I've been here a few times since the new opening and one aspect I Love about Cobblestone is they don't skimp on water usage. I've been to far to many washes locally that don't use adequate water and the AZ heat evaporates the water before the car is really washed. Plus being a new wash it has better clothes, water jets, and the jet placements allow for a better wash/rinse. read more

This is a decent car wash, tons of vacuums with strong suction. I have a monthly pass and Gabe told me about a special they were having w/a new ceramic wax. Ceramic wax is supposedly better than Canuba. After the ceramic wax was applied my car did appear shinier than normal. But hard to say if it is worth the extra money since I have a monthly pass. Gabe along w/the other service writers are very friendly and helpful, I find I always need to revacuum bc the people that do the initial vacuum don't do a very good job. read more

I went in when I needed my car to get an ozone treatment for odor removal which my job would cover. The guy at the front explained the benefits of buying a booklet of coupons that includes an ozone treatment plus additional services at the same price of a single ozone treatment so it appeared to be the better deal. I said ok. when I go in the girl gives me an invoice that doesn't list the odor removal and instead lists the booklet. I asked her if she could give me a receipt that would note the service as an odor removing treatment as my job covers my car detailing but I need an itemized receipt and the invoice she gave me only says I purchased a booklet. She says "yea they're gonna cover it". I had to rudely tell her "thats not what I asked" so she could actually listen. she then called a manager over and I repeated myself. he said he would put it on the invoice then take it off for the receipt. he then gives me an invoice thats says "not a receipt" that notes an odor removal and a receipt that says I bought a booklet. my job needs a specified service on the receipt and the invoice they gave me listing the service says "not a receipt at the top" so I cant even use that and noe my job wont cover it. Additionally, when I came in I asked the guy outside if they take apple cash and he said yes. when I tried paying it was declined and the girl then said they don't take apple cash but only take apple pay when its a debit card attached on the apple wallet. so then I had to pay a fee to transfer my funds thanks to their incompetence. and the worst part of all that is that my car still stinks. I can actually smell it on my sweater I get out of my car. Due to their incompetence and lack of listening I would not recommend anyone wasting their time or money here. However, the one in Tempe on Autoplex Loop is fantastic so give them a visit. read more

First time coming here and I will come back every time! Mark helped me when I came in to get the oil change and he made me feel completely comfortable and I didn't feel pressured at all. My back lights didn't work and they caught it, they didn't try to con me into replacing them because they checked the light bulbs and they were fine, it has to be a wiring problem. So that gives them bonus stars in my book. And the best part, it was super fast and they have cheap fountain drinks and free popcorn inside while you wait. My car is looking spotless and like a brand new car for all the abuse it had taken for many years. After 5 platinum car wash the car has regained the shine. Don't get carried away by platinum wash and think it is detailing. Platinum wash is vacuum only. You will get so much compliments how the car looks by many. Less services included - essentially paying $30 to have someone dry off you car. No window cleaning, no interior treatment. The slowing down has become irritating. I've tried this place twice and both times the wash has not been worth the price. Today I purchased the wash for $38 which is supposed to include all the basic interior and exterior services plus more. On the outside of my car there was still visible bird poop on the drivers side roof AND passenger side. I asked the guy if he could wipe it down and he barely wiped (still not cleaning it off) then made a comment under his breath about them being short staffed? What does that have to do with you half cleaning a car when that's your job and it wasn't busy by any means. On the interior of the car they clearly only vacuumed the areas "in sight" and did not move the seats to clean entirely as I found straw wrappers that felt between the seats that were still there. As for the interior wipe down that was also half done if at all because there were dirt spots visible on the side of inside dash. Like really? $38 plus tip to still have a dirty car? Zero stars would be better option. I installed a $50 KN Air filter in my Moms car. She went to Cobblestone and they told her she needed a new air filter and threw the brand new one away. The one they installed, they bent the gasket over and then clamped cover down and effectively ruined it so I had to go by another one to seal correctly. Let them wash your car but anything beyond that is a rip off. read more

Avoid this place! Sent my car through the wash, took almost 20 minutes to get through. When it did come out a kid jumped in and drove it to interior wash/dry area. He left door sitting open and walked away. I waited 10 minutes and no one was there. There was not one employee anywhere to be seen to wash my interior and dry the exterior of my car. I finally got in my car and drove away with the interior not cleaned and the exterior now having spots all over it from not being dried. Sent an email to the company, two days later the response I get, "Call me so we can figure this out." Nothing to figure out, you took my money and didn't wash or dry my car and took over half an hour of my time. Their prices are up about 50% in the last year and their level of service is down at least that much. Horrible place, horrible experience. read more

