On my most recent visit, instead of resolving the issue, I was met with a rude response from an employee who insisted that I never provided my card information, which is simply not accurate. The tone and lack of accountability were completely unacceptable. At this point, this feels like a basic operational failure combined with poor customer service. Updating billing information should be straightforward, and customers shouldn't have to repeatedly chase the same issue or be spoken to disrespectfully. I expect better professionalism and competence from a business handling recurring payments. Until this is addressed, I cannot recommend this location.

Score today I deducted a star from my rating today for the tunnel entrance employee who was preoccupied with another employee as we were trying to line up on the track. We managed w/o his assistance. My other deduction was for the exit blowers that failed to remove the water from the roof and rear window. Time to make an adjustment. I had some cosmetic damage to my car from a…read moreleaky pipe in the parking garage where I work, and I went to Scott to see if a detailing would take care of it or if the panel needed to be completely repainted. He took out his power washer and buffer on the spot and got almost all of it off right then and there in about 5 minutes, then explained what it would take to really get the rest of the staining off, with a decent quote to do the whole car. I had the property manager of my work building call him to pay for the service, then Scott got me scheduled on a weekend, picked up my car first thing in the morning, drove it to his shop for the job, and drove it back when he was done. He was very communicative and honest, quick to respond to my texts, and knows his stuff. When he brought my car back looking almost brand new, I fell in love with her all over again. Scott walked me through everything he did, recommended how to keep it looking nice, also pointed out how the paint on the hood is beginning to suffer some micro cracks from this awful heat and what to do about it. He also noted an oily residue on the engine that he couldn't completely get rid of and advised I might want to ask a mechanic about it just in case. Scott does good work, he's easy to talk to, punctual, and knows what he's doing. For the work he did and in this kind of heat, I'd say it would be worth every penny even if I'd been spending it myself. I'm going to want to have this done again next year, I know that for sure. There were towels available, but the free vacuums barely worked and had almost no suction. On top of that, none of the trash cans had bags in them, making the entire facility feel neglected and poorly maintained. It's frustrating to be paying for a membership when basic services and amenities aren't even usable. What made the experience worse was seeing an employee focused on selling memberships instead of addressing the obvious issues around the property. The priority should be maintaining the facility and creating a positive experience that actually makes customers want to sign up. Overall, this visit was extremely disappointing and felt like a waste of money. I hope management takes steps to address these issues and improve the quality of service at this location.

He walks up from behind me and is talking to me in some condescending tone like he prevented me from stealing or something.
