While out running around for the day I was in need of gas and quick because i love to test the gauge...Truthfully I just was too cheep to pay Chevron or She'll prices so I drove a few extra miles to QT where I know it will be clean, friendly service and fair prices on gas. Fair for this day and age anyway. This location was pretty easy to get in and out. There were plenty of gas pumps and the lot clean. We did not go in this time so I can't speak on service, but we were in and out in minutes. I should also add it's close to the freeway for easy access if traveling. read more

Horrible customer service, rude employees, and complete lack of follow through from management (Rene). This store allows corporate entities such as Temco and American Home Furniture to monopolize the entirety of the location. It is nearly impossible every morning for any average customer to efficiently get in and out of the store or potentially get gas because the large delivery trucks are perpetually blocking driveways, gas pumps, and parking spaces. It is not unheard of to be stuck in the driveways of this location for well over ten minutes because the delivery trucks will not move! Despite the fact that these issues are known by the leadership team, they still allow the Temco and American Home Furniture employees to take over the store at the expense of ALL the regular customers. One cannot simply get in and out, so there really is no "quick trip." Even when you bring these issues to the attention of staff and management, they write you off as the problem rather than addressing the companies and people who have made this location impossible to utilize for the average customer. Let's face it, Quik Trip's are WAY better than any Circle K. They're efficient and they always have windshield cleaner and paper towels. Today, I needed DEF for my diesel truck. The shelf was empty. I almost walked out, but ask a young man by the name of Skousen (?) if there was any somewhere else. He said, "Wait right here, I'll go look in back", and he speedily did. He returned with a box of DEF for me and one for the shelf in case someone else needed it. What??! This kid is a worker QT! Remember that name, Skousen! Young but very willing to help! I love Quik trip and this one is so close to me. Always fast and friendly staff and clean interior. However, the outside situation at the pumps is getting annoying. Last 3 times I've been there I've been heckled for cash outside the door and people coming up to me at the pumps. The homeless threw the trash cans upside down and just walked away. Today, I had 2 ppl walk up to me and ask for money and would not leave when I said no. Safety concern for others? Not sure, but just sad to see it going downhill quick. Gotta be alert. Makes me feel uncomfortable and I'd prefer to go elsewhere now. Just fyi. read more

Aug 26, 2019 S Power Rd It is really hard to impress me or almost anyone when you are rating a gas station convenience store for the obvious reasons. QT seems to do most of it right. Their gas fill up area here has a high canopy over it to accommodate even the largest vehicles. The lanes between each pump set are extra wide so as not to feel to close to other vehicles and to be able to walk without fear of being run over. Their pumps are clean, the ground neat and tidy. The store front is also neatly organized and tidy. Inside is where the real magic is. This is like a super convenience store and restaurant setup. They offer their standard gas station staples. Hot dogs, etc. Their little restaurant type setup you can order pizza. Their drink selection is very nice. They offer several flavors of slushie type coffees, iced coffee, soft drinks, hot coffees etc. My go to is their slushie type coffees. I like the caramel. It has a slight butterscotch flavor to me. The employees here I have encountered are always nice and pleasant. They ask you how you are and wish you a nice day. They have several registers, so if there is a line of people they just call someone to the next one over. They do this often and it flows quickly. Whenever I go in, there it is always and I mean always someone there tidying up, cleaning something or organizing. I rarely see this at any other gas station. QT is my favorite of the gas stations. read more

This place has definitely taken the gas station trip to the next level. There are loads of pumps, so no need to wait in line. The store and restrooms were clean and staff very friendly. They offer specialty drinks, frozen treats, and self serve drinks. There is also a counter where you can order fresh sandwiches, pizza, soft pretzels and breakfast sandwiches. I never thought I would write a review for a gas station, much less be obsessed with one. This QT is clean, well-stocked and a great variety of treats, including a kitchen with blizzard-esque yummies, soft pretzels(yes!), smoothies, pizza, etc. We look forward to trying their ice cream sometime but do really like the pretzels. Hubby is a fan of their donuts and sausages. I like the mango tea in the self-serve area and the peanut butter Rice Krispie treat covered in chocolate for a rare snack. They also have the best coffee. I love their low fat vanilla or their mocha brews. We also buy their bags of ice (an in-between of chunks and crushed ice). Gas is also cheaper here than many neighboring stations. read more

Busy busy busy QT. I am here frequently with work.. The staff are always friendly and the bathrooms are usually clean. They can't always help if some nastyass was in the bathroom before me, but have always been quick and responsive when I mention that it needs to be cleaned up. But, seriously, how and why do grown women piss or poop on the toilet? They are always out pressure washing the parking lot. And the is always yummy. Order it fresh if ya have the time. read more

This QuikTrip is one of the only gas stations in that area and that isn't a bad thing. Well maintained, always clean, 10~20 cents cheaper than most other places, and has a massive amount of pumps so I've yet to see anyone have to wait to get to one. There's a competing big-name station up the road (out on it's own away from anything else) I can't find on Yelp for some reason and it's DISGUSTING - gas all over the ground, flies absolutely everywhere I mean hundreds of them absolutely swarming the entire place, and if you're doing more than getting gas and go inside it's just as bad in there. This QT is absolutely the place to stop for gas out here especially compared to it's competition. read more

I came later at night and was happy to see that they still had their taquitos out because I had gone to a Circle K before that and they had already taken theirs off the cookers. Instead of long lines, sticky floors and disgusting fountain drink areas, these guys are the exact opposite. Every time I walk in there someone is always cleaning the floors or wiping down the fountain drink area. I'm always greeted with a "hello" when I walk in the door. My favorite part is there are no long lines and if there are they are very fast at checking people out so you are out the door in no time. I don't know what was going on this morning, maybe it was just because it was morning, but either way, if I could give this zero stars, I would. We stopped here to get some breakfast on our way to class and it literally took 20 min to get our breakfast and coffee we ordered and it was just us, nobody else had ordered anything and we are sitting here watching, what I believe is the manager, play flip cup and the other lady looked like she didn't even want to be there. Besides the service, the "coffee" was AWFUL. I'm not a picky person usually, but, we ordered a caramel frappuccino and it literally tasted like burnt coffee blended with ice and on top of that, the lady who made them, made one for herself too, which I mean, it is the morning and we all want coffee, but I mean, at least make yourself something good too. The gentleman that rung us up though was really nice, but he had to tell the ladies to make more food for the breakfast sandwich area. Anyway, super bad experience. read more

Fast check out, friendly employee and clean bathrooms. It's definitely the opposite of a Circle K.

I do not recommend you get a Quiktrip credit card. This company is using a credit card company that charges late fees every month. When you explain to the customer service rep that your bank statement show that payments were made on time, the customer service rep ignores your information and keeps repeating "you payment was late in our system". This is how my credit score went down because of Quiktrip. The fact they use a 3rd party for credit does not remove their responsibility. Buy your gas somewhere else read more
