I now just do the $3 wash and once in a while they'll give me a cloth if the guy in front of me declines it.

On my most recent visit, instead of resolving the issue, I was met with a rude response from an employee who insisted that I never provided my card information, which is simply not accurate. The tone and lack of accountability were completely unacceptable. At this point, this feels like a basic operational failure combined with poor customer service. Updating billing information should be straightforward, and customers shouldn't have to repeatedly chase the same issue or be spoken to disrespectfully. I expect better professionalism and competence from a business handling recurring payments. Until this is addressed, I cannot recommend this location.

This campus is smaller than our Signal Butte location yet familiar. Score today I deducted a star from my rating today for the tunnel entrance employee who was preoccupied with another employee as we were trying to line up on the track. We managed w/o his assistance. My other deduction was for the exit blowers that failed to remove the water from the roof and rear window. Time to make an adjustment. I had some cosmetic damage to my car from a…read moreleaky pipe in the parking garage where I work, and I went to Scott to see if a detailing would take care of it or if the panel needed to be completely repainted. He took out his power washer and buffer on the spot and got almost all of it off right then and there in about 5 minutes, then explained what it would take to really get the rest of the staining off, with a decent quote to do the whole car. I had the property manager of my work building call him to pay for the service, then Scott got me scheduled on a weekend, picked up my car first thing in the morning, drove it to his shop for the job, and drove it back when he was done. He was very communicative and honest, quick to respond to my texts, and knows his stuff. When he brought my car back looking almost brand new, I fell in love with her all over again. Scott walked me through everything he did, recommended how to keep it looking nice, also pointed out how the paint on the hood is beginning to suffer some micro cracks from this awful heat and what to do about it. He also noted an oily residue on the engine that he couldn't completely get rid of and advised I might want to ask a mechanic about it just in case. Scott does good work, he's easy to talk to, punctual, and knows what he's doing. For the work he did and in this kind of heat, I'd say it would be worth every penny even if I'd been spending it myself. I'm going to want to have this done again next year, I know that for sure. Promptly greeted and asked if I wanted to buy a membership. I declined and got the best wash. Car went in smooth and came out clean. The car behind me was pretty close when I was getting my car back u into drive, so maybe space cars out a bit more in case. Used the free vacuums and hand towels after. My car was clean. Unfortunately, the website was down at the time, so I wasn't able to cancel right away. It has been 8 hours and I still am not able to cancel- the website is still down for "maintenance." I later found out that several of my neighbors have had similar experiences. I would strongly recommend that customers carefully review all options on the payment screen and that the business improve transparency around membership enrollment and cancellation.

Then today I go in there, I walk in and without glancing at the register I stop at the front to look at some lemonades I had never seen before and decide I wanted a Powerade so I head to back and this dude b lines it back there , he's wearing regular clothes so I thought he was a customer at first, he is pretending to look at alcohol, it really just seemed like I was planning on stealing and was watching me how he came to the very back of the store and was just fiddling with stuff. Which I'm not sure why he'd assume that. Anyway i grab my drink and have to go up front and I'm looking around trying to see where the person working is. He walks up from behind me and is talking to me in some condescending tone like he prevented me from stealing or something.
