Today I came to the Chandler location for a tire rotation and was told I needed two new tires, and that it would be faster than getting them rotated. I decided to get them and was quoted an hour and 10 minute time frame. After an hour and 15 minutes, my car still was sitting in the lot. After waiting for my turn in line, to find out how much longer it would be, my car was pulled back and I was told 15 minutes. It took another 35 minutes. I had let the sales guy/technician know I had to be at work at 3:00 when I checked in at 1:10. I finally got my car back at 3:00. While waiting, and watching a line of 4 people also standing and waiting, one of the sales guys answered the phone, told someone it was not busy and to bring their car down. Another woman stood in line waiting for over 20 minutes before being helped, meanwhile the guys are selling tires (or so it sounded) over the phone. I understand that things happen, but there is no excuse for 2 tires to take 2 hours. At the very least, give me the estimate and tell me to bring the car back in an hour so I am not sitting and waiting for nothing.
