As my husband and I were pulling up to the car wash we remembered that we had some weeds and other landscaping debris in the bed of our truck. We let the worker know, expecting him to allow us to back out and pull around without getting a car wash. I went in to get the 6 washes for 4 special and the computer couldn't find the Promotion but Adrian and his partner overrode the system to make sure I got a free wash this time around. I have been coming here for awhile now and today, I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had and will never be coming back again. They said it was my fault for running into the people before me. The car in front was completely stopped and I kept going after I was in N and was directed onto the belt. They said there was no belt malfunction and said I must of been in drive, who is he to say what I did and didn't do. The GM was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Don't come here unless you would like to have scratches on your vehicle/ be accused of doing something you didn't do. read more

Please stay away from this car wash. The strong force from their dryer damaged my car. The men who work at this location named Nick and Adrian lied when we tried to contact the corporate office. Courtney is awesome and she backed up what I was told on the first visit - which was try out the unlimited wash pass and if you don't like it we will refund your money. I bought one of the $29 unlimited wash passes when Cobblestone opened on McQueen and Cooper. I only used it twice during the free 2 month period and just noticed today that my bank account had been charged $29 since the free 2 month period had ended. This was not a good purchase for me as I rarely used it and since Cobblestone doesn't do the interior my car was dirtier on the inside than normal. I went back to Cobblestone and requested a refund of the $29 monthly fee and they GAVE it back to me!!! Thats awesome customer service!!! Thank you Courtney! read more

I paid about $35 for a full service wash. When car was "finished" I looked inside and it was still covered in dirt and dog hair. I asked them to clean more and they did and apologized, but it wasn't much better. It had been almost an hour of waiting so I just took the car and left. When I got home I found all kinds of trash still under my seats. (Coffee cups, and large, easy to see pieces of trash). These people pay no attention to detail and do not do a good job. Got my car washed and it definitely wasn't that great of a wash. The thing that upset me is it rained that very same day (rain was not in the weather forecast for this day) and when I went back the next day they wouldn't let me get another wash like all the other cobblestones do. They said the "express" cobblestones don't honor that rule like others. Well thanks for informing me, you just lost a customer that washes his car 1-2's a week. read more

Garbage. Paid for a full wash and vac got half that. Water spot in the jams. Streaks on the windows. Asked the manager to remove the spots from the jams and when he wiped them and they didn't come off turned to me and said they were spots that wouldn't come off due to the minerals in the water and then said they must have been there for a long time and refused to do anything about it! When I asked him what he thought would fix it proceeded to tell me I'd need a full detail for $325!!! Absolutely not. Won't ever be back. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

Be aware that this location will no longer wash duallies. I have been through several times before but was told today it won't fit in their tracks (they don't have tracks so not sure how that is possible). I like cobblestone but will use other locations for all my vehicles. read more

Nick and Nels are the dynamic duo! I pulled into the car wash because I had a piece of metal wrapped around my tire. Nick came over to ask if I needed help. I showed him my tire and he proceeded to crawl under the car on the extremely hot pavement and pull the metal off. Nels was kind enough to offer me a super cold bottle of water which was very much needed. Even though I didn't get a car wash that day those guys didn't hesitate to help. Super annoyed. I got a full detail for my car because I was giving it to my sister. Quoted four hours to complete the service. I had a really busy day and this was going to put me in a bind, but could barely fit it in. So now It has already been five hours and they just said it's going to take about 20 more minutes. If I had known it was going to take so much longer, I would not have done it. Completely messed up my afternoon. They do a great job, but they really need to be accurate on their time quote. read more