First time hear and definitely my last. Don't come here for an oil change. Came in for a simple oil change. You get a car wash with the oil change which isn't bad. When I picked up my car the radio, clock, dash lights, and locking mechanisms on my door were NOT WORKING. It was working before I gave it to them. Gave them the benefit of the doubt must have bumped something while doing oil change. Wrong. I was told by the senior mechanic that there was nothing they could do for me. They couldn't fix the issue they caused. They wouldn't cover any costs for fixing the issue they caused. They would not do anything to help fix the issue THEY CAUSED. 'They didn't have the tools to fix it'. I mean you caused it! Hugely disappointed in their service, customer service, and ability to resolve the issue. If you have the unlimited supreme car wash plan and drive thru the express line you will Not get the supreme wash which includes the big brush that goes over the hood, windshield and top of vehicle you will get the basic wash even though you paid the supreme car wash plan. To get that service you have to thru the island where the reps are standing waiting to sell you something extra. Be careful if you use this facility. read more

I started getting my new truck washed here a few months ago every two weeks. I pay for the diamond wash which I've been happy with almost every time. Once in a while I have to ask them to go over one or two spots which get overlooked but they always do. I started paying for the monthly ultimate plus wash pass and so far it's been worth the investment for me to get it washed every weekend. read more

I am posting an updated review because I had a name incorrect on my review and Cobblestone (Peter) said my first one was confusing. I am hoping this is more clear as I want to post a clear and fair assessment of my dealings with this company. I also want to say I had nothing but great experiences with their service until this instance. From looking at their reviews it may seem that they do good on car washes, but their detailing service has several issues. After a year of loyal business (with two cars) J.R.'s (the general manager) handling of the following situation has officially ruined all the good previous experiences I have had with this business. I just bought a 2017 Nissan Maxima and after a few weeks wanted to get it washed. The guy looking over it looked at a scuff on the driver's door and some minor scratches on the hood and said "our detail guys can take that out no problem if you buy our detail package". I was not looking for getting it detailed (it did not need it), but since I wanted the scratches removed, I purchased it. After paying and them telling me my car was done, they told me that they in fact could not get any of the things out that they promised me. I said that is the only reason I paid to have the detail done and they told me since they buffed the rest of the car already that I still had to pay even though they didn't deliver on the one promise that sold me on this. Essentially, they were saying that since they did some other work, that is good enough to justify not delivering on the one thing they promised. They said that the scratches just would not come out. I was not happy, but did not have time that day to argue so I left. I stopped at the gas station after leaving and noticed that I now had scratches on the headlights. I called them immediately and they said immediately that it wasn't their fault, the scratches were already there and if I didn't believe them, I can come in and see the scan of the vehicle to prove they are right. I was leaving town that day, so I told them I would come in as soon as I got back into town. When I returned to town and asked to see the proof they said they had of the scratches being there previous to the detail job, all they could provide is excuses why they now couldn't deliver the evidence they said they had. However, they did fix the scratches so I was happy about that. I talked to them again about my dissatisfaction about them selling me a product with a promise to fix something and being unable to deliver on the promise yet still thinking it was OK to still take my money. This is when J.R. started going just stating "You got a detail job, so you aren't getting your money back". Every time, I tried to explain to him that I only bought it because they promised to take the scratches out, he just kept saying "you're not getting your money back since we detailed your car". So essentially, because you buffed the rest of the car, they are OK that they sold me on a false pretense. He said there was no way they could get the scratches out. At that point, I left and decided to take it elsewhere for a second opinion. The other detailer had no problem getting the scratches out. At that point, I went back to explain this to J.R. and ask for a refund since the inability to get the scratches out was not due to the scratches, but the level of service (or lack of experience) they provided. I got a bunch of excuses "he must of wet sanded it". When I told him that I watched him just use a buffer he said "well it doesn't matter, you're not getting a refund". When I tried to give him an analogy, he just cut me off and said "I don't care about your analogy, you're not getting your money back. I am the GM here and I make the final call". When I told him that he is going to lose a loyal customer for life he pointed to the other cars and said "we have plenty of loyal customers". Well, you have one less. Good job sticking to your guns. You lost my business over standing by charging me for a product even though you did not deliver on the promise you made when I bought it. read more

