Super nice staff! Costumer service is their number one priority with my parking experience with them! I got on the road with heavy traffic and thought I'd be late to the airport. However, as I arrived to park my truck the people greeted me and ask if I was new to the parking area. They gave me clear directions and the shuttles picked me up within 5 minutes after parking. I checked in on Yelp and they gave me a $2 off coupon (which I totally forgot to use when check out!). When I got back from my trip, they give you a card with where to get picked up. Depending on your terminal, the directions were pretty easy. I got picked up within 20 minutes and back to my truck with 10. I checked out and they gave me a free car wash coupon at Cobble Stone. I think that's why I forgot to show them my $2 off coupon. I got too excited for a free car wash! Thank you to the staff for making an easy in and out trip! read more

We've been using this facility for nearly five years and haven't had any complaints: helpful people, polite drivers who work much too hard loading and unloading bags, good service. Until now. Returning from a trip recently, I started my vehicle and immediately got a warning from the vehicle 's annunciator: two tires with extremely low pressure, and a third with a pressure too low for driving. That's three tires with low pressure. Did I run over something causing three tires to lose pressure? No. The one tire with normal pressure was the only one in view of the administrative building: that tire was the only one with its valve stem cover still in place. The other three had been removed. Luckily, I had an electric air pump that plugs into the 12-volt receptacle and inflated the other three adequately so that the tires wouldn't be ruined if the car was moved. At a service station, I brought all tires up to pressure, and the pressure remained stable afterward. Conclusion: the absence of valve stem covers and no indication of leaks are ample evidence that this was done deliberately. But by whom? Someone deflated the tires. Why our vehicle? I don't know and can't imagine a reason why we were singled out. The only stickers on the vehicle are (1) parking pass for the university I attended, and (2) a PHI Cares (airlift notification). Nothing even remotely offensive about our license plate frame. Fortunately, our vehicle is equipped with 4K resolution dash cams, one in the front windshield, one in the back: as an anti-theft measure, the cameras record anyone close aboard who approaches the vehicle when it is not moving -- and the cameras aren't very noticeable from outside the car: crystal-clear imaging, day and night. I'm having the memory cards downloaded to disc to determine who was responsible for this sabotage. read more

Beware, things have changed!!! We have used the Parking spot South for years, it has always been worth the extra they charged compared to other places. Plenty of shuttles and no waiting time. That is no more. They now have a two tier solution. Standard and Basic. Basic means that you have only one pick up location. Which will have a line and not all will fit in the far apart shuttles. That is the last stop, so the people from standard are all getting in first. This might suggest that going with standard will get you the previous level of service??! Oh no, people were fuming in the shuttle when we finally got on. They had been waiting by their card for 30 minutes and no shuttle had appeared. We will use other facilities from no on. If I m going to be treated like cattle, I want the cattle price. read more

The driver dropped me off at the incorrect terminal, I told him I didn't think that's where I needed to get off but he told me it was. I had to go through TSA two different times and go across the airport which caused me to miss my flight and lose out on over $600. When I tried to call, the operator was incredibly rude and said to talk to his manager and hung up on me (his name was Jonathan, I called until he answered - he also ignored my calls a few times). I want to first say, everything in my review I've addressed with local management already. I use to park here at least 2-3 weeks sometimes 4 weeks a month when it was BlueSky parking and The Parking Spot from 2018-2023. I supported them through Covid. When BlueSky became the Parking Spot...in my opinion the customer service declined, even though the same management was in place. This tells me it was a corporate policy that made it less customer focused and more profit first focused. BlueSky had a great app to make reservations with a great discount code, friendly gate agents, I could see where the shuffle bus was at, and the ability to notify the driver I was ready for pickup. The last feature was removed with the Parking Spot app. There was a value for being a loyal customer. There is a loyalty program with the Parking Spot but much more difficult to get enough points to earn free days. I believe they added more spaces by reducing the size of each parking spot. I had drivers that wouldn't help me with my luggage and the final straw was the surge pricing for busy travel times. This surge pricing affects how many points you have to accumulate to use, for example, holiday travel. I've found it easier and sometimes cheaper to use Skyharbor on-site parking or simple take an Uber. Finally, I have coworkers across the country that use the Parking Spot in other metro areas and their daily costs are significantly less than what the Phoenix market is charging. I know this because my corporate accounts payable has pointed this out to me and another reason I have opted out of parking here. read more

Employees are nice. (Most). I've used parking spot south for a while and each time it's getting harder and harder to stay loyal. I've been left behind by a shuttle in the morning, I've waiting for over an hour for a shuttle getting back, I've gotten attitude from an employee because we didn't give a CASH tip (they have a QR code in the shuttle for the driver)- so in my opinion he didn't know if we left one or not but decided to make a crude remark about it getting off. It's been a real inconsistent experience with this company (specifically parking spot south). Going to rate it 3 stars being they have gotten me to and from my car/airport but it hasn't been stellar. read more

