On July 27th in 107F heat, my vehicle was disabled on I-17 Downtown Phoenix.. I was told that I had to prepay the bill for $187 and that the service call would be 60 to 90 minutes from the time I called at 3:00pm. Starting at 4:00pm and until 5:30 I called every 20 minutes asking for an update. I was told each time the driver was on his way and each time from a different location in the Valley. Finally, at 6pm I called another towing services and they said that they would be to me in 15 minutes for 20 dollars cheaper. At that moment their driver arrived so I allowed him to tow our vehicle. I didn't change services while I was waiting because the had me prepay. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES prepay for a towing service from this company. When I phoned them about my service the following day, the dispatcher said that I received the services that I paid for and hung up on me. read more

Horrible service. Spoke with the owner and he's extremely rude and unprofessional. Look at all the other reviews and how they respond back as well. Just shows.... read more

Absolutely terrible service. Was originally given a 45 minute estimate. an hour later, we were told AFTER CALLING that it would be another hour. There was nothing sent before we called asking for an update to let us know it would be another hour. During the call they even tried to cancel the tow. Unfortunately we weren't forced to use them via our Geico claim. read more

Absolutely terrible. Was given 2 hour arrival time. With 30 minutes to go I received a text extending arrival another hour and a half. I called and arranged a pick up time for following day at 7am. On my way to my broken down vehicle I received another text with another hour and a half extension on arrival. Call and get stories. whats "Professional " about that? read more

Scratched my $1400 rim and refuse to take responsibility. This company was sent by Tesla to tow my vehicle. First their representative drove for 30 mins to end up at the wrong address. Then I had to wait another 40 mins for him to arrive where I was. When I go to pick up the car I see that the rim is scratched up. Tesla shows me the take-in photos where the rim was already scratched on arrival. At this point Tesla contacts Professional Towing & Recovery who now argue the rim was already scratched when they towed the car. Really? Your employee took photos of each rim, how about you show me these? Listen, how about you take responsibility for the lack of skill your employees demonstrate and pay for the rim. Then train your staff better so this doesn't happen again? Total crooks. read more

Just like the name says... They were so professional and pleasant to deal with that I saved the company as a contact in my phone!!! Of all the companies I called, they were so top notch especially for it to be Sunday (truly available 24/7 as advertised). The dispatcher was friendly, honest and transparent about the ETA of 60 to 90 minutes with the driver out on another job. Lucky me, the driver actually beat the quoted time and arrived within 45 minutes! The driver, Cedric, was super friendly and helpful. He truly made the experience pleasant, if it can be said of having car trouble and getting your vehicle to a shop! read more

Outstanding service. Tommy the service provider was excellent, great communicator and an excellent human being overall read more

Me and my Circle K truck were just rescued tonight by Eric and Robert. They were fast, friendly, and willing to back my truck up (with the trailer) into a tricky spot on our yard. Great driving skills Eric. I was also able to deliver my load at a store. Eric made it look easy. Robert was in training and will be a blessing to the team. Thanks again guys. The service was top notch! read more

My Tesla car battery died and I was unable to even open the doors. Tesla dispatched this service to tow my car. The company took pictures of the car before loading onto their flatbed and Tesla took pictures once it was unloaded finding damage to the side wall of one of my tires. This company was very quick to respond when I asked for pictures they took of my vehicle prior to loading to compare to Tesla's pictures, but then completely stopped responding when I told them it appears their lift damaged my tire. I've called and left messages and emailed multiple times with no one reaching out. Very unprofessional and just sad for a company to treat customers this way. read more

Great towing service. On time very knowledgeable and very quick response. Would highly recommend them.

Very professional and on time. I used them so many times and was 100% satisfied every single time. I have a sport car that's very low to the ground and they did it with the most care to make sure no scratches or damage is done. I recommend it to everyone read more

Thieves (partially), canceled on me 2x, was 1hr15min late 3rd try, sched for 8am arrive, at 8:18am driver said he is on other run and couldnt be on time. kellen @ dispatch confirmed the truck was still in yard in guadelupe @ 8:21am. he finally arrived @ 9:14am (its a 43min drive). @10:34am he was done and returning from chandler blvd& I10 back to guadelupe. driver claims he started run @7:38am & finished @10:34. so i was overbilled by an ~1hour @$200/hr. i called spoke with dana, she apologized, spoke with kellen and got the truth about the drivers whereabouts, apologized, and offered credit for next time i use their service offered by their owner. when i pressed for a partial refund, they said that was not possible. i pushed back suggesting i could litigate with my bank, BBB, yelp, and DA. and that point they suggested they could back up all their hours, and i should have a nice day read more

I would like to thank Chris who was working in Memphis for being very generous in assisting me with my flat tire. He was extremely generous. He represented your company in a very professionally manner. I was not comfortable at the place I was waiting but he assured me he would be there as soon as possible and he was there literally 30 minutes. He also made sure that I made it home safely. He really deserves a raise or an award. Actually I had many breakdown on cars but never had any that showed concern like he did. read more

I called on Saturday evening to get a flatbed to tow an all-terrain forklift from one location to another (16 miles). After being on the phone for over an hour, I was quoted ~$600 and I even asked again to confirm the price. After the service was provided, I received a call saying there was a mistake and they needed to charge me DOUBLE. Had I known that they would charge me DOUBLE, I would have explored other options. This is extremely unprofessional. I feel very disappointed, extremely upset, and taken advantage of. I would not recommend using this company. read more

Used Professional Towing today for roadside assistance today and they came and Joel was nice and even offered me a water, i recommend them

The guy was very patient, and waited till I came back to my car. He even gave me some advice! Which I needed it, so thanks again!

We called six other 24/7 towing companies after we pulled off the highway with a flat tire. No one answered or our call went straight to voicemail. Our seventh call was to Professional Towing & Recovery. Not only did they answer the call, but they sent SJ to help us. SJ was professional and such a nice person. He saved us! Thank you SJ and Professional Towing & Recovery! read more

Huge shout out to Tim and Professional Towing! I needed emergency roadside service, and Geico contacted another towing company. Terrible service and most definitely not professional. I was given multiple texts stating.. Will be there in 5 minutes 10 minutes later. ..we are on our way.. Then...will be there in 10 minutes...yhen will be there in 10 minutes. Not only did no one show up to get my vehicle started.. But it was not even humans that were texting..it was a machine put on automatic..they had no intention of coming out...and did nit tell me. How horrid to be lied to by a machine. Horrible unprofessional inconvenience. Beware of this company and adk about the machine that says they are on their way read more

The driver was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure he was dropping the vehicle in the right location. Very nice and courteous.

Very pleasant and professional company! Ted was my driver. I was stranded in long-term parking at the airport. He was very prompt there within 20 minutes and picked up my car and took it to my destination. He had pleasant conversation and was very professional and I really appreciated having a much better experience than I've ever had with a tow truck. read more

I got off of work to find my motorcycle had a flat tire. I called my roadside assistance (Geico) who scheduled my towing needs with Professional Towing and Recovery. I originally was given a 45 minute arrival time. Then I received a phone call from them saying that a driver was in the area and would be there sooner. Leo showed up and was very professional. We were able to load and secure the motorcycle quickly, and start the 21 mile trip. Leo was personable, maintained a safe distance in traffic, and looked at the motorcycle several times during the trip. I was completely comfortable riding with him, and I would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise. read more
