You are quickly notified when tow truck is near location similar to uber you can track tow truck from pick up to destination. In town for a family emergency, I needed to get my dad's 1961 Austin Mini Cooper towed from his old place to his new house. I originally spoke with Dan and was quoted a great rate. When the driver got there, there were no tow hooks to bring the car onto the flat bed. He spent an hour carefully maneuvering the old Mini onto the truck. Normally, it takes less than 10 minutes to tow a car, but it took him over an hour. Once the car was dropped off - over an hour and a half later, the original price was honored. I was very pleased with the service provided. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and careful with my dad's baby. I highly recommend them. read more

Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately my insurance dispatched this towing service. Long story short, tow driver Matt caused damage to the front bumper of my vehicle while preparing it for tow. After filing a claim, providing the insurance company with two incident statements, pictures of the vehicle before and after the damage. Phoenix Towing Service was adamant the damage to my vehicle was pre-existing, however, NEVER PROVIDED THE PICTURES THEY CLAIMED THEY HAD OF THE PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE! Phoenix Towing Service stopped responding to the insurance company and never provided them with any records. How irresponsible, incompetent and insensitive for a business to cause damage to a vehicle and not accept responsibility for the action of their tow driver. You decide.................. read more

They left me waiting 2 hours. I called to confirm they were on the way after an hour and they weren't. Then they blamed me for not answering my phone when the driver called. My phone never rang. Then in an empty parking lot, they couldn't find my red car. So they left. When a call did come through, not from the driver, the customer service representative all but accused me of "figuring out what was wrong with me car" it's a flat genius. And "hiring a new tow truck". No asshole, I'm still waiting for you . Then dispatch called (again my phone works dicks) and again blamed it all on me and not answering my phone. Because I have a habit of not answering when it rings? Especially when I'm waiting on the said phone call? Customer service... you need to read up on it. I called Shamrock towing instead. read more

I contacted Phoenix Towing a few months ago when I managed to kill the battery and I also didn't have a key (just the clicker) to unlock the door. As a result, I needed a jump and I was locked out. I was in South Phoenix at the time after work and the guy who was on call arrived in about 45 minutes which was reasonable considering he was coming from North Phoenix during rush hour. I believe Mark was his name and he was super friendly and helpful in making sure I was able to get everything running again for a decent price. He also followed up shortly after I left to make sure everything was okay and that I wasn't having any additional issues. My wife's Audi had an electrical problem and we had to have it towed 35 miles from our home to the repair shop. I searched all of the towing companies I could find in the valley and Phoenix Towing Service had the best reviews. I called them on the 25th and scheduled to have the Audi picked up at 9 am the next morning and towed to the repair shop. The next morning I received a call from Nathan, the tow truck driver from Phoenix Towing Service. He said he was free and asked if I wanted him to pick up the car early. I told him we could go a little earlier than the 9 am appointment time but that I still had a little bit to do before I would be ready to go. "Nate" was here at 8:20 and we were able to leave ahead of schedule. THAT is how to run a company. Outstanding job Nathan and Phoenix Towing Service. Wonderful! They called me to let me know when they would show up. Waited for another company for over 2 hours (Sun City Towing). Bryce called me right away. Was very professional and informed me of what I could do if I didn't wish to wait. He said I could lock my keys in my car and he would be able to open it worry free! The other companies don't do that and say you can leave your keys in your car UNLOCKED. He called me back later to let me know he had no problems and my car was all good! Thank you Bryce! When our vintage Corvette Stingray was stuck and needing a tow, roadside assistance contacted Phoenix Towing Service. I was worried about how our 53-year-old classic car would be treated in the process. Phoenix Towing Service driver Rick Dobson proved to be amazing. He was obviously very experienced and took great care in rolling the car up onto the flatbed tow truck, even using wooden planks to shim the angle under the tires so it was as gradual as possible. We had the car towed to a friend's house that has a long, narrow driveway bordered by a short block wall. Seeing the massive tow truck at the house, I didn't think it would be possible to maneuver the truck to deposit our car near the garage. Rick got it done, efficiently and calmly. We were in awe. From the initial phone call, talking with Dan, to my truck driver Nat, it was a good experience. I gave them a 4 when it's actually a 4.5 stars. I would have given a 5 star review except Dan said they would have a truck here to my house within "30-60 minutes" and it was actually 1 hour 42 minutes. I usually wouldn't mind the later arrival but the dealer's service department that my car was going to, closed at noon on Saturdays, and that was why I had asked Dan at 9:25am, "how long might it be"?. The 12 mile ride got us there at 11:47am. It was close! But still a good job in how Nat handled my Jeep Grand Cherokee and got me there. The Loop 101 was closed southbound, which I knew ahead of time, and was concerned about the potential delay in the drive to the dealer. Phone rep is the rudest person in the world. He cancelled my tow when a dust storm was hitting in 110.degrees because I called for an eta and he decided to jump to the conclusion I had mulitple.companies coming to tow me which was incorrect. Dude is a jerk and if he represents this company, I hope they go under and he ends up homeless turning tricks for money since he obviously has no people skills or can't use his mouth to do anything correctly. read more

