Stopped in last night after grocery shopping. The staff is great. Both, the ladies who prepared my meal and checked me out were welcoming, friendly, smiling and helpful. I was able to place my order quickly even with a few people in line ahead of me. I was pleasantly surprised about how good the food was. The ingredients were fresh, seasoned and cooked well. The portion was enough to share. It took me a couple tries to finish. The nachos were salty and delicious, too! I'll definitely go back. I've heard the tortilla soup is yummy. I like all the options for protein and toppings. You should never get bored with this menu. I took my food home but they do offer a decent amount of seating if you choose to dine in. And the bathrooms are clean, too! I'll be back, soon!

Finally, Gilbert has been blessed with the triumphant return of Qdoba. I don't know who we bribed, threatened, or sacrificed to the burrito gods to make this happen, but it worked. And honestly? Worth it. Yes, it's a Chipotle knockoff. But calling Qdoba a knockoff is like calling a Tesla a knockoff golf cart. Technically wheels, technically moves, but only one of them makes you feel alive. The chicken here? Moist like it's been secretly marinated in angel tears and seasoned with the laughter of happy children. Chipotle could never. The place is small with three booths, a breakfast-bar-style setup, and no patio. If you want ambiance, go light a candle at home. But when the food slaps this hard, who cares about square footage? Shoutout to the staff: it was opening day and they were already more efficient than Chipotle will ever be on its best day. Like watching a pit crew change tires, except instead of tires it's burritos and instead of NASCAR it's my stomach. So yes, welcome back Qdoba. Please don't leave me again. Gilbert is fragile.

Yay glad they opened in Gilbert! They got my order wrong but the staff were very nice. Similar concept to chipotle. Food was decent.

The octopus was tender and enjoyable, although it had a bit more oil than I personally prefer. The atmosphere was fantastic, making it a great place to relax, enjoy a quality meal, and catch the World Cup matches . Friendly service, excellent presentation, and a memorable dining experience overall. We'll definitely be back for another tomahawk!

We were able to get reservations on OpenTable same day which was on a Tuesday so that's expected when I came in. I was greeted by a friendly hostess, who sat us very quickly. The ambience inside is super modern and a good vibe in general. Our server, Yuri was absolutely amazing. She was super patient and helpful/accommodating with having a baby at a restaurant. They DO have high chairs! She also gave a really good recommendation of the ceviche which me and my wife found phenomenal! It was a different style of ceviche than I typically get and the variety of seafood as well as the sauce that it was marinated with was delicious. One thing, though that I would say that for personal preference at least would be that I wish they had some spice on it that would've sent it to the moon. I also got the steak the filet mignon specifically and I would've done the mashed potatoes because they sounded like they were really good, but I ended up getting potato wedges because my wife wanted some lolll The filet mignon was really good. I would say just one critique would be that it wasn't Cook the same throughout so like the right side was medium and then the side that luckily I cut into at first was medium rare so that was one downside but overall it was really good tasting steak. We also got a side of sautéed veggies, which were delicious. And then, lastly, when we were leaving or about to get the check, Yuri told us that because we are celebrating our anniversary that they wanted to surprise us with a flan! That flan was pretty good, I wouldn't say it's to die for . but I also come from a Hispanic family so I'm kinda picky. Next time I go back, I will definitely try a lot more on the menu and I have to go when I have a complete cheat meal so I can eat a lot of food! We didn't end up drinking today because middle of the week but next time I go back I have 100% will get some of their cocktails too as they look absolutely delicious! Overall, I would recommend this place. The staff was super super friendly ambience was good. The food was good and there's more items to explore on the menu

The macaroni and cheese was so delicious I can't even put it into words. Grandmas Calabasitas tasted just like how my grandma and my mom made them at home, and the refried beans were just as good. The meat was tender, all of it, and the BBQ sauce selection tied it all together. The inside was warm but it's also Arizona so everywhere is fuckin hot! The guys were all very friendly and served us right away. We'll definitely be back.

We went all-in on the brisket and ordered the Large Call Out Brisket Taco, Brisket Tostada, and Brisket Burrito. Everything was solid, but the taco was the standout by a mile. The brisket was smoky, tender, and loaded with flavor, and somehow every bite was better than the last. The real sleeper hit was the BBQ sauce. I'm usually not someone who talks about sauce, but this one deserves its own mention. It had the perfect balance of sweet, smoky, and tangy and made everything on the table better. The mac and cheese was another surprise favorite. Rich, creamy, and absolutely worth ordering. We also tried the Mexican Twinkie. I'm glad we did because it's one of those menu items you have to experience at least once, but wow, it is rich. A few bites was plenty for me, and it's probably the one thing I wouldn't order again. Elote was decent but wouldn't order again. Mexi-Q could easily lean too far into the gimmick of BBQ-meets-Mexican, but instead they focus on doing the food right. I'll be back for that brisket taco and enough extra BBQ sauce to make questionable life decisions.

This restaurant is decorated so cutely. I love how there is a Baja influence with all the surf boards but also southwest appeal. There is plenty of seating and tables for big groups.