I left my car here for 38 days and it was only $217 which I thought was pretty amazing! It was dead when I came back so I called AAA. The drivers came around to check on me in between and brought my dog and I water while we waited. Very nice guys,I had a bag of garbage from my RV I didn't have time to get rid of due to running late and the driver took it for me! The shuttles come around quickly too,coming and going. I have been using this location for at least 8 years now. A couple years ago they changed owners and now call it the Parking Spot South. The service has gonna wayyyyyy down hill. Before you would have a shuttle at your car within 5 mins or less. You are now waiting 15-30 minutes for one to show up, literally almost making you late for your flight. This change is sooo annoying and frustrating. They barely have anyone working here anymore and maybe have 1-2 vans going at a time. All the others are just sitting parked. When you return and wait to get picked up, it's literally the same story. You wait and wait as every other parking service comes and gets people, this location barely comes!!! The prices have almost doubled and the service has literally cut in half!!! Do yourself a favor and find a different parking place. The stress isn't worth it. It almost costs the same to just park at the airport. Just do that instead. It's Very sad how much it's gone downhill.. Person at exit gate could not help me either. So frustrated... Tried cancling my existing reservation that was a week later. Can not cancle for some reason, and impossible to talk to anyone. When Blue Sky stood alone, they were great. Quick pick turnaround, easy directions to find your pick up location competent and friendly staff. Now...they were acquired by the parking spot and have definitely dropped in satisfaction from a service level. It is unclear how to ensure your signal is going to the station to pick you up, they take FOREVER to pick up. I'm not happy and have started using other more established locations. All I know is when we came to pick it up, two weeks later, that car creaked like the stairs in a dilapidated haunted house. Blue Sky used to be good when it was still owned and operated as Blue Sky. Now that it's owned by Parking Spot it sucks, each time I've tried to use it they're running the shuttles so infrequently or waiting until they are totally full to head to the airport so it takes 30 minutes to get to the airport after parking which is ridiculous. I have been using BS for about 5 years now. Convenient location that is right off the 143. 5 minute drive from the lot to the terminal. With Covid, you have to call for pickup, but your waiting maybe 5 minutes tops for a driver to arrive. I'm a regular customer parking here about 20 times a year. Normally service is excellent and friendly. Lately the drivers pick who they want to pick up. I've stood in the back lot for over 20 minutes waiting for a driver....and been passed up...supposedly they say they can't find you. How can you miss someone standing next to a car with luggage is beyond comprehension. Multiple times this has happened lately and I've even almost missed a flight even arriving 2-3 hours ahead of time! We made reservations online. We were able to use the online discount code because we parked for 5 days. They have Groupons as well, yet what some folks don't know is Groupon keeps the bull of profit when you use them. It is supposed to lure repeat business. So, I wanted to give funds directly to them. They have codes for various multiple days on their direct website. USE THAT IF YOU CAN. I called in advance, and a very calm, educational, Stephanie answered. She worked with me online to see what discount works best, even compared it to Groupon FOR ME!!! When we got there, at 3:30am, someone was at the gate. We were there earlier than expected but it was fine with them. The bus driver, Justin, pulled up and took us straight to our terminal when we were ready. They gave us as much time as we needed, but checked in with us nicely to see when we wanted to head out. Communication was KEY! Here is why I'm giving it 5 stars though: We got front row, covered parking. When we got home, at 11pm on a Tuesday, they told us to call to make sure someone got us from baggage claim since they don't run the bus as often due to COVID. I called and by the time we got our luggage they were out front. When we got back to our car IT WAS DEAD!!! (The fault was my system instillation.) The driver (female, and I'm sorry I forgot her name -- after 12hrs of travel names are hard) who picked us up came to our car, jumped the car, was so KIND, made us laugh, and normalized the embarrassment saving us from having to call AAA. Then when we exited there was Stephanie, live-and-in-person, who handed us a car wash coupon, gave us a punch-card for when we return, and gave us directions to the 101. This company watched my car. There was no fear because someone is always there, watching. The location fenced in. They communicated what would make things faster AND easier. They went above-and-beyond with customer service. They gave me a coupon to make sure my Betty was cleaned up as well. Their communication remove all doubt or fear from my mind while we enjoyed Mexico. Like leaving a child, you want your car to feel safe while you're gone, and they met that demand, in spades. 10/10 I will use this parking lot every time I fly out of PHX. read more

