Well, last night Friday, June, 10th 2023 we were taking the van out to grab dinner. It was my first ride in the van. I am medically disabled and on oxygen 24/7. So one of the main reasons we got such a nice vehicle was the stability of getting me places in comfort. We weren't but about a mile from home, going through a little construction, when we had a duel blowout on the right side. We got the van to the Circle K on the corner but we had no idea what to do then. It's Friday at 7 pm in central Phoenix. We have two 20" low-profile flat tires, our dog is with us and I was on my last tank of oxygen. We tried calling 3 local tire shops but none could come and help us. I called two different tow trucks but one said no and the other was going to take a couple hours. Needless to say, we tried many different ideas to get the tires fixed. We were just going to give up and get an Uber or Lyft home, even though I hated the idea of leaving our brand-new van in the Circle K parking lot overnight. Right then I came across Zonum Roadside assistance. Lux answered the phone after the second ring and I swear it felt like I was the main character in a movie. I explained the situation to him and he understood how nervous I was about running out of oxygen. He told me they could be to me in 20 mins. They would pop off and check both tires. If they needed work, they would drive back to their shop and fix or mount new tires. Then return to us within 45 minutes. We had called several places with no help and here Lux is telling me he would have the van fixed in almost less than an hour. That is less time than we had spent trying to get help in the first place. Not only that but the price was probably half of what I would have had to pay to get it towed to a shop. Well, not only did they get it done, but they did it faster than they claimed. I still had half a tank of oxygen when they were done. My wife and I couldn't have been happier. I tipped each guy $20 and paid the bill with my account. Like I said, I felt like the lead in a movie. Besides a small ding in the back right rim, you can't even tell anything happened. We will be saving their contact for any future mechanic work that we might require. I CAN NOT give them a high review. They deserve to get a full 5 stars , extremely friendly, professional, and at an incredibly reasonable if not cheap price. If you read this whole review and are still unsure. With pull towing, it would not exceed 2 hours. However, they ultimately charged me double the agreed-upon price because their driver insisted on lifting, and they didn't inform me. They forced me to pay or threatened to drop the trailer off at the auction when they didn't follow the instructions.
