IMPOSSIBLE SPICY MISSION
Lupe E.

the place is spacious and there's kiosk to order from, the employees were so kind, we went after midnight and it took about 10 mins to get our food but it was fresh and everything tasted great with high quality ingredients, i love how there's 3 impossible burger options to choose from for my boyfriend who doesn't eat meat, the cheese fries and mac and cheese were so yummy, needless to say ill for sure be coming back soon, this location closes at 2 am which is a huge plus for me since im a night owl

Ordering, food, quality, soda selection, wait time, all was fantastic! Will definitely be back! Need one in Gilbert!

The three cheese classic melt is made with sharp cheddar, muenster & fontina. The sandwich bread is French bread. It is cheesy and full of flavor. It helps me feel satisfied and full. The melt burger has cheddar, jalapeño--pickle mix, and Melt sauce. I didn't think I could taste much of the Melt sauce to make it different from other hamburgers. I could taste more of the jalapeño and pickle mix. The staff was very friendly. Did a take out order over the phone. The restaurant is located on the corner of an intersection so it makes it easy to find. They have large glass windows so you can easily see inside. The Wall is basically two large panes of glass. This makes the restaurant seem more open and a larger space.

The Melt - ASU Tempe @ Novus Place Original Burger Melt more than 1/3 pound of Angus & Wagyu beef, chopped, grilled and filled with loads of melted cheddar, jalapeños (not too spicy), pickles and Melt sauce on a toasted, artisan bun. (cooked medium, pink & juicy. Good burger, size and taste. Swiss and Shroom Burger more than 1/3 pound of Angus & Wagyu beef, chopped, grilled and filled with loads of melted swiss, fresh spinach, grilled mushrooms, crispy onions & ranch (cooked medium, pink & juicy) is solid winner. Cheddar Bacon Ranch Fries smothered in cheddar sauce, with crispy bacon and ranch sauce, is a solid choice, all condiments work well together. The warm Chocolate Chip Cookies are a winner The signage is a little confusing outside, there is a vertical sign on the corner, but the store front sign says " World's Meltiest Burger" This is a solid place for a burger

SPICY MISSION CHICKEN

I've been to the Melt in Scottsdale and it was pretty good so I tried the one in Tempe. This is one of those places you order on a screen, then you take a pager and go grab your food from the counter when your pager goes off, and then clear your own table by taking everything tot the garbage when you're done. I never had to talk to a single person, but the machine still asks for a tip on the meal. This time I went with a spicy mission grilled chicken sandwich, but I should have stuck with the burgers. My chicken was tough and chewy and really salty. The fries were still pretty good though.

ORIGINAL CHICKEN MELT - A meal consisting of a chicken sandwich with lettuce and sauce in a bun, accompanied by seasoned French fries and a pickle on a tray. The tray has printed paper with text and illustrations, and the setting appears to be a casual dining restaurant. In the background, a person is partially visible, and a soda can is on the table.

Fast casual restaurant in Tempe near the ASU stadiums where you order at a kiosk and they call your number when your food is ready. The burgers at The Melt are great. The original chicken sandwich I got this time was over salted and was very dry and rubbery. Next time I'll just get a burger. But The Melt is in a great up and coming area and will do well.

I was starving after work, and really wanted to try this place, as it's a few stores down from a great ice cream place. I think the ordering concept here is freaking amazing!! Used the kiosk, there's a tv showing how many orders are before yours and showing whose orders are ready. Minimal face time with people, especially if you've just about had it for the day lol. The strawberry lemonade I got was quite good, and the fries were alright. I guess I forgot to take a picture of my burger, but I got the one with bacon and bbq in it, and it was freaking awesome!! The bbq was really good. I actually wish they had that for sell. It wasn't too acidic, and was a perfect addition to the burger. Very clean and respectable place. Definitely recommend this location!

Great burgers, I got the mushroom swiss burger and it was really good, a little greasy but overall lots of flavor very juicy. My boyfriend got the chicken sandwich which was pretty good, it wasn't anything crazy though. We also got this snickerdoodle shake which was really really good actually. Inside is nice, we came few days after opening and it was pretty quiet (we also went on a sunday at like 4pm). You order off a tablet and they bring out your food for you. Very casual but fun place for a nicer burger than fast food. A little over priced in my opinion, but nonetheless the food was good

Snicker doodle malt - A person holds a clear plastic cup containing a milkshake topped with cinnamon powder. The milkshake appears creamy and light-colored, with a straw inserted. The background shows an indoor environment with a carpeted floor and some furniture or objects, but they are out of focus.

Holy Moses lawd above I have seen the light and it's garlicky and cheesy. I was in the mood for comfort food tonight and not in the mood to go anywhere, so I did what I do as a millennial and searched good ol doordash for ideas. I came across The Melt and I've gotta say... I'm pretty sure this is the best thing I've tasted in YEARS. First, the sandwich: I ordered The Italian and added steak. The menu says the bread is "spicy garlic" and whoo boy, they are not kidding. The bread was absolutely *PACKED* with flavor. The steak was tender and thinly shaved, and the mushrooms were out. of. this. world. And the cheese blend? Chefs kiss. Next, the garlic Parmesan fries: just yes. All the yes. The fries were flavorful and crispy. I did need to add salt, but that is no biggie. As a picky fry eater, I was impressed. Finally, dessert: their snicker doodle malt. Think of your happiest childhood memory, and imagine being able to experience it again. That's what this malt was like. Just pure bliss. Absolutely hands down 100/10. Will I be back? Hell yes.