I came to Arizona from Texas to pick up a car. When I picked it up, it wouldn't start so I called the nearest tow company, this one. I spoke to them and was told I would receive a phone call when they were on the way. I waited for an hour and a half before calling Lucky Triple Seven Towing, which was there in less than 30 minutes. 3 hours later, Phoenix Towing Service called me back saying they had just received a dispatch call! I would have been stranded for more than 3 hours before receiving help. Instead of saying they were busy or giving me an ETA, they told me they would call me right back and didn't till 3 hours later. I would highly recommend Lucky Triple Seven Towing! They arrived in less than 30 minutes and picked me up from a store with my car loaded, so I wouldn't have to wait in the heat alone. read more

This is by far the best towing service I have used. I have used them twice and both time the guys took good car of the cars, were very friendly, and fast to respond. The second time I used them, I actually called a different company (couldn't remember who I used the first time) and they stood me up, waited over 3 hours and then called these guys. They had a drive call me with in 10 minutes, who gave a time frame he would be there or he would call again. Like clock work he called and gave me an update on where he was. My expirience just over the phone was so Horrible and a little aggresive ... I called to get information about my vehicle and make sure that my vehicle was at that location. The Man that answered was so RUDE for no reason what so ever( I GAVE HIM NO ATTITUDE AT ALL).. It was horrible being treated the way that this man did to me and my family... I specifically HAD to create a Yelp account to describe the terrible service this company offers. I got a flat rear tire on my motorcycle and called this company. They told me it would be a 2 hour wait yet is was a 3 and a 1/2 hour wait. Kenny shows up and starts loading the motorcycle. The tool they use to lock the front tire in was close to my front wheel fairing and I warned Kenny that it was going to scratch the paint when he started to load it on the ramp. He ignored me and loaded it any and of course it gets scratched. He then proceeds to tell me the scratch was already there. I told him to call the owner and so he does and the owner tells him to just unload my motorcycle. I should have fired them at this point but he goes on about how hes "not that kind of guy" and ends up towing it. The first bump the vehicle hits the motorcycle gets thrown up in the air and is now leaning about 30 degrees to the right with the motorcycle having all the weight on one tie down strap. He pulls over on the highway to add more straps and then takes off. He then takes me about half way to my destination then says "this is where the gps told me to go"...We are at a Walgreens....I then have to lead him another 14 miles to the destination. Luckily there was no damage from the tie down straps. I would never recommend using this company to tow your vehicle especially a motorcycle. read more

Contacted this company to perform simple tow. Dispatch quoted me 60 minutes before a flatbed could be at my home. Hour and a half later I call them to find out whats going on and Im told it will be another 45-60 minutes before a flatbed can get to me. No heads up, no call to let me know they are running late, nothing. Then "Fernando" calls me almost two hours later to ask if I still need a tow and calls me an "a$$ hole" when I tell him that I couldn't wait any longer and that his dispatch center sucks. This company is a bunch of dick heads and I would avoid them at all costs. read more

We are new Good Sam members after being with Triple A for 40+ years. We, unfortunately, had to have our vehicle towed, recently, and Good Sam sent us Phoenix Towing Service and Zach Brooks was our driver. We were so impressed with Good Sam and Phoenix Towing Service. They quickly dispatched a tow truck and kept us updated as to their arrival. Zach was courteous, friendly, and professional. As we were visiting relatives in Tucson, we almost had to cancel our trip, however, because Good Sam and Phoenix Towing got our vehicle and ourselves back home, quickly, we were able to take our second vehicle and still keep our plans for the holiday. Hopefully, we don't have to use the service anytime soon, but if we do, in the future, we'll definitely request Phoenix Towing Service and Zach Brooks to tow us! I'd held out hope they were professional when the phone conversation went well, the website had up front pricing and the driver showed up on time but that's where it ended. I'd asked them to bring the key to remove a tire I needed to change (I was going to change it myself) they only needed to provide me the illusive pt cruiser tire key which the man who came didn't have but he'd tow me to his buddy at discount who would not listen to my simple request but that's another review entirely. I asked for help in towing a Jaguar that I purchased and needed storage from Phoenix Towing until I could get to Phoenix to pick up the car....well Mr. Dan is definitely predatory....instead of sending photos of the car as promised...he instead spent his time pursuing the conversion of the title of the car immediately after he towed the car to his yard. I spent over $1000.00 dollars on storage and towing and Mr. Dan mislead the government on the status of the car in order to obtain a title for himself! This is a rogue operation and you should be very very careful about allowing them to tow your vehicle to their yard because this guy will do whatever he can to end up with the title to the car. But then again, I think that this is the nature of this dirty business! read more
