Today my friend called to get a quote for tires for me. While I was on speaker, the owner gave us a specific price. However, after his employee installed the tires, the owner attempted to charge double the quoted price for just two tires. My friend went outside to speak with him while I remained on the phone. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the situation, he immediately began yelling and refused to listen to either of us. Unfortunately, this is not the first time he has behaved this way. This is now the second time we've experienced this type of conduct from him. It's honestly surprising that a business operating this way has managed to stay open this long. We apologized to the employee who had already put in the work, but the owner still threatened to charge us $100 for the 15 minutes his worker spent on the job. My advice: take your business elsewhere.

Then proceeded to park fully blocking our driveway and the trash can so that it couldn't get picked up. Then when they left didn't even move the trash can back. If they are this careless and oblivious about what they are doing not involving the actual towing, I can't imagine how much damage they do towing. Edited to add: Since you felt the need to be a child instead of owning up to your mistake you are lucky I didn't report you for trespassing and illegally blocking a driveway (this day and a few days ago when you dropped the piece of junk off).
