I had to get my car towed, which sucks already. But the guys would not go to the address I gave them. I don't know why they didn't just plug it into the GPS. I kept calling them and they would not listen to directions (and made it clear that it was my fault). If you can't give them an address and have them find your or give them directions, I don't know what else to do. read more

Wow! Great company! My truck stopped working out of the blue. When I called they were very nice and said they would have someone at my house in 45 min. My tow truck driver was Dave and he was professional, friendly knowledgeable. Dave had my truck loaded on the flat bed in under 5 min and we were on our way. Awesome service today. I lost my key for the millionth time last night & had to have my car towed this morning to be re-keyed (one of those fancy kinds). They showed up earlier then the ETA they had given me, the driver, Manny, was friendly & quick/efficient. He was in/out in no time & made the whole process a lot less stressful then I had anticipated it would be... As a business owner, I really appreciate good customer service. I needed a tow and selected these guys due to proximity of my down truck. I waited a reasonable amount of time which was still about 45 minutes. The driver was very professional and capable. I recently had my project car towed to and from the fab shop to have a roll cage installed. I gave priority a call to ensure that they wouldn't have a problem with such a low car. Connor, the owner assured me that his trucks could do the job without issues. His driver met me on time and picked the car up on a flatbed with ease. She was very nice and had Andrew #35 at my house with the tow truck in 30 minutes. He was professional and towed my truck with great care. I was dealing with the stress of another tow company where my car was located after an accident. The tow company that had possession of my car was way over priced and unfair. I called Priority Towing and did not have to wait on hold for a long period of time. The lady I spoke with seemed to know how to do her job well and was knowledgeable. Her name was Sophia. I was impressed because the tow guy, John, came a lot sooner than expected. He was very kind, patient, and you can tell he really had a good heart and was nice to people. I'm so grateful that he was the tow guy for my car. I really thought all tow services are the same. I still cannot believe how kind he was. He explained everything before he did it and offered me several options. Super friendly and 15 minutes earlier than when he was expected. Price was reasonable and better than the competition. Horrible company!!!! My transmission went out in my car and I was stranded on the side of I-17 with my 7 year old son. I called this company to give me a tow to a hotel located around the corner from where I was stranded. I called at 7pm and they originally told me it would be an hour to 90 minutes before they could get there. I agreed to wait. I also called my insurance to see if they could assist me but everything was automated and was never able to talk to a live person to help me. I just decided to wait for Priority to show up. When 90 minutes came, I called to check status and they told me it would be another 30 to 45 minutes because they were busy. I said ok and waited. Keep in mind that I have a 7 year old with me getting antsy and needing to go to the bathroom. When 2 hours came, I called again and was told again that it would be 30 to 45 minutes. I started to get upset at the dispatcher asking why it keeps taking so long, reminding him it had been 2 hours already and I was along a busy interstate on a Friday night. He asked me to hold while he called the driver. He came back saying the driver was finally en route to me and would be there in 20 to 30 minutes. I said ok again and waited. After 20 minutes, the driver called me and it sounded like he said he was with Verde Towing. Making sure the insurance didn't send a tow truck to me, I mentioned that to him to make sure I didn't have two tow trucks coming for me. He asked me what company I was waiting for and I said Priority Towing and he said, yeah, that is who I am with. I said ok, good. Just making sure, and said I definitely still want you guys to come get me. I am still stranded here. He then said, Cool! I am on my way to you and will be there in about 45 minutes. I said, I'll be here. After an additional 50 minutes of waiting, I called the number that the tow truck driver called from and he said his Lead cancelled the order. I was livid! I asked why and he said because I called another tow truck company. I told him that I didn't call another company, that I was making sure another one wasn't called. All he had to say was Sorry, don't know what to tell you. So I called the dispatcher again at the main number and he told me the same thing and said he could start a new order starting over but would be 45 minutes to an hour at the soonest. I became very upset and told him I wanted to talk to his "Lead" or who ever was in charge. He tells me he will have him call me. That person never did. This company is just horrible!!! I highly recommend NOT using these people! The only positive experience I received from this was not wasting my money on this company! read more

This company AKA Arizona Impound recently towed my car from my apartment complex. They tagged my car because the registration tag was expired. It was on private property and was not being driven. When they initially put the orange tow tag on it, I proceeded to get a temporary registration since I just purchased the vehicle. I got the temporary tag and taped in in the back window but these folks took the vehicle anyway. Technically they STOLE my vehicle. I was charged $195.00 for the tow and $25.00 for storage. Keep in mind I noticed the theft at 6:20am and the office didn't open until 8:00am. I finally contacted them at 8:00am and was told the amount to get my vehicle back and that it was out in Apache Junction. I arrived in Apache Junction around 10:00am to pick the vehicle up and there was no one there. This location is in the boonies and not staffed by anyone. I called again and they dispatched a tow truck to the site. When the driver (Dirty, smoking, tattoo covered, and intimidating) arrived 35 minutes later I asked him why they took it and he was quite nasty with me saying I would need to call the apartment complex, and then said, "I'm just the driver". I contacted my apartment complex and they of course told me to contact the tow company. I did that and they basically called me a liar. Now I have to take more time off work to take these fools to small claims court. They said they have a picture of the vehicle but have yet to produce it. What a racket these folks have going on! I would never call these guys again. This past Sunday I called to request a tow. The guy that answered the phone kept putting me on hold in the middle of our conversation. He must of done that 4-5 times. The last time he put me on hold, I held for 5-6 minutes so I hung up and called again making sure it was not my cell that got disconnected. The same person answered, now he was talking to me like I was bothering him. He finally gave me a quote and threw me back on hold. After 5-6 more minutes of waiting, I decided he didn't want to help me and that my business was not wanted there. read more

I had a flat tire on I-60 and Greenfield. I had a spare and all the tools to change the tire but I'm 64 years old and disabled. I called DPS and they promptly showed up. The officer said he would call for assistance to change the tire but my car would have to be moved to safer spot to change it. When I asked the tow driver how much it would be he said $85.00 for the first five miles but DPS rates were higher. When I asked how much higher he said not to worry he needed to get me in the truck for my safety. Once we on our way I asked again how much and he called his dispatch and asked for a discount. Again no word on the DPS rate. I told him more than once where I needed to go and he acknowledged.When we finally reached our destination he said I told him a different destination and it would be $165.00 for a seven mile tow. When I objected about him not offering to changed my tire he said it was a flat rate regardless of what he did or didn't do. And to add insult to injury he aggressively told me my car would not be dropped until it was paid. If he would have been honest and told me the DPS rate, which he obviously knew up front, I would have called another tow company. They took advantage of the misfortune of a disabled senior and had no conscience about it and actually acted butt hurt and defensive when I took umbrage about his dishonesty. read more
