The driver took my car 10 miles outside of where the location was supposed to be. I reached out as I noticed they were going another route. The driverr assured it was going where it needed to go but had to follow the route provided by the dispatch. I show up to the destination where I was to meet at drop off ,but driver never showed. 30 minutes of waiting and I reached out to driver again and he says he was at the location. I assured him he was not as I was there waiting. Apparently he was at an address where it was similar but not the address. I asked to have brought back to the actual address he was to deliver to ,but he refuses stating the insurance has to request a new dispatch. He stopped answering my calls and I had to drive out to this other address assuming he would have left it there for me to retrieve since he stated he could not go anywhere else with it without an order. I show up to address and my car is no where to be found. I drove up and down the road a few blocks to see if it was nearby, but nothing. I go into the office of the facility he said was the correct address and they guys in office confirmed the driver did show up to drop off but they corrected him on the right location and told him was at wrong address and directed him to the shop I was waiting at. They saw him take off with my car on back. After continue effort to locate my vehicle, the driver messaged me coordinates. I am an elder man and use technology that much and unfamiliar how to use this information or what it means. I had to ask my wife to leave work to help me locate my car. She arrived as i was on phone with my insurance company to get more information on this town company. They stated they had tried contacting this person and company, but no response. They had suggested we start police report and they would reach out to public safety to see if anything had been retrieved. Still nothing. At about 4pm my wife had finally found where the coordinates put my car at, and it was no where close!!! It was 20 mins NW abandoned in a parking lot !!!! When arrived it was relieving to know we found it, but really pissed to see the damages left on our car. My back fender around the wheel was bent and cracked my paint. A front headlight popped out. A unique and scarce metal back chrome badge was missing!!!! Thought that was the most damage done until finally another driver from another company was dispatched to finalize our tow. He brought to our attention that one of our shocks was busted and hanging. Still no response or accountability for this poor service. There will be an official police report for the mishandling and damages to my property.

I did an online inquiry from several transport companies, one being Montway. I placed my inquiry on pricing and promptly received an email confirmation with a quoted price, BUT asking me for additional details about vehicle being shipped, to/from addresses etc. I did not reply to their email request, yet 3 days later I had a driver at my door saying they were there for my vehicle. I advised the driver I didn't authorize a dispatch, so why was he at my door. He was just as confused as I was. I contacted support who advised they'd called me 2x that day and that I said I didn't speak English (i asked for that call recording because I in fact speak English and no other language) the customer service representative agreed that the call notes seemed odd. It took Montway 6 days to provide me a partial reimbursement for something I never authorized NOR completed their inquiry request. This is a HORRIBLE company to work with, who clearly has deceptive business practices and from others reviews takes no ownership in their drivers or the level of product/service they advertise. I've filled a BBB complaint as well want to be sure others are not deceived or robbed by this company!

Top notch service by Asif! I was trying to get my son's truck from AZ to PA, as he was flying out…read morethere to play juniors hockey for the fall/winter season. I had previously booked with another company a week ago that estimated it would be 1k, but then a week later, they claimed it would take $2k to get his truck there, so I canceled. I found out that most of these brokers play games like this. Thankfully, they didn't charge my credit card yet, I will keep checking just in case. So, I turned to Yelp a few days ago. I immediately got a response from Asif with AZM Auto Shippers, and it was going to cost $1500. I then found out that this was the correct cost for this amount of travel. I needed the truck shipped within two days, so my son would have it in a week or so to drive to practices. Asif had the truck driver pick it up today as promised. The truck driver was also on time and very courteous. My son's truck should arrive in about 7 days. I know that sometimes there are delays, but I just wanted to post this review now, so in hopes that others do not get locked into fake offers from lying brokers.

My car got here within the original window and undamaged. Prices were fair- moving from Arizona to Minnesota for $1,000. I'm giving 3 stars because the communication throughout the process was really not good and I was often left totally in the dark. A few days before my car was to be picked up, They told me it would be picked up Monday. They didn't show up so I called to ask. They said they'd be there Tuesday. They didn't show up. When I tried to ask what was going on, they just said they were within their original window and were not apologetic. The same issues happened upon pick up. They missed a few windows and then, with my car less than an hour away for 1.5 days, said it was because the driver could not deliver ANY cars that day due to some regulations. Then the driver contacted me to say he wouldn't deliver to me because he had too many deliveries that day. Kim in the main office was AMAZING and probably the only helpful person I talked to the entire time I was going through this. Everyone else was condescending and not apologetic because they were within that original window.
