I was craving a burger and wow did I get a burger!! Loaded with lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, melted pepper jack cheese and dripping chipotle sauce with chili peppers. This burger was delicious!! I will definitely be back to try more but the Ortega was absolutely incredible with the sauce dripping off and juicy meat, only way to eat a burger is if it's messy. I ended up getting the meal bc it was the special, fries were seasoned and fresh. Even the drive thru was efficient. I love that this place is local and fresh made. This used to be my favorite burger place. Now every thing costs extra. $1.00 for a 2 ounce cup of ranch dressing. I paid $42 for 2 burgers and 4 chicken strips with 2 fries and one medium drink. I guess that I'll have to find a different place now. That's too bad. My burger had so much stuff on it it just fell apart and wasn't even very good. Quality has certainly gone down hill. read more

The aroma of hot, juicy burgers was calling my name after we took our little boy to the nearby dog park and I couldn't resist! I was pleasantly surprised to see they had a drive thru. Service was quick. We ordered the Ortega ($9.49), Chili Cheese Fries ($3.99 for fries, $0.85 for cheese, and $1.60 for chili= $6.44), a Double Cheeseburger ($8.99, add cheese and bacon, $1.25+ $1.75= $11.99), and a Root beer float ($5.99) for a grand total of $36.65 (after tax). Fiancé argued that the price is a little higher than your typical fast food- especially considering the $1.25 for cheese! While I agree, McD's, BK, and the like aren't much cheaper. The Ortega was sooo good!! The burger was mesquite fired and it had grilled onions and grilled Ortega chili pepper, chipotle mayo, and Pepper jack. Much better than fiancé's double cheeseburger. Everything else was okay- the chili on the chili cheese fries ran a little sweet, so not the biggest fan. The Root Beer Float was also more of a Vanilla shake with a splash of Root beer, lol. The team was so inviting from the moment we stepped in the door. The management was super accommodating to our (somewhat) old gift certificate. I highly recommend trying the Ortega burger, we also tried the garden burger;and cheesecake à la mode. Food and service were a 10/10. Definitely adding this to our night out circulation! Here I go again, in my never ending hunt to replace a Burger joint that has since shut down. This location turned out to be surprisingly good. There is only 1 size for the fries, fresh, seasoned and delicious. I had the Chipotle burger with pepper jack and green chille peppers. Not sure what my wife had, however, both were delicious. The guy at the counter provided excellent customer service, even with the 2nd deepest voice I have ever heard. I really like the car racing theme. Parking looks like it will be a challenge on an evening or weekend so be warned. A ton of seating inside though. If I am in this area and looking for a burger...tada, this will be revisited for sure. Stopped by to check out burger rush for lunch Also noticed that they had a drive-through Dined in it was empty inside Ended up trying their cowboy burger and slider sample with onion rings and fries ! Food took about 6 to 10 minutes which I thought the food was going to come out super hot and fresh since there was no one else ordering inside That wasn't the case food came out normal temperature kinda bummed out since I wanted it to be hot For me, the cowboy burger was really good. I give it an 8/10 I feel like it could've been better if it was or felt like it was cooked to order but will probably try again Onion rings 10/10 nice and crispy Fries were okay the ranch was a homemade ranch which was also good ! It's a little difficult to get to because of construction. I arrived to the drive thru yesterday and asked if I could have a combo with a slider and was told yes then asked what burger I wanted. I informed the employee I'd like the ABC burger. I'd calculated that it would be less than a combo with a full size burger even if I'd ordered fries and drink separately. I thought the full size combos were around around $12 and some change. I also requested Chipotle sauce and asked for it in a small container. I'd hope to use it to dip my fries in. Well, I was charged $16 and some odd cents, arrived back to office to realize I'd received a full size burger with Chipotle sauce on it. The employee was super sweet and friendly. The food is great. I love the fries; they're deep fried in batter. I'd go back but I'll be sure to question pricing and confirm my order. read more

