I have taken my vehicle to them twice and I'm so glad that I did! I would recommend to anyone and will happily to send my friends and family there! The first time I was able to just drop my vehicle off at my convenience and they looked at it and fixed it in a very short timeframe. They even added in free extra (unnecessary) services like replacing my windshield wipers and an oil change when my engine overheating was the reason I brought it in. I was extremely happy with my service! The second time my car was not drivable from my work which is about 30 minutes away from the shop and Alexander got it towed for me and knowing my other option of a AAA tow would be very pricey. I brought it in right during a holiday week, they were able to look at it and diagnose the problem quickly. Oscar was thorough and gave me a full description of the issue. They took care of the price of the tow and the diagnosis work even after recommending I take it to the dealership instead so they would be able to return the parts. What a great experience. I had taken my car to three different dealership locations to sort out what was going on with my car, and each time I was told it's just normal for my type of car and the age of it (only 8 years old!). I took it in to Alexander's and Oscar and team were able to actually spend the time to figure out the problem and help me get it fixed. Oscar was very helpful, and even though the parts and repairs were not cheap, he explained to me why everything would cost what it did and I felt very comfortable that he was being honest with me. Once they fixed the problem, everything has been running so well, and Oscar even followed up with me about a month later to make sure everything was working well still. Alexander is one of the most honest & reliable repair shops around nowadays. I brought my car thinking I had a bad alternator. Instead, it ended up just being a battery issue, which ended up being a whole lot cheaper. While I was there, I had them work on a few other things and I felt like the price was reasonable. When I took the car back, I noticed some squeaking. They identified the issue and took care of the issue right away with no problem. I highly recommend these guys. Great place! I had an issue with my bumper and they were really efficient, thorough, easy to work with and honest. When I came in they tried to fix it on the spot which was really nice. They recommended removing the bumper to readjust (I had gone somewhere else and received the same recommendation), which I agreed to. When I came back later my bumper looked as good as new and they even washed my car which was extremely helpful as I had been procrastinating that for awhile. I cant say enough about these guys....they are not only trustworthy as all these reviews indicate, they are amazingly honest and want to make you happy at any cost. We had an issue with my daughters beetle that another shop had created. Without going into all the details, they not only get it going again but also took it back and diagnosed another issue the had to be fixed by the VW guru. They not only took it to the VW shop but also paid for the repair since it was not caught on first review...and no charge for all the work done be Alexander's shop. I was having some issues with my temperature gauge increasing in temperature when my a/c was running, and also had some steering vibrations at low and high speeds. The team at Alexanders were so accommodating, got my car in right away, test drove it as soon as I arrived too. Turns out, my car didn't need much fixed, besides a couple tires causing the steering issue and some coolant in my radiator. The team took my car over to Discount Tire, arranged for it to be fixed, added coolant to my radiator, even gave me a ride back to my office! And guess what? Alexanders didn't charge me a thing! A handshake and have a good day, seriously... made my week. I'm still in awe at the amazing service, wonderful people and fabulous experience I had today. OMG like finding a new hairstylist, trusting a new mechanic is hard but these guys are amazing. They helped me with a burnt out low beam and ordered and installed the bulb as I waited.