Parking was great, price was great, ride to and back were great. The driver dropped us at the wrong terminal, my husband and I both asked separately if it was the correct terminal for our particular airline, because I didn't see their name. He said yes to both of us and drove off. It was NOT the right terminal and we had to walk all over the airport and take a tram to the correct terminal. If we had not gone early enough, this could have been a huge problem. We also saw a man yelling and chasing our bus as we got on yelling he can't find his car. Someone dropped him off in the wrong place at the lot. Just make sure to check yourself that you are where you are supposed to go! I would park here again though. You can't get a better location to Sky Harbor Airport, quicker shuttle service to and from and a reasonable price that can get even better if you use the various discount codes or promotions. Staff from shuttle drivers, exit kiosk and even General Manager Warren are Rock Stars! I love the fact I can do most of it online from booking reservations, applying discounts and paying upfront. When I travel it is usually for weeks or months at a time. Blue Sky is very secure and has live security video coverage from every angle (something I am a bit of an expert on and know) which technically makes having my car here is safer than having it at home for extended periods. DO NOT USE THE PHOENIX LOCATION TO PARK! The transition to The Parking Spot has been a disaster and the new staff is awful!! Blue Sky Airport Parking has always been our go to parking spot. In the last year we've taken 6 different vacations and used Blue Sky each time with wonderful results. Our most recent trip in June that ended today was 10 days of covered parking. It was a nightmare from the beginning. The staff (not the drivers) we're incompetent and rude. The young lady failed to tell us our account will be attached to a specific credit card. So when we returned we were unsure of which one we used. Not only did she fail to provide correct information at arrival her attitude upon return was outrageous. Her manager did nothing to help the situation other than site the new procedures. We were never disputing procedures just that nothing had been explained. Not all of the staff is atrocious the drivers continue to be polite and efficient. We've been using Blue Sky for years now and I don't see myself going with anyone else. Always a fantastic experience. They have great drivers and always welcome you with a smile on their face. Joe, in particular, is amazing. It costs $2 more for covered parking which is worth the extra moolah because the summers are hot here. Check for coupons, Groupons, and Yelp check-in offers for more discounts --- they usually stack them if you're being pleasant. No lie though, I enjoy the coupons for a free cookie and a car wash too! I parked at this place when it was still Blue Sky, and it was always excellent - super easy to get to, the shuttle would always be waiting to take you to the airport literally as soon as you parked your car, and getting from the airport back to Blue Sky was also fast, easy, and painless. I just got back from my first trip after Blue Sky became The Parking Spot, and it is not great. We waited for around 10 minutes for a shuttle after we parked our car, which is not a crazy wait, but a stark difference from Blue Sky. Our return was worse, though. We got onto what we thought was the right Parking Spot bus, but the driver yelled "WRONG BUS" at us, to which I responded with a confused face because I genuinely didn't know what he was talking about. Turns out you have to be sure to look out for the correct one of 3 Parking Spot shuttles - he did not tell us this. It would have helped to have this pointed out to us beforehand. That bus driver yelled one more time, "WRONG BUS" then told us - "YOU NEED TWO" after looking at our card. Our card said "South" (as you can figure from this review), but we were told to get on the "two" bus, so we did. Well that was wrong as well, though that driver was waaay nicer! So finally the "South" bus came, and we made it to our car. We went to check out with the QR code that we used to get in, which I loaded my credit card to (as directed by the website) so it would pay automatically. We scanned the QR code and the screen just said "Processing" for a few minutes. The woman in the booth three feet away made no effort to check why we were still there. We got out to ask for help and she still acted confused and like she had no intention of helping. Eventually she took our QR code and then asked for a credit card. We told her it's already loaded, and she said she didn't see one. Then decided she did see one and used that. As a final absurd moment, the gate didn't open for us. She eventually got out of the booth, opened up the gate mechanism, and manually got it to open. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

These people are awesome. When we arrived, the attendant told us where to park and as soon we parked, we waited no more than 3 minutes for the shuttle to be right behind us. The driver was so kind and he made an already stressful travel day so much better with his friendliness. From parking to the terminal it was about 10 minutes. The driver thoroughly explained what to do when we got back to Phoenix. When we did arrive back in Phoenix, we didn't even have time to wait there was a shuttle already waiting. A quick 10 minutes and we were back at our car. Check out was quick and we got a free carwash coupon for Cobblestone. I have used Blue Sky a few times and am very pleased by their service and friendly staff. They are extremely prompt picking up from your car once arriving and we have never had to wait too long at the airport for them to return to bring us back to our car. The only difficulty I have had is that I make my reservation online prior to arrival and pre-pay, however then I am unable to used my Yelp coupon for checking in. :( read more