Decided to try this new (to Arizona) place on a whim. So glad we did! There were several locations in California, and the reviews are great. And who doesn't live delicious, melty cheese! The menu has lots of cheesey things--burgers, grilled cheese sandwiches, Mac and cheese, chicken sandwiches, fries, shakes, and, of course, tomato soup to go with the grilled cheese. You order at the counter and are given a pager to let you know when you're order is ready. The gentleman (Nicholas, I think) at the counter was so friendly and helpfull. The dining room is pleasant, with exposed brick and both regular and high top tables. We ordered *Two Melt Burgers. You can dress it as you like--add lettuce, tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, and sauce. *Sicilian Chicken Sandwich--grilled chipped chicken, provelone, fontina, and grilled mushrooms on spicy garlic bread *Queso de Mayo--avocado, fresh jalapenos, smoked bacon, and pepper jack cheese on grilled artisan French bread *Garlic Parmesan Fries Everything was sooo good and so cheesy. The price wasn't bad, either. This could definitely become a regular thing for us!

Super cute interior!

I checked out The Melt this past weekend in the Tempe ASU campus area. I originally saw an ad for them on Instagram during their opening a few weeks back, forgot about it, and then happened to drive by while hungry -- so it felt meant to be. The restaurant itself is very clean, and if you're into outdoor seating they've got mister fans to keep things cool. We opted for indoors. Ordering is easy -- you can go to the counter or use one of their kiosks (we did the kiosk so we could browse without feeling rushed). I went for the MeltBurger (Angus & Wagyu beef, chopped, grilled, and packed with melted cheddar, jalapeños, pickles, and Melt sauce on a toasted artisan bun) plus sweet potato fries (hot, crispy Louisiana sweet potatoes with shaved parmesan). My god-sister ordered the Original Chicken Melt (all-natural grilled chicken breast, cheddar, tomato, lettuce, and Melt sauce on a toasted artisan bun). I also grabbed a strawberry lemonade that looked house-made with real strawberry bits -- super refreshing on a hot day. The burger sounded amazing on paper, but once I started eating it... I wasn't fully sold. Not bad, just maybe not the right burger choice for me, and I didn't make it through more than half. My god-sister said her chicken sandwich was good, so that's a plus. The sweet potato fries though? Chef's kiss. Perfectly seasoned, crispy, and delicious. I'll never hate a good sweet potato fry! They've got plenty of other tempting options -- mac & cheese, salads, grilled cheese, patty melts -- so I might give them another shot to try something different next time. For now, it's a solid spot, but my meal was a bit hit-and-miss.

For fast food adjacent, it is quite good. Everything is very cheesy as advertised. The melts were good and the bread was crispy. Sweet potato fries were nicely crispy and perfectly salted.

Been excited to come try The Melt that just opened recently in Tempe and it did not disappoint us! Great service, not sure if the guy at register was manager or owner but he was very welcoming and friendly, and patient with our big order as there was so many delicious options on the menu to pick from. Brand new place so everything is clean and perfectly set up, spacious too for indoor and outdoor dining! Definitely coming back, will try to order other stuff we haven't tried yet but can't promise... Swiss N Shroom MeltBurger BBQ Bacon MeltBurger Cheddar Bacon Ranch Fries Sweet Potato Fries Italian Job Melted Grilled Cheese Egg-In-A-Hole Melted Grilled Cheese Melty Mac We even got treated with sample of warm out of the oven chocolate chip chunk cookies!

I didn't think anything about it when 10 minutes had passed, but once it was 20 minutes I decided to ask one of the workers how much longer it would be for my order and that's when they finally decided to inform us they were working on a catering order. I work in the food service industry so I was a little confused as to why that's not something they would disclose at the beginning of us ordering, especially if they knew it was a large order. They told us it would only be 5-10 more minutes though... and then that became 20 extra minutes of us waiting. The customer before me also ended up waiting 40 minutes for just 3 tenders. I feel like they should've offered us a free drink or something after seeing us in the lobby waiting for half an hour. And it didn't help that the 3 people on expo were just talking and fooling around. They had also looked irritated when we had gone up after that half hour to ask about our order. While I love the food, I don't know if I'll go back. TLDR: Food is great. Service not so much.

We ordered the 7-piece bone-in chicken wings with sweet and spicy and honey butter sauces, and it delivered on every level. The double-fried crunch was perfect, the meat stayed juicy, and both sauces were excellent--the sweet and spicy had a nice kick, while the honey butter was rich and addictive. The fried mandu and fried rice rounded out our meal nicely, giving us a satisfying variety of flavors and textures. The vibe is casual and unpretentious, which I appreciated. We even brought our own boba drinks and no one batted an eye. It's the kind of spot where you can just relax and enjoy good food without any fuss. Service was friendly and efficient. I enjoy all kinds of cuisines at various levels from going over the top at fancy fine dining experiences to delicious home cooked meals, and also fast casual/ fast food places to boot! The main qualifier for me is-- did it taste good?! And yes, Raising Cane's absolutely tastes good. Plus, it's one of the few fast food chains that has their process for consistency and quality locked in. Every time I eat Cane's it's exactly as I expect it to be. Crunchy fried chicken strips that are juicy, nicely fried crinkle cut fries, Texas toast that I could easily eat 3 of (but don't), a little side of cole slaw and the famous Cane's sauce. We usually just share a 6 piece Caniac combo and that's the perfect amount for two of us. I also enjoy their iced tea & lemonade so I make an Arnold Palmer for my first fill, then refills are 25 sweet/ 75 regular split of iced tea. My main rule about coming here so that I get peak "yumminess" is to only eat it there. The food texture is just better when eaten right away. Fried foods don't stand the take out test IMO.
