At approximately 12pm on 10/06/2024, I went to wash my truck (2021 Ram 1500) using my fast pass that I have had for a number of years - I have the better option where I pay just over $30 a month. After all my years of being a loyal & respectful customer, I have never had such a negative experience as I did today at the location: 9969 S Priest Dr Tempe, AZ 85284. When I went to scan my fast pass (that is located on my door) - an older male by the name of "Jose" (I believe the last name start with the letter "A") came marching to my window very aggressively saying that I will not be getting a wash today. He failed to let me know the reason at the beginning and this came to me as a complete shock. After moments of him exchanging very degrading and disrespectful words - he kept yelling "Loose Ticket, Loose Ticket, Loose Ticket". I was trying to understand what that exactly meant. He did not give me a chance to even speak as I was trying to remain respectful and deescalate this situation. I then asked if there is a number to call or someone that I can speak with that would be able to help me understand what exactly the issue is. He said that he was the only one that I can speak with that kept pointing at me to leave in a very hostile manner. After that situation, I drove around to see if I can speak with someone inside. The lady at the front counter was very understanding and stated that she does not know why Jose's reaction was the way it was. I waited around for the General Manager; however, he never came out to speak with me. I did not have all day to wait so I walked out of there without getting the chance to discuss my experience and the aggressiveness that was completely uncalled for. All of my friends and family have Cobblestone's fast pass - I am looking now to cancel my membership and will be looking into alternate car wash's. I left Cobblestone today with a terrible taste in my mouth as I was completely dehumanized. I truly feel like I was attacked for no reason at all. Even with other employees trying to reconcile my experience, I did not feel comfortable proceeding with a car wash, and I lost total trust in letting them near my vehicle. I hope no one has to experience what I did today - Jose is an individual that is a liability to any company's image and his employment absolutely needs to be reevaluated. read more

Bait and switch+ scare tactics = former customer. A few months ago Cobblestone offered a buy one get one free offer for oil change. With the price of oil I thought this was strange but ok this is a good deal. My son brings his car back three months later and they don't offer non-synthetic blends any longer and they wanted to charge the difference which is $47. So I drove to the store. When I questioned this they stated that my car is supposed to use synthetic anyways. Well my owners manual states "you may also use synthetic oil if it is labeled with the API Certification Seal". What I don't like is they saw a 17 year bring his car in and they would of taken advantage of the situation. What they did do is give me a learning experience with my son. read more

I like their express car wash because of the hand towels and vacuums as well as the convenience of paying via a machine. The full service is pricey, but they offers coupons in the mail. They do a good job. There's free wifi while you wait and comfortable indoor seating as well as outdoor benches. read more

Went in to help my little brother get his car worked on and we had Laura. She was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us and recommend things we need, not things we could use. Got really mouthy with me when I asked him I don't need any help then I asked for his manager manager didn't do anything I asked him to step away he continuing standing there in front of my car mouthing off.... Why the manager was talking to me the young punk was standing behind the manager just smiling like it was a joke. Do not take your cars here very unprofessional I don't need a mouthy punk to tell me I must be having a bad day. I told him to get away from my truck go sweep the parking lot or something and he starts laughing and giggling and smart enough to me again he's lucky he didn't pick up his teeth. I take very good care of my car. It is parked in my garage at home or if I'm at work in an underground garage. The hood is now scratched up because of the machines here. The guy we showed it to said it couldn't be their machines cause the scratches don't match how their machines move and the roof of my car wasn't scratched. I shouldn't be surprised I'm sure it's part of their job to deny responsibility in situations like these. I have gone to this place many times and felt fine with the result. However, the last time I went, there was nobody outside to take the ticket order for my wash. I had to call the store to ask for someone to come out and help me. Then, when I got my car after it was done, there was still spills on the steering wheel and door and hair all over the car from my dog. I was super disappointed and didn't have time to go back and get it redone. Not to mention, I was the only car there getting washed and the inside cleaned and they took like no time to finish the job and now I know why! I started going to this Cobblestone when it first opened. At first they had plenty of soap lots of water and plenty of clean dry towels. The attendant would pre-spray both sides of the vehicle. The towels were always fresh and dry. It was the best thing ever for $3.00 basic. Then later it became $5.00 for a basic wash with less soap less water and damp towels. The dryer does not even blow dry the Vehicle. This is why the towels are always damp when one tries to dry their vehicle. Now, I went today and the Basic is car wash is $6.00! What a scam! Great experience! Immediately serviced, talked through oil change options, and car needs. The tech who helped me was able to present options based on my goals for service. I wasn't pressured at all. He called out what wasn't necessary, which I appreciated. Went into pay and joined the club and got an immediate discount. The service also comes with a free car wash and vacuuming. I asked my son where does he go get his car washed? He mentioned that this is the last place he took his car to. He thought they did a good job. So I thought I would try. The exterior the car was still dirty. But I couldn't tell because of the low light in the reception car area. But immediately I saw how all the surfaces in the inside of my car was still dirty. Dust and fingerprints make up. What have you around the hand whole areas and entire dashboard still has dust on it. I started wiping it down myself, and the employees saw me. They quickly walked away. I tried talking to Wen, but he pretended not to speak English. I could've swore. He just tendered my car to me and spoke English to me. I decided to go to another car wash also owned by cobblestone. It was there when I found out that they now charge $25 extra for applying any kind of surface protectant to the dash or door area $25 extra. This is something they started doing recently. I've given them 3 tries and they have failed each time. First experience I had them do a sideline wash/bucket wash, they missed each wheel and missed the lower rocker panels. Second time I did the premium wash, they did better on the wheels and body but couldn't clean the glass very well. The last time they missed bugs on the hood and missed 2 wheels, the bugs were not stuck or caked on. When I got home I sprayed them and they simply wiped off. For the prices they charge it would seem they could get a better quality control manager to actually do their job. I emailed and expressed my displeasure with the very first wash and was told I should just bring up any missed areas with the manager. Again, someone a quality control manager should be doing, I'm paying for a service and should have to do a once over to make sure they get the job done right. I am choosing to have a mobile car wash /detailer come to me and wash my vehicle. The cost is very similar to cobblestone and the pride of their work shows. read more

