Brought me car to this car wash for the first time. The brush broke every clip on my spoiler and ripped out my back up camera. There was no previous damage to me car before entering the car wash now I have upwards of $500 of damage and the owner refuses to take any accountability. Told me that This happens more than once a month and to buy parts off eBay and he wouldn't replace the parts with OEM because it was to expensive. read more

Received great service today from Elloyd and Adrian athe the Cobblestone Auto Spa on Warner and McQueen. I went in to get the 6 washes for 4 special and the computer couldn't find the Promotion but Adrian and his partner overrode the system to make sure I got a free wash this time around. The next time you need to wash I highly recommend you come up to cobblestone auto spa. You won't be disappointed! read more

As my husband and I were pulling up to the car wash we remembered that we had some weeds and other landscaping debris in the bed of our truck. We let the worker know, expecting him to allow us to back out and pull around without getting a car wash. However, the Cobblestone employee jumped in the bed of the truck and removed all the waste from the back of the truck! We were THRILLED and so grateful! AMAZING customer service! read more

Probably the best service I've ever experienced at any express cobblestone. While drying my vehicle off, the GM, Jesse, was kind enough to introduce himself as he was restocking towels and such. I can't say I've ever been approached by a team member to say hi. Thanks, Jessie! read more

This is the best exterior car wash subscription type place I've ever been to. Vacuums, Air, dry towels and the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. read more

Love this location which is only 1 mile from my home. Great wash everytime!! Towel service is in point always ready at every vacuum station. Thanks!!! read more

I like this car wash! I have a full size truck and it's black. Need I say more lol. Works great for me and the staff is neat, friendly and helpful. THE BESt VACUUMS! Easy access for me and close to work. I usually come once a week, so it's worth the $19.99 @month read more

I have been coming here for awhile now and today, I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had and will never be coming back again. They said it was my fault for running into the people before me. The car in front was completely stopped and I kept going after I was in N and was directed onto the belt. They said there was no belt malfunction and said I must of been in drive, who is he to say what I did and didn't do. The GM was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Don't come here unless you would like to have scratches on your vehicle/ be accused of doing something you didn't do. read more

I've been going here for a couple of months with my new black car. After the first couple of washes I noticed little scratches but I thought I was imagining it. Then after another wash I saw more scratches. Once looking at some of the reviews, it's true after all!!! Don't come here unless you want scratches on your vehicle. read more

Please stay away from this car wash. The strong force from their dryer damaged my car. The men who work at this location named Nick and Adrian lied when we tried to contact the corporate office. The GM Shawn never returned my calls as well. This company is not reasonable and will make up lies to cover their own butt. You've been warned, use at your own risk. read more

We ran across them while visiting my daughter from Florida. Great wash and great friendly service!

They keep charging my debit card after cancelling several times! It took 3 months before corporate finally refunded me, but they eventually did make it right. read more

Courtney is awesome and she backed up what I was told on the first visit - which was try out the unlimited wash pass and if you don't like it we will refund your money. I bought one of the $29 unlimited wash passes when Cobblestone opened on McQueen and Cooper. I only used it twice during the free 2 month period and just noticed today that my bank account had been charged $29 since the free 2 month period had ended. This was not a good purchase for me as I rarely used it and since Cobblestone doesn't do the interior my car was dirtier on the inside than normal. I went back to Cobblestone and requested a refund of the $29 monthly fee and they GAVE it back to me!!! Thats awesome customer service!!! Thank you Courtney! read more

I paid about $35 for a full service wash. When car was "finished" I looked inside and it was still covered in dirt and dog hair. I asked them to clean more and they did and apologized, but it wasn't much better. It had been almost an hour of waiting so I just took the car and left. When I got home I found all kinds of trash still under my seats. (Coffee cups, and large, easy to see pieces of trash). These people pay no attention to detail and do not do a good job. Do not waste your money. read more

Terrible customer service. We will take our two monthly memberships elsewhere as we cannot take any more damage to our vehicles . Read the reviews people, I wish I would have. read more

This is a newer cobblestone over off McQueen and warner in Gilbert. The service was amazing, the employees very thorough and altogether a very clean and good priced car wash. read more

My first experience with this car wash turned out to be a great experience! My first time in a self service just about was my last time. Then there was Nick! He was so patient with me. That says a lot about him and his customer service was exceptional. He checked on me to make sure everything went smoothly for me. I will be going back for sure. Thank you Nick!! read more

This is a horrible car wash. The cars do not come clean. One of the most overpriced car washes for what you actually get. Typically when you spend 30 bucks on a car wash you get pre wash, wheel cleaning, and a car that actually comes out clean. read more

My crossover definitely needed a wash after traveling from Cali to AZ. Took off all the dirt, but splatters, couple birds I hit. A worker named Marcus, really helpful and friendly. Amazing service! read more

Got my car washed and it definitely wasn't that great of a wash. The thing that upset me is it rained that very same day (rain was not in the weather forecast for this day) and when I went back the next day they wouldn't let me get another wash like all the other cobblestones do. They said the "express" cobblestones don't honor that rule like others. Well thanks for informing me, you just lost a customer that washes his car 1-2's a week. read more

Garbage. Paid for a full wash and vac got half that. Water spot in the jams. Streaks on the windows. Asked the manager to remove the spots from the jams and when he wiped them and they didn't come off turned to me and said they were spots that wouldn't come off due to the minerals in the water and then said they must have been there for a long time and refused to do anything about it! When I asked him what he thought would fix it proceeded to tell me I'd need a full detail for $325!!! Absolutely not. Won't ever be back. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

Be aware that this location will no longer wash duallies. I have been through several times before but was told today it won't fit in their tracks (they don't have tracks so not sure how that is possible). I like cobblestone but will use other locations for all my vehicles. read more

Nick and Nels are the dynamic duo! I pulled into the car wash because I had a piece of metal wrapped around my tire. Nick came over to ask if I needed help. I showed him my tire and he proceeded to crawl under the car on the extremely hot pavement and pull the metal off. Nels was kind enough to offer me a super cold bottle of water which was very much needed. Even though I didn't get a car wash that day those guys didn't hesitate to help. I will be back for a car wash soon. Great to have you guys in the community! read more

This place recently opened and its amazing..great place to wash your car.!! Go unlimited on the washes best way to keep your car clean.

Super annoyed. I got a full detail for my car because I was giving it to my sister. Quoted four hours to complete the service. I had a really busy day and this was going to put me in a bind, but could barely fit it in. So now It has already been five hours and they just said it's going to take about 20 more minutes. If I had known it was going to take so much longer, I would not have done it. Completely messed up my afternoon. They do a great job, but they really need to be accurate on their time quote. read more