Fries are absolutely delectable. Perfect crisp, beautifully seasoned, paired with that ranch - Money $$$. Had the double classic burger with cheese. It has similarities to the Big Mac as far as taste but this burger is elevated and has higher quality ingredients. I appreciate that they have numerous TV's in the dining room and are playing sports. They used to be really good but the last 2 times we ate there it was not very good at all. Very dried out buns and overcooked meat. NO juicy patty that's for sure. The buns were dry and fell apart as we ate. The vegies were fresh and plenty of toppings. Fries and onion rings were good. Currently, the menu is extremely limited, I am assuming due to food shortages surrounding the current pandemic situation. I believe that they are independently owned so they are not a chain. We decided to give burger rush a try and a couple of things - the burgers are on the pricy side - $10. Granted they are big but I don't think worth $10. We tried the bacon avocado burger - the bacon was crisp and meat was good. Overall a good burger. We also tried the Reese's shake - which is a chocolate peanut butter shake with peanuts- we were disappointed it didn't have Reese's chunks given its name. It was good just wish it had actually Reese's in it. We also got a side of fries - IMO the best part of the meal, very crisp and had a tasty seasoning on them. Overall good food $30 for two burgers, fries and shake... not sure it was THAT good. But I'd go back for a side of fries and some ice cream! Burger Rush serves an oversized burgers for $5.75-$9.20, which I found to be pretty good. The key for Burger Rush is their Mesquite grill, which adds a nice bbq flavor taste. While driving past here most days, Burger Rush always seems packed. So when did I choose to come here? In the middle of a thunder storm of course. LOL. The wait time was considerably shorter and the seating was plentiful. Love it when a plan comes together. I ordered the Avocado, Bacon and Cheese Burger, $9.20, with Onion Rings and a drink (photo). In all, it set me back $15.24 including taxes. The burger was slightly over cooked (photo) for my tastes, but still pretty good. The onion rings were outstanding. You have to try them when you come here. A must really. So if UR tired of burgers from the Clown or King and want something above average, I would consider giving Burger Rush a try. Saturday night October 18th. Terrible service!! The kid with the glasses that took our order in drive thru got our order incorrect. Left out a couple things and for that we had to wait a while. Overheard some things coming from inside and it didn't sound like there was any organization. There was a moment where we were still waiting at the window and he opened the window and forgot we were still there. Unacceptable!! We finally received our food and went home. The nightmare wasn't over yet, we went through our food and there were patties missing on double burgers. Avocado burger missing avocado. Chili cheese fries missing chili and the cheese that were on the fries was cold. Terrible! We looked at our receipt and we paid for double burgers and chili cheese fries. The food wasn't all that great either. The best thing was the my onion rings and milk shake. And that's why I gave it the one star. We usually go to The Chuckbox or Haven Burger for a really good burger but being that the ASU game had just finished, The Chuckbox was packed and Haven was closed so we tried this spot because we were wanting to try it because it's in our neighborhood and we support our local joints. But never again will we go to Burger Rush! And that's what the burgers taste like exactly, like they just RUSHED to get them done!! No love no passion in the food! First time here, ordered 2 Double Classics some zucchini,fries and some chili cheese fries. The burgers were amazing very good taste and fresh ingredients. The ranch was also very good. Wasn't to fan of the chili cheese fries maybe was the chili cause the fries were good with that seasoning on them. Wish I could have tased the onion rings...but I did not received them not good check the orders good before giving them to the customers. Other than that I gave them a 3 star . Change of ownership came in to try the ZUCCHINI again I actually bought the 20 piece portion which was better deal regular portion was 10 pieces and they only gave me one small ranch dressing small reduce size and I had to buy 3 more for $2.45 pretty disappointed about that otherwise I do come here often before and it was very delicious and they gave me a bigger portion of ranch before change of ownership I was told I think it's pretty cheesy if the owner sees this review please change your portion 2 ranch for larger size of ZUCCHINI Otherwise very organized very very clean and rest rooms are spotless read more

First timers! Was greeted by the kindest, helpful, sweet employee named Geno. He gave us an overview of the menu and described all the burgers in great detail. When our order was ready he walked it over to our table and made sure everything was perfect. I noticed him maintaining the already exceptionally clean dining room. He checked on us to make sure everything was great. And it was! We had the cowboy burger and classic cheeseburger. They were delicious! Quality ingredients. Also onion rings and zucchini. I've never been here and reading through the reviews were a bit concerning. My experience vs their experience were not the same. The guy couldn't hear me through the intercom so he came out and took my order. I couldn't make up my mind on the burger or slider, or even which burger I wanted. I went with the Ortega burger and I am glad I did. My daughter who is 7 and I shared it and she loved it. The flavor was nice not overly spicy like the guy said, it was a good temperature the bun was a bit sweet. There were two types of grilled onions on it, lettuce, tomatoes and pepper Jack cheese. The only downside is for $10plus dollars it didn't come with a meal which is fine. It was more than enough for us but for some a meal will cost much more. Try it you'll enjoy it! read more

Been here a few times. Burger and fries were okay, but last lack of service was absolutely horrible. Drive-thru window dude greets you with "Hol up, I'll be witchu in a sec" all rude and overtly unwelcoming. Leaves mic on for a couple mins while he's breathing, then takes your order. Even remaining patient and polite by telling him "please" and "thank you", he responded with "pfft mmm Hmm". Pulled up to last window as instructed. Window never opened. Nobody acknowledged me for 3 full song lengths (so at least 9 mins out there waiting). I really wanted a burger and was willing still to add a tip like I usually do, but I just had to pull away and have been telling everyone to avoid this place. I highly suggest if you're in the area to drive a just a few more miles west to Whataburger on 48th. Found out this place is locally owned which explains the rudeness. This is an update from 8 years ago. My father and I absolutely loved the fried zucchini. And about 3 weeks ago I had them and they were excellent. However today was a completely different story. They are now giving out a 2oz cup of Ranch. You only get one for 10 pieces. I paid for another one and it still wasn't enough!! I'm going to have to eat the last two plain. Also the zucchini sizes aren't uniform, which is probably why I ran out of dressing. Some are thinner others are really wide. It didn't provide a pleasant experience at all. I came all the way from Glendale to get this zucchini. Based on what I had today I'm pretty confident there's a restaurant between Tempe and Glendale that can do a better job. I'll be back to Tempe in a few weeks I may or may not try them again. read more

I really don't review fast food but this cowboy burger was amazing. And the french fries have the nice crunch of Jack-in-the-Box curly fry but also a little thicker taste of a french fry. Really good place for a cheeseburger definitely try it out. Best part they have drive-through read more
