These people are liars and their thieves totally my son's car got impounded the title that was unsigned was in the glove box after a couple days they told us there was nothing in the glove box along with his wallet and his money and they took pictures I think it was six days later and they charged me over $800 and then when my son got into the car guess what was in the the title after telling us there was nothing in there had to go through hell to get that title from motor vehicle and they did that so they can make more money on how many days it was impounded how can you sit there and say the titles not not in the glove department one day and then we go pick the car up it's in there they're scandalous as helland of course there was no wallet and no money I'm taking them to court read more

What a great experience! We were moving from Georgia back to Arizona (home sweet home), and needed to transport our two vehicles. The team was in communication the entire time, from original quotes, to specific instructions on where to meet the driver to load the cars (ended up being by a Carmax as the transport vehicle was too large to get into our hotel parking lot). We could not believe how fast the cars arrived (just a couple days behind us), knowing the mileage, I'm not sure the driver slept! He said he did and was very personable. Shipped a car from AZ to Kansas City area with this company. There was an "actual" contract with clear contract language and ins info in it and they asked for my drivers license picture as part of the process. Other companies seemed shady and had no yelp reviews or contracts, just a quote and take your money... not USA Auto Transport and Phx Auto Shipping. It did cost a bit more than others but worth it. Legit business and trustworthy!!! The only problem is they said it would take 2-3 days to get from Phx to Kansas CIty... the 2 drivers pulled all-nighter and had the car there overnight (one sleeps while the other one drives). Crazy fast and I had to jump thru some hoops to get the person in KC to be there for the delivery early. Overnight is unusual so never expect it. Final thought, Tom from USA Auto was honest/wonderful and followed up with me even after delivery to see if I was satisfied with the process and I said heck yes! Ok it's simple, these guys know what they are doing. They shipped a car for me without me even being in the state to help pick it up. The driver parked near the neighborhood and drove his scooter over to the house to pick up the car and take it back to his truck (because the semi couldn't fit in the neighborhood)...who does that? So cool. Then he kept me posted all throughout the drive and then he showed up early and had the car off the truck and ready to hand off by the time I walked up. On top of that, not a scratch. Our initial contact was Andrew, he was extremely patient and helpful and very accommodating to schedule and then reschedule the pick up. Kim was also helpful in communicating with us. Steven the driver was super nice and that guy is amazing backing up the car all the way up to the top of the trailer above the cab. Our daughter received the car last night, she also commented how friendly Steven was. The car arrived immaculate and our daughter is thrilled.
