Do not shop at cobblestone Auto spa , the management does not return complaints. Had some young punk down there at the pay booth when you pay for your car at the location at Cave Creek and 101. Got really mouthy with me when I asked him I don't need any help then I asked for his manager manager didn't do anything I asked him to step away he continuing standing there in front of my car mouthing off.... Why the manager was talking to me the young punk was standing behind the manager just smiling like it was a joke. Do not take your cars here very unprofessional I don't need a mouthy punk to tell me I must be having a bad day. I told him to get away from my truck go sweep the parking lot or something and he starts laughing and giggling and smart enough to me again he's lucky he didn't pick up his teeth. I take very good care of my car. It is parked in my garage at home or if I'm at work in an underground garage. The hood is now scratched up because of the machines here. The guy we showed it to said it couldn't be their machines cause the scratches don't match how their machines move and the roof of my car wasn't scratched. I shouldn't be surprised I'm sure it's part of their job to deny responsibility in situations like these. You'll end up paying a minimum of $37 and you'll still have to ask the employees to vacuum the car. I have gone to this place many times and felt fine with the result. However, the last time I went, there was nobody outside to take the ticket order for my wash. I had to call the store to ask for someone to come out and help me. Then, when I got my car after it was done, there was still spills on the steering wheel and door and hair all over the car from my dog. I was super disappointed and didn't have time to go back and get it redone. Not to mention, I was the only car there getting washed and the inside cleaned and they took like no time to finish the job and now I know why! I started going to this Cobblestone when it first opened. At first they had plenty of soap lots of water and plenty of clean dry towels. The attendant would pre-spray both sides of the vehicle. The towels were always fresh and dry. It was the best thing ever for $3.00 basic. Then later it became $5.00 for a basic wash with less soap less water and damp towels. The dryer does not even blow dry the Vehicle. This is why the towels are always damp when one tries to dry their vehicle. Now, I went today and the Basic is car wash is $6.00! What a scam! Less water, less soap, more wet towels and not to mention the quality of the wash. IF I WERE YOU STOP GOING TO COBBLESTONE AND FIND SOME OTHER CAR WASH THAT DOES NOT SKIMP ON WATER,SOAP, AND TOWELS. Great experience! Immediately serviced, talked through oil change options, and car needs. The tech who helped me was able to present options based on my goals for service. I wasn't pressured at all. He called out what wasn't necessary, which I appreciated. Went into pay and joined the club and got an immediate discount. The service also comes with a free car wash and vacuuming. I asked my son where does he go get his car washed? He mentioned that this is the last place he took his car to. He thought they did a good job. So I thought I would try. The exterior the car was still dirty. But I couldn't tell because of the low light in the reception car area. But immediately I saw how all the surfaces in the inside of my car was still dirty. Dust and fingerprints make up. What have you around the hand whole areas and entire dashboard still has dust on it. I started wiping it down myself, and the employees saw me. They quickly walked away. I tried talking to Wen, but he pretended not to speak English. I could've swore. He just tendered my car to me and spoke English to me. I decided to go to another car wash also owned by cobblestone. It was there when I found out that they now charge $25 extra for applying any kind of surface protectant to the dash or door area $25 extra. This is something they started doing recently. Solid location, tons of vacuums. I love the drying machine they have at the end of the wash, I've never seen a drying a machine that can dry the entire vehicle at the same time. I've given them 3 tries and they have failed each time. First experience I had them do a sideline wash/bucket wash, they missed each wheel and missed the lower rocker panels. Second time I did the premium wash, they did better on the wheels and body but couldn't clean the glass very well. The last time they missed bugs on the hood and missed 2 wheels, the bugs were not stuck or caked on. When I got home I sprayed them and they simply wiped off. For the prices they charge it would seem they could get a better quality control manager to actually do their job. I emailed and expressed my displeasure with the very first wash and was told I should just bring up any missed areas with the manager. Again, someone a quality control manager should be doing, I'm paying for a service and should have to do a once over to make sure they get the job done right. I am choosing to have a mobile car wash /detailer come to me and wash my vehicle. The cost is very similar to cobblestone and the pride of their work shows. read more

