Today my friend called to get a quote for tires for me. While I was on speaker, the owner gave us a specific price. However, after his employee installed the tires, the owner attempted to charge double the quoted price for just two tires. My friend went outside to speak with him while I remained on the phone. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the situation, he immediately began yelling and refused to listen to either of us. Unfortunately, this is not the first time he has behaved this way. This is now the second time we've experienced this type of conduct from him. It's honestly surprising that a business operating this way has managed to stay open this long.
