Bad news, Rocker Arms/Camshaft was shot, leaking oil cooler gaskets and needed a new battery. I braced myself for a $4000 quote. Was only $2600. Monday diagnosed/Tuesday repaired in full! They had my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk for about 3-4 hours and completed the job the same day with no issues. Thomas, one of the owners, is a real cool guy. I kept calling him Chris for whatever reason and he was totally cool about it and politely corrected me and didn't get frazzled when I continued to call him Chris for reasons unknown. All the other staff were very friendly as they smiled and said hi when entering the yard and office for the facility. Their couches are surprisingly comfy and even though it has a hole in the wall appearance, it's very comfy with free K-cup coffee (Starbucks at that) and a huge TV with cable, Netflix, and all that fun stuff. I'm happy with their work and the friendly atmosphere and I'll definitely be coming back to these guys to get some more work done when needed.

They've now worked on both my Honda (routine maintenance) and my husband's BMW when we were dealing with an engine issue. In both situations, they were thorough, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on before moving forward. The BMW issue especially could have been stressful, but they diagnosed it properly and fixed it rather quickly for wayyyyy less than the dealer and other shops quoted us. That meant a lot to us as we have kids in college and it's hard to deal with a huge car repair expense unexpectedly. We also had window tinting done there, and the quality is excellent omg clean lines, no bubbles, and it looks amazing! Held up perfect in the AZ heat! With pull towing, it would not exceed 2 hours. However, they ultimately charged me double the agreed-upon price because their driver insisted on lifting, and they didn't inform me. They forced me to pay or threatened to drop the trailer off at the auction when they didn't follow the instructions.