This was my SECOND time giving them a try. This time I was there for TWO hours for a "15 minute oil change" I paid for all the upgrades and the car wash. For having so many employees standing around no one is working! I even went to the manager and the only thing he did was give me my car, not cleaned and offer to give me my money back on a gift card. I have a membership/prepaid for washes. About a year or so ago they decided to raise prices for the overhead water swisher, stating it only comes with the higher priced wash. OK so I get the higher priced prepaid washes. Now the Ray rd manager is telling me ooooh its not included in that wash, gotta bump up AGAIN. NO THANKS! For what 5 cents of water. Bait and switch. You really think people wont notice that type of BS? Oh don't forget the soap being left behind to cook into the paint because they're not using enough water to rinse. Got my car washed today, wash was mediocre(as I expected prior to arriving) the problem I had was after I drove my car through the wash and waited for the employees to wipe down, vacuum etc. it took over 45 minutes for them to even start on my car and there were only 3 other cars total. I have never had such a terrible experience and waste of time at cobblestone before do not go here. Your time and money is better off at another car wash. read more

Wanted to try a new car wash for my new car and after wash I noticed sticky paste on door. As I try to remove myself I gave up and when to Trey the quality manager. He told me it was gum and assumed I knew about it before wash. I told him no as it's a new car and first wash, after going back and fourth for what seemed to be 10 mins he got Mario and Patrick to helped and they did with no problems as what expected from trey but he was bluntly disrespectful and accusing me. Had a "complete" detail done here. Interior, shampoo, exterior, clay bar, polish, headlight restore, engine top and bottom. Maybe my expectations were too high, but when you pay that much money for a "detail", I expect the car coming out spotless. Again, this wasn't just an "ultimate" or "supreme" car wash, this was supposed to be a "detail". The exterior looks great and the engine looks like new, but the interior was shoddy at best. Sure, they shampoo'd the carpets and clean up the scuff marks on the leather and plastic, but there were several other issues. The center console still had dirt in by the leather shifter knob, there were streaks along the center console, still "stuff" between the seat and the center console that is easily accessible by vacuum. I quit looking for issues after that and just chalked it up to experience. I've had better results on the interior at other places with just their car wash packages. Sure, they said bring it back if there are any problems, but I expect them to not let it go until it meets their quality standards. I don't want to be "that guy" that comes back asking for them to clean the last bits. My advice would be to have a manager sign off on the job before a customer picks it up. So, if you get a detail here, just ask to have a manager approve the job before you pick it up. read more

I have the monthly car wash plan. And over the last six months it has been steadily decreasing in service at this location. My car was in bad need of cleaning but I shouldnt have to do anymore cleaning after taking it to get washed. My mats were not put back correctly and they did not vaccum the back. So I was put on hold for about 15 to 20 mins. Called back and she sounded frustrated on the phone with me. So I call other place that was more polite and new the answers I was looking for. I've been here a few times since the new opening and one aspect I Love about Cobblestone is they don't skimp on water usage. I've been to far to many washes locally that don't use adequate water and the AZ heat evaporates the water before the car is really washed. Plus being a new wash it has better clothes, water jets, and the jet placements allow for a better wash/rinse. read more

This is a decent car wash, tons of vacuums with strong suction. I have a monthly pass and Gabe told me about a special they were having w/a new ceramic wax. Ceramic wax is supposedly better than Canuba. After the ceramic wax was applied my car did appear shinier than normal. But hard to say if it is worth the extra money since I have a monthly pass. Gabe along w/the other service writers are very friendly and helpful, I find I always need to revacuum bc the people that do the initial vacuum don't do a very good job. read more

I went in when I needed my car to get an ozone treatment for odor removal which my job would cover. The guy at the front explained the benefits of buying a booklet of coupons that includes an ozone treatment plus additional services at the same price of a single ozone treatment so it appeared to be the better deal. I said ok. when I go in the girl gives me an invoice that doesn't list the odor removal and instead lists the booklet. I asked her if she could give me a receipt that would note the service as an odor removing treatment as my job covers my car detailing but I need an itemized receipt and the invoice she gave me only says I purchased a booklet. She says "yea they're gonna cover it". I had to rudely tell her "thats not what I asked" so she could actually listen. she then called a manager over and I repeated myself. he said he would put it on the invoice then take it off for the receipt. he then gives me an invoice thats says "not a receipt" that notes an odor removal and a receipt that says I bought a booklet. my job needs a specified service on the receipt and the invoice they gave me listing the service says "not a receipt at the top" so I cant even use that and noe my job wont cover it. Additionally, when I came in I asked the guy outside if they take apple cash and he said yes. when I tried paying it was declined and the girl then said they don't take apple cash but only take apple pay when its a debit card attached on the apple wallet. so then I had to pay a fee to transfer my funds thanks to their incompetence. and the worst part of all that is that my car still stinks. I can actually smell it on my sweater I get out of my car. Due to their incompetence and lack of listening I would not recommend anyone wasting their time or money here. However, the one in Tempe on Autoplex Loop is fantastic so give them a visit. read more