Went there cause it's close to my house took my bmw m5 there for a good inside and out wash they talked me into the 39.95 job, that's full interior wiped and leather conditioniong.. Wow.. Had to literally tell the guy to do the rear seat cause he forgot, there was streaky spots all over the seats and dash.. So much but front seats still wet from sprayed conditioner and not wiped dry, missing 75% of all dust and still lots of old dust and not impressed for the price.. I love this spot, it's the best car wash nearby Ahwatukee! Always with ease get through the express wash, and onward to the vacuuming and interior cleaning. The vacuums are very strong and they provide rags for exterior wipe downs. All of the fools that are on here complaining about a little dust on their dashboard need to get off their butt and do a small bit of cleaning. I will never go back to any Cobblestone Auto Spa. I have been going to the one at Ray and Priest for years for my oil changes. I went this morning with a coupon for an oil change for $29.99. The guy (mgr) rang it up and came to $41.07. I told him no way was $29.99 coming out to over $40! He said they do percentage off not coupon price. I told him then they send out bogus coupons to get you in and he said yes they do. The discussion got a little heated mostly because he kept talking over me, acted like I didn't understand getting a percentage off and ended up calling me a dick and was told to leave. You never ever talk over a cust and DO NOT call them names no matter what. Before this guy every employee I had dealings with were nice and polite. This guy should get his ass fired!!!! read more

I was extremely disappointed in my $24 wash today. Not only did they do a terrible job, I felt like I was at a sleezy car dealership. The attempts to up sell are insane. First they tried to get me to buy a $125 detail. I said no. Then they offered it to me for $75. Still no. Then $50. Their sales tactics scream of desperation. Clearly they were mad I did not pay for the detail, because they did a terrible job on my car. The salesmen were way too pushy and the job they did was garbage. I decided to use Cobblestone "Auto Spa" for an interior and exterior cleaning. At that time, I also chose to opt in for the unlimited washes, which includes a full interior and exterior as often as desired for one recurring monthly charge. Having been to Cobblestone now about 10 times total (Ray Rd. & Priest location) with each of our two vehicles, it has become painfully clear that there is nobody interested enough in maintaining business to address customer dissatisfaction and repeated quality issues. Each and every visit has required me to either return (who has time for that?) or, once I realized I was better off inspecting BEFORE I left, to request more attention to remaining dirt, ALWAYS on the wheels. Each time, one of the attendants was very prompt and pleasant to do more work to actually get the wheels clean, but I am tired of being the supervisor and quality control person! They have even come back to do better, and STILL not completed the job. Nobody in the final hand wipe/dry stage seems to be "leading", and quality control is non existent. Apparently a $5 tip is insufficient. Maybe I'm out of touch or overly picky expecting my vehicle to actually be clean when they've "completed" the work. After "contacting" the company on their website (I use this term loosely) sometime last week, I have yet to receive a response (must have been in my spam/junk folder). Anyway...it's time to cancel my recurring payment and find another company. It may be less convenient based on location, but so is having to return to Cobblestone, do my own quality control, or finish the job they were paid to do. read more

The staff is friendly, so that's the reason for the 2 stars. However, they never do a good job cleaning my car. They also miss big spots on the dash, middle console, etc. It's annoying that they don't wash the seats, but this is standard for car wash companies for some reason. What really made me upset is that I signed up for their unlimited car washes. After finding out they don't do a good job, I tried to cancel it online and got an error message. So I asked an employee at this location to cancel it. They said they were unable to. She gave me the number for the corporate/administrative office and it just loops and loops and if you press a number for a certain option, the phone system doesn't recognize it. I have been unable to cancel my membership and I'm worried it will auto renew. This is a poorly run company and I would avoid using their services. read more

Went to cobble stone to get an oil change and my tires rotated the service guy said I should get an air filter and decarb service at 79.99 I said okay. I marked tires before I went after about 1 hour sent my vehicle thru the wash and said everything was good. The next day I noticed that where I marked my tires they were still the same . So obviously they did not rotate my tires. So I decided to check my air filter and yep it was the same old dirty one . So they Charge you for services that they don't do. I called customer service and left messages and still no call back so I recommend if you have any service done make sure you watch them at all times or you will get ripped off. After talking with Shawn and Casey too managers from cobblestone they both did what they said they would to resolve the problem I had because of them both they were super great and definitely went out of there way to make up for the experience I had. 5 stars and 5 up to the wonderful management team thanks again N B read more

I was hesitant in getting my oil change as I usually go to a dealership but needed something quick because of time constraints. My tire got nick as I was guided into the bay area. This cause a huge hole in my tire. The oil maintenance manager was very helpful and looked up the nearest Discount Tires location for me. He put on my spare along with doing my oil change. I was out of there quick and appreciated the efficient service along with the great customer service. read more

When the bill came up it was $194. One thing i can not stand is being mislead and taken advantage of. I will not be going back here again. read more

Got an oil change which comes with a car wash. The place seems a little pricey for what it is, but the combo is a decent deal. Anyway, I just wish they did a better job on the wash and clean. I still noticed crumbs on my floor immediately when I got back in my car. Grante, they were in a tight corner against the seat, by this is something I could have easily done myself. I also noticed the wipe down was really rushed. There were streaks of areas that got missed, like they were just going through the motions. They must work on commission. It's really annoying and no means no. Ugh.
