I went at 6 in the morning before work. There was only 1 employee and he took care of me in the drive through. He had just put in fresh hash browns, so he had me park in the parking lot to wait for my meal. 2 minutes later he was out with golden brown hash browns and a good burrito. Went through the drive thru for lunch. 2 stars for my interactions with the employee working at the window. He did not greet me and his mask was below his chin, despite Jack in the Box having a large sign in the window asking customers at the drive thru to wear a mask. He handed me my food without asking if I would like condiments. I had to yell through the window to ask after the fact and he handed me an entire handful without saying anything. First off I'm hard at hearing so the first time I asked if I could do two separate orders, a girl worker said something I didn't hear so I said "huh?", I asked again and a guy intervened and mocked me saying "huh" and started laughing I didn't understand why they were being rude unprovoked when all I asked was a simple question very nicely at that. Very sad to say I will not be going back to any jack n the box after this. I am currently pregnant and went for a breakfast sandwich at this location. Luckily I didn't take a bite yet. There was MOLD on my croissant. I posted a picture. I went back and asked for a refund and gave them everything back. This Jack-in-the-Box has been making my food, so fantastic I keep coming back here! Super friendly staff. They make my tacos which I always order two tacos extra crispy. They are done to perfection and the chicken eggroll so yummy done right. And a small order of jalapeño poppers . Done nicely! I have never had any sloppy food from here. I live in Queen, Creek, and the Jack-in-the-Box on Ocotillo and Rittenhouse is horrible! There's never the same people working there. They mess up your food all the time but you will not have to worry about that at this Jack-in-the-Box in Mesa, it is on power and ray road so come see what all the fuss is about because they are really committed to making excellent food! Last night I was starving so I drove to this Jack in the Box to get some burgers for me and my friend. I ended up getting stuck in the line for OVER AN HOUR and couldn't get out. As someone who once worked a graveyard shift in the food industry, I tried to be understanding, but the line really wasn't that long. Then once I got my food, I drove away because I was so hungry and wanted to eat with my friend, but once I got home I realized I'd gotten a totally wrong order. It was 2:00 AM and so I didn't go back to get it fixed since I was so exhausted, but both sandwiches had tomato on them and I'm allergic so I couldn't even eat what I was given. I often go to this store on my way to the nearby airport. I think that the store is under new management because it is actually open according to the advertise hours of operation on their doors. I was pleasantly surprised with their dine-in customer service during my last visit. The order taker, who was also the manager on duty, was very friendly and professional. Went through the drive thru. They didn't give me half of my order so I had to drive 15 minutes back to get the rest of my food. Because their dining area is closed I had to wait 40 minutes in order to get my food. No answer when I tried to call. Staff was very unapologetic. Very frustrating experience. read more

The manager Anthony is the rudest man. I have video of him telling me to get out of his drive thru. I went thru the drive thru Friday night and a girl would NOT take my order... she said I needed to order on the App. So I downloaded the app and tried to start ordering. But people started going thru the drive thru so I went thru and they were talking orders. When I ask for a manager, Anthony came up and I told him what happen and he grew very angry and told me to get out of his drive thru. I visited Store #1555 on 10/7/17 at about 5:45 PM. I ordered 1-spicy chicken sandwich, a medium order of french fries, and 1-Jumbo Jack sandwich with no cheese but extra tomatoes. I repeated the "No cheese, but extra tomatoes" twice to the young woman who took my order. I paid at the drive-up window, got my order in the bag (after the manager asked and confirmed the order), and drove home. After arriving home, I realized I hadn't been given a receipt. The only part of the order that was correct was the fries. Chicken sandwich was cooked so hard I could barely eat it. The burger had double cheese and standard tomatoes, contrary to what I had specified. When I returned to the restaurant to return the remains of the meal and ask for a refund, I felt that both the female employee and the manager were argumentative and did not respect me as a customer. The manager kept calling me "brother", and never did introduce himself nor apologize for having failed to give me a receipt. He finally did give me a partial refund, but never once was apologetic for the incorrectly and poorly prepared sandwiches, nor for my inconvenience at having to make a second trip to handle the matter. I was actually at the new Jack in the Box on Higley & Pecos. Hands down the worst taco I've ever seen in my life. I ordered two Bacon Ranch tacos, and somebody left them under a heater at least an hour, AT LEAST, before serving them. Seriously, a TACO? How hard is it to throw one together fresh? Nothing in my bag was good. It was all out for far too long being kept warm by a heating unit of some sort. My order was wrong. Totally sickening. NASTY- MOLD--- GROSS!!!! Everyone was standing around talking when there was Plenty to be cleaned everywhere! The food was- regular food. I went to put ice in my toddler sons cup to get some water and there was MOLD all over the ice spout! I showed the manager- they put an "out of order" on the machine but then decided to mop the floor instead of cleaning the machine.
