After encountering the gut-wrenching sound of my vehicle not turning over last night, I called members of my local church community to find a reputable roadside assistance/tow company. I received Dan's name/# and called him this a.m. I hadn't (thank goodness,) had a vehicle leave me stuck for over 10 years. This was a new (used) vehicle to our home. I had zero history with any companies in the area, as I had never needed one! I should not be surprised as to the amazing/quick/excellent service that was provided. I've now been able to read the reviews here on Yelp and they are 100% consistent with what others have shared. He was at my home on-time, courteous, kind, and even offered to make sure that my vehicle re-started after I turned it off/started it up again. His jump-equipment and his truck/flat-bed are all very clean/well-kept. Even though I had to pay out of pocket, the charge was VERY reasonable under the circumstances. I found out since that Tow AZ is contracted with my insurance company as well (you can bet I'm going to add roadside assistance/towing to my auto policy now!) I hope I don't need to see Dan again anytime real soon - but I'll be passing his info around to my friends/family for the future. His company will be the only one I'll use. read more

After numerous attempts at dealing with Toyota roadside assitance I gave up and called Dan. I'm glad I did. He answered his phone late on Sunday and took care of me immediately. He was able to navigate the difficult turn with my brand new frs. Steering was locked and it needed to turn 90 degrees. No problem for someone qualified. Toyota needs to add him to their list! In no time, my caddy was already on the way to the shop! I didn't even know he had come and gone. Dan texted me a photo of my car on his tow truck. Wow, he's FAST! He dropped my car off at the shop and I paid him via debit card over the phone. Can't get anymore easy and convenient as that. I saved Dan's number in my phone. My vehicle decided to stop working properly one sad evening. I managed to get off the freeway and drive into the first parking lot available without dying (I was on the freeway all the way on the left side surrounded by a bunch of fast cars. Life. Saver. Labor day weekend and our water pump died on our way through Phoenix from Flagstaff. We called 3 or 4 other tow companies and they were either way too expensive or they didnt pick up. I called Dan @ Tow AZ to get some help moving my big and heavy SUV across town to the Toyota dealer. He picked up the phone after just a few rings and I knew immediately that I was dealing with a professional. He is the Tow AZ company owner. I found out during my discussion with him that he is an ex-Marine with expertise at heavy equipment transportation. We set up an appointment for the next day (early morning) at my request. The next day, he was right on time and it took him all of 15 minutes to get my truck safely loaded up. He was very good about answering all of the curiosity based questions that I had about his tow rig and the equipment that he uses. He is a really friendly and personable guy. Once loading was completed he provided me a detailed invoice and he then left for the final destination. About an hour later, he called me to let me know that he arrived safely, that he met with the POC which I had called out on a simple instruction sheet I gave him, and he made a point to let me know that he had given the key to the dealer representative as I had asked him to do. I am so very happy with the service Dan provided and if needing another tow in the future, he is my new go to guy. One recommendation for Dan, and something that I should have told him when he was picking up my rig, carry and proactively hand out your business card as you will have repeat customers. Got a flat tire on a Friday on my way home from work and called Tow AZ. Dan arrived in less than an hour in rush hour traffic and changed my flat in less than 5 minutes. 5 Stars seriously is not enough! This company is amazing and was by far a perfect 10!! Last week when I woke up and went out to my garage I found my car with a flat tire. I completely started to panic since I had to be at TV segment for my business in just 2 hours!! So I am a typical girl and have no clue how to change a tire so I started to call around. I called about 5 different companies and everyone said it would be a 2 hour wait!? UMMMMM NO!!! So thank goodness I called Tow AZ and the guy who answered was sooooooo nice and said he understood my situation and would be to me in 25min.
