After waiting 3.5 hours on the roadside in the dark, the "other" company never even showed. It was after 10pm and we called Castro. He was a little way away finishing up another job. He got there within an hour. Wonderfully polite guy and was very carful getting our car loaded and transported to our mechanic's location. Very friendly and competent.
