First time here. Everyone was nice and helpful. Food was good. Seating is minimal. No complaints here.

My last few experiences were not so good. I've been here once a week for the last 2 months. They are usually working on pick up orders and they do not acknowledge me until they are completed being I'm the only customer waiting in line. I've been great at waiting patiently but now I am tired of the rude experience. Today I visited for dinner and asked politely if I could have a small bowl to go. The man told me "not right now" or " in a min" in a very rude tone. I almost walked right out of the entrance but I was hungry. The whole time he made my bowl it felt rushed he was very pushy when I asked questions about the ingredients he seemly extremely aggressive. He never greeted me or smiled or thanked me. Good service, quick to order. They had all the ingredients and the store was clean. There is a parking lot and indoor seating. I ordered the 3-cheese nachos and they tasted great. Easy enough. Would come back again! read more

This was my first time at QDOBA and it won't be the last! I thought it was great that they let you try something. The Cholula chicken was amazing and I loved that I could take a sample before making that my meal. Guac and queso are included and they made our family's meal fast! Stopped in last night after grocery shopping. The staff is great. Both, the ladies who prepared my meal and checked me out were welcoming, friendly, smiling and helpful. I was able to place my order quickly even with a few people in line ahead of me. I was pleasantly surprised about how good the food was. The ingredients were fresh, seasoned and cooked well. The portion was enough to share. It took me a couple tries to finish. The nachos were salty and delicious, too! I'll definitely go back. I've heard the tortilla soup is yummy. I like all the options for protein and toppings. You should never get bored with this menu. I took my food home but they do offer a decent amount of seating if you choose to dine in. Finally, Gilbert has been blessed with the triumphant return of Qdoba. I don't know who we bribed, threatened, or sacrificed to the burrito gods to make this happen, but it worked. And honestly? Worth it. Yes, it's a Chipotle knockoff. But calling Qdoba a knockoff is like calling a Tesla a knockoff golf cart. Technically wheels, technically moves, but only one of them makes you feel alive. The chicken here? Moist like it's been secretly marinated in angel tears and seasoned with the laughter of happy children. Chipotle could never. The place is small with three booths, a breakfast-bar-style setup, and no patio. If you want ambiance, go light a candle at home. But when the food slaps this hard, who cares about square footage? Shoutout to the staff: it was opening day and they were already more efficient than Chipotle will ever be on its best day. Like watching a pit crew change tires, except instead of tires it's burritos and instead of NASCAR it's my stomach. So yes, welcome back Qdoba. Please don't leave me again. The food was pretty good. It's a decent competitor for burrito bowls. I appreciated that they didn't up charge me for extra toppings, even the guacamole!!! The place is clean and staff was friendly. Prices are comparable to other burrito bowl places nearby. read more

Finally a Qdoba in the east valley closer to Queen Creek. Staff was great, food was great, location is new so inside was great, everyone was nice and the line was out the door. Only thing i saw, the burrito maker on the line dropped a black marker cap that they use to write on the lid the type of protein into the pico and did not change the pico out. Just left it there for the next guests to get. I would think that should have been changed out ASAP. read more

Yay glad they opened in Gilbert! They got my order wrong but the staff were very nice. Similar concept to chipotle. Food was decent.

We came in on a Saturday afternoon. The team appeared very busy with carry out orders and walk in traffic. We were greeted with warmth and a smile. My team member addressed my gluten allergy alert and changed their gloves. My food was absolutely delicious! But what I really want to say is, this team really takes pride in their service. There is another poor review because the person was not addressed appropriately. I say you can call me Sugar, sweetie or pumpkin as long as you keep the warm attitude that this team represents. read more

Went here with my family, both male workers were definitely high off their asses, both were on their phones when we walked up to the counter and were definitely not the people I wanted handling my food. The food over all was basic and chipotle would have been a better choice for quality of food especially because it would have been the same price. Sucks because it's so close to my home but we unfortunately will not be going here again. read more

Disappointed that this is a restaurant and has 3 small tables. Barely enough room for standing in line to order. Some seating at bar along window but not great for dinner guests. Didn't stay and not sure if we will go back. Hoping this is valuable feedback for owners. Online the Image for this location looks like it has outdoor seating, but it does not. read more

Walked in, stood there as the only customer for 8 minutes before we were told "we will be right with you" by 2 employees separately. Then all 6 employees continued to chat while one person weighed steak in a bowl. Another few minutes a 3rd girl put on gloves and said "we will be right with you" then proceeded to walk into the back and not return. 3 minutes later we left and went to jersey mikes next door. Qdoba will not be considered as an option going forward. I get it, you hire cheap labor...but between all of them not one of them could figure out how to take an order for two burrito bowls from the only customer standing in line for approx 13-15minutes. read more

I've been to this location more than a handful of times now, every single time I've been here, the food has been phenomenal. The fact queso and guac are included is one of my favorites; oh, not to mention the service I receive every time I walk in. I am a huge fan of Mel, she is always there for me and my family providing a good laugh. The store has always been clean with everything stocked when I am there. After a bad experience at the Awatuke location, Mel and QDOBA made it right. Happy to say I love this store and company :) read more

Haven't eaten at a Qdoba over a decade. Got there 10 minutes before they officially opened. Was not allowed to wait indoors . 10 minutes later I go back in and they say it will be a few more minutes. Not sure what was fresh or leftovers from yesterday. No shrimp (probably dodged a bullet). Everything was cold and opted out of the guacamole due to it being brown and half empty. Although they were very unorganized, they also didn't pick up their speed any. I was not impressed. Will not go back. read more

Mel was so helpful and kind! Love the free guacamole and queso. They are generous with their serving sizes and everything tasted great.

Horrible experience. My bowl had raw chicken. Pretty sure I ate some raw pieces prior to noticing this one. Disgusting. read more

Placed an order on my app, told it would be ready at 6:05. Went to store at 5:55pm saw a line went in the line because I had to order a extra burrito. Went thru the line and got my extra order at 6:20. Paid for my extra order asked about my online order told it wasn't ready waited another 45 minutes to get my online order. During the time yhe line lead was a complete asshole. The young kid should not be talking to customers, much less employed. I would give a zero rating if possible. read more

Small Qdoba in new Frys shopping center at Power and Elliot. The cholulua chicken brought me in. What I love, free guacamole on my bowl. Not a rice fan and they filled it up. Love that they have soft and crispy taco options. The chips were way too salty, uneatable actually. I typically use them to eat my bowl like deconstructed nachos. Been over a decade since I had Qdoba, when I used to eat pork, theirs was the best. I don't eat it anymore so frankly beyond the free guacamole not sure I will go back. read more

Wow! That was pretty horrible. We ordered two salads to pick up. Waited 25 minutes after quoted pick up time, and they were horrible! Lettuce was swimming in queso and sauce, way too much sour cream, cheese, and NO beans, very little chicken, and no dressing provided (not that we'd need it with all the goop). Went to QDOBA for first time in years. All the toppings were great but white rice was insanely salty and ruined meal. Whenever I was eating rice it was like putting my fork into salt and eating that. read more

Food is mid at best. The chicken does not look like the chicken in the pictures. It's tiny pieces similar to carnitas. Rice was hard and undercooked. read more
