice of him! I noticed that this car wash has a free floor mat machine where you're able to wash your mats for free.( for customers). This is a game changer as other establishments don't offer this service. I'd return to this location if ever in the area again as this location seemed well organized and clean. They also have bathrooms which is another perk if you have the kiddies with you or even for yourself If you're into using public restrooms. Easy to locate and plenty of stalks for vacuuming and cleaning out your vehicle read more

Wash was crazy good adam helped me out hella he the man. This guy deserves a raise was rolling up and there he was telling me how most customer go with the unlimited plan and how it helps save me money . The experience was the best I have had at any superstar in Arizona definitely will be driving 30 minutes to this location again. I came in asking for a basic wash and he showed the reasons to go for the best wash and got me on a unlimited deal gonna start saving tons of money read more

Most Pristine wash I've ever had. Took my car home after off-roading for a few days and it was CAKED in dirt and mud. The associate told me to get the super protect wash and in less than a minute, all of the dirt was gone and my car looked fresh. The associate's name was Willard's or Wilson or something. He was a chill guy and even helped me find the closest full service location so I could get the interior done. 10/10 service and W wash. read more

I had a good experience here. Quick and easy car wash. Their wipe off towels smell a bit moldy so don't wipe the inside of your car.

Location is going down hill fast, no air hoses, long waits for employees to man entrance, they are too busy talking to others on side of building... towels are always low or out.... Going Ghetto ... won't visit location again Not even worth one star read more

I don't appreciate how this place pressured my 16 year old minor daughter into buying a monthly package using her teen debit card. She felt so pressured she finally just said yes finally. Luckily Gen Z is smart enough to know how to cancel the membership while going through the car wash. I took my car here once and got my first scratch on my new cars mirror. All in all, avoid this place! read more

I got a wash today and Kaleb and Emil were very helpful the whole experience, I always enjoy coming to this car wash

The sales pitch for the monthly subscription is exhausting at this point. Every time I go I have to listen to a hard sell for a monthly plan? Give it a rest. I just want to get a wash and not have to justify why I'm not interested to a 16y/o kid. News flash guys,I'm aware of the subscription and if I want it I'll initiate it. It's really, really tiring. read more

This was the third car wash I visited this morning and the only one open when it was supposed to be. Met the new manager and he was extremely helpful and friendly. I do come here with my other vehicle, and I've always had positive interactions with their staff, all very kind. Car wash itself does what it needs to and always plenty of clean towels to use. Vacuums are another plus because they actually work. read more

very nice people working at this car wash. Always damn towels to finish the job and great vacuums that work awesome.

No complaints. Good wash and dry. Plenty of towels and the workers were friendly today! Super busy.

It's not a no-touch car wash, and does not advertise itself to be such. Lots of spinny brushes and flopping fabric strips. Seems to do a good job (beware your antenna!). They have a monthly subscription plan for unlimited washes, or you can just pay-as-you-go. I'm not obsessed with a shiny car, so I only wash it (usually myself) every few months. Not particularly better than any other car wash, but "A-OK". read more

Went there around 7pm today, I have the unlimited but just got a new license plate so I needed to switch that over. There was only one guy working the wash and he told me where to park and that he would give me a new sticker. I parked where he told me and started washing my car, it didn't take me too long only around 5-10 min and I didn't have much time. It also wasn't too busy and he was just standing there the whole time with his headphones in while I cleaned my car. Never once communicated with me that he was going to get me a new sticker. Just stood there. Finally when I was done I waved to him and I know he saw me, he literally just turned around and disappeared. I waited in my car for a couple minutes and just ended up leaving. I left dissatisfied with the costumer service and no new sticker. read more

First time I went here the ceramic wash did well. I've been back and it seems that when you pay for the ceramic coating, it isn't actually added to the wash. First time I could tell it was on the car, very polished looking and smooth, other three times the car felt like a standard wash was performed. I also don't like that that they don't spray the car down with water prior to entering the wash. First stage is soap and scrubbing the dirt on the read more

This is one of their newest locations. The facilities are clean and sparkling. The brushes within the wash tunnel are strong, that one of my windshield wipers flew off! (I was able to retrieve it and and put it back on. ) They hand you complimentary wet disposable cloth to wipe down the interior of your car but mine left a moldy smell, so sniff prior to thinking about using them! :) Besides the pushy salesman at the entrance, I was pleased with my experience and the through wash my vehicle received. read more

My experience was the same as anothers, go in to get a wash, a young guy runs up and says they are running a special for $5. He failed to mention he signed me up for a monthly plan, only finding out when I got the charge this morning. I know my family with five cars won't be returning to this establishment. If a shady employee is willing to lie to your face, then putting a credit card skimmer on the equipment to rip you off is probably not out if the question either. read more

I would give negative stars if I could, the general manager came out and starts cussing within minutes of interaction after employee was helping. Their employee added two vehicles to my account and then he said "this bull**** isn't allowed, who did this" and continues to argue when I told him to figure it out. He walked away and then refused service when I was going to PAY for a car wash. Absolutely trash of a place and customer service. The GENERAL MANAGER should have a better attitude when dealing with customers. read more