Horrible service. Paid almost $300 for a detail, was told it would be done in a 2 hours. Whole thing was crap. Answer me this, does these pics look like i just got a $300 detail. Horrible service, horrible horrible and the supervisor cool under the circumstances, one of the staff was even rude, before i left. This was my SECOND time giving them a try. This time I was there for TWO hours for a "15 minute oil change" I paid for all the upgrades and the car wash. For having so many employees standing around no one is working! I even went to the manager and the only thing he did was give me my car, not cleaned and offer to give me my money back on a gift card. Are you kidding me?! This is the WORST location I've ever been too. They should close this location down or sell it to someone else that will manage it for the area. I have a membership/prepaid for washes. About a year or so ago they decided to raise prices for the overhead water swisher, stating it only comes with the higher priced wash. OK so I get the higher priced prepaid washes. Now the Ray rd manager is telling me ooooh its not included in that wash, gotta bump up AGAIN. NO THANKS! For what 5 cents of water. Bait and switch. You really think people wont notice that type of BS? Oh don't forget the soap being left behind to cook into the paint because they're not using enough water to rinse. Got my car washed today, wash was mediocre(as I expected prior to arriving) the problem I had was after I drove my car through the wash and waited for the employees to wipe down, vacuum etc. it took over 45 minutes for them to even start on my car and there were only 3 other cars total. I have never had such a terrible experience and waste of time at cobblestone before do not go here. Your time and money is better off at another car wash. read more

He told me it was gum and assumed I knew about it before wash. Had a "complete" detail done here. Interior, shampoo, exterior, clay bar, polish, headlight restore, engine top and bottom. Maybe my expectations were too high, but when you pay that much money for a "detail", I expect the car coming out spotless. Again, this wasn't just an "ultimate" or "supreme" car wash, this was supposed to be a "detail". The exterior looks great and the engine looks like new, but the interior was shoddy at best. Sure, they shampoo'd the carpets and clean up the scuff marks on the leather and plastic, but there were several other issues. The center console still had dirt in by the leather shifter knob, there were streaks along the center console, still "stuff" between the seat and the center console that is easily accessible by vacuum. I quit looking for issues after that and just chalked it up to experience. I've had better results on the interior at other places with just their car wash packages. Sure, they said bring it back if there are any problems, but I expect them to not let it go until it meets their quality standards. I don't want to be "that guy" that comes back asking for them to clean the last bits. My advice would be to have a manager sign off on the job before a customer picks it up. So, if you get a detail here, just ask to have a manager approve the job before you pick it up. read more

My car was in bad need of cleaning but I shouldnt have to do anymore cleaning after taking it to get washed. My mats were not put back correctly and they did not vaccum the back.
