First time trying Knockout Subs and it was delicious. John (owner) made me the club sub (turkey, ham, and bacon) with provolone, lettuce, onions, mayo, Dijon, mustard, oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano. Absolute chefs kiss. So glad I got a full sandwich instead of a 6 inch because I would've had to go back. They share a space with a local liquor store/mini mart. John is an easy guy to talk to who loves what he does. He's catered for a few businesses so if you're looking for some grub during your team-build events or meetings, I want something better than Shorty's, call John. Incredible guy, incredible service, incredible sub. See the before and after of lunch.

Great sandwiches and friendly service. Good value for the lunch special. Several sandwiches to choose from, chips and drink for $8.99.

Amazing place. From the service to the subs. Can't go wrong with any of it. Can't wait to come back and get more.

It's located inside a smoke shop but it offers lots of items like many convenience stores.

I had forgotten about this place since leaving that company in 2022, though I enjoyed both the service and food at that location. Plus, the dining area was fairly open so it was easy to dine in if desired. Who doesn't love a solid sandwich shop for lunch work breaks? My current workplace catered for the office, and loved how easy it was for serving the team. All the items were fresh and I was impressed with the veggie wrap. The selection of veggies complimented each other and all were extremely fresh. Very delicious and we all were happy! I'll definitely have to check them out and requested we cater here more often.

I did find it odd they have three spreads as standard toppings: Mayo, mustard and house dressing. I took a few photos of the interior before sitting by a window. The seating is in a L-shape around the bend of the counter. Mostly smaller tables for 1-4 people which left the walkway open. Adequate spacing between the tables. The sandwich was decent sized with slightly more meat that most sandwich shops. The bread was soft and still held the sandwich together fine. The veggies and meats weren't top quality products but also not low quality. The sandwich overall was a little above average...nothing special to remember it by but also not a disappointment. I would likely try this place again if I'm in the area for lunch and will chose a different sandwich next time.

I finally stopped into The Original Hoagie Shop, and honestly? I think my standards for lunch have been permanently raised. If you're hunting for that "perfect" sandwich experience, this is the spot. Here is why it's firmly in my top tier: * The Bread: Perfectly crusty on the outside and soft enough on the inside that it doesn't disintegrate under the weight of the fillings. * The Ratio: They've mastered the art of meat-to-veggie-to-sauce distribution. No soggy mess here, just pure, balanced greatness. * The Quality: You can tell they aren't skimping on the deli cuts. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. The Bottom Line It's rare to find a place that hits the spot this hard. Whether you're a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and get a hoagie here. I'm already planning my next trip back to try the rest of the menu.

Fresh, piping hot, and so flavorful. I really like that they don't put bell pepper on the sandwich. Just sautéed onions, perfectly seasoned tender steak, and melty American cheese. This sandwich REALLY hit the spot. I'm partial to Forefathers for cheese steaks. But this sandwich was actually better in my opinion. The mouth feel. The tenderness of the steak and the cheese and onions was just on point. I'm so glad that I was in the area and Yelp pointed me right to it. I'm dying to go back and try the meatball sub or one of the cold Italian subs. My inner NY'er was rejoicing! A nice added bonus. The place is spotless inside. And they proudly display their A ratings from the health department in their front window. As a former restaurant guy, this shows pride in ownership, and that showed up in everything I saw and tasted today.
