We ALWAYS use The Parking Spot when traveling for long weekends or the trips. There are currently 3 locations near the airport and we usually use #2. They make everything really easy, and they are now fully shaded!!! So awesome! Reservations can be made online through the app. Upon arrival, you can scan the QR code that is created when you make the reservation, and the workers will tell you which aisle to go down. Once you've unpacked the vehicle of your belongings and locked up, a bus will usually be ready to pick you up at your car! The seating is nice and there's racks for your suitcases while you travel to the airport. They'll ask which airline you're going to and take you directly there. You'll also receive a card to give back them when you pick up your car, so they'll know where to drop you off. When you've come back and are ready to pick up your car, the buses will be located down in courtesy vehicles of the arrivals area. I think when you make the reservations you'll put in information about your flight too, so they'll have a general idea of when to pick you up. But make sure you get on the right bus, as there are three different locations. Once you're dropped off at your car, you'll drive back to the gates and scan your QR code again and pay. They offer complimentary water bottles too when you exit! I love The Parking Spot and recommend it to everyone! read more

This used to be our go to parking location whenever we fly out of Sky Harbor. Unfortunately they have completely changed their model and got rid of all of their cheap parking. Now the cheapest parking is close to $15 a day. For that price I would rather park at the airport and not have to ride their shuttle. When we did stay with them, the shuttles could take a long time and on busy days you might have to wait for the next one. read more

I just want to express my disappointment in your reservation process. I have been a customer for over 20 years and recommended you to many. Today I booked a reservation on your 30 % off promo. The reservation process took three try's to get it to properly move from check in to check outdate. The advertised promo discount is 30%--I got about 25% off. Finally, the send to apple wallet link didn't work. Your prices are becoming non-competitive. Where I always used you in the past I now only use your service with a coupon and even with a coupon I shop the price and consider uber. I hope you will improve and reverse this trend. You have been a great provider for many years. I don't mind paying a bit more for your great service but you need to deliver it. read more

This is overdue...we used them May 2025. Existing the facility was a nightmare. For some reason the QR code would not work at the machine. I kept calling and honking and no response. About 30 mins later some came out of the office. He was so rude. Never again. read more

There is a pop up with some special price for covered parking, but they will not reveal what self park uncovered parking cost. So stupid. Will park somewhere where fees aren't hidden. We had a last minute problem with our transportation to the airport so decided to park our vehicle at The Parking Spot 2. I was unable to make a reservation on the app within the time frame we would arrive at the location and no time for other options. We then realized we would not benefit from any promo pricing on the app (stated as $14.95/day) and end up paying a 'regular rate'. This was the morning of December 23rd. I want to make sure to say that the drivers were perfectly lovely on every point. They are the reason we selected to park here. When we returned from the trip on January 1st, we were charged $433.76 for 10 days. Shocked does not begin to describe our reaction. No posted rates were anywhere near the entrance nor on the ticket upon arrival. No 'did you use the app?' by employees, no display of a rate of any kind on the kiosk when entering the lot. You might want to warn a guy with a heart defibrillator and an end of holiday travel temperament because my husband lost his composure before we exited. I may have recently joined the ranks of senior citizen, but I do not struggle with navigating an app when it works correctly (i.e. date selection issues). I was hammered with ads for The Parking Spot after simply getting a rate calculation from the app after exiting the lot. The rate was quoted at $11.95 per day then, making that $300.00 pill even harder to swallow every time that Parking Spot screen pops up. read more

I typically have good experiences here but this morning was terrible. Apparently the woman at the booth didn't see our huge car come in to the lot - she was literally right there - so no bus was directed to pick us up. I had to walk over and let her know we were waiting and then she had an attitude and was rude. 15 minutes later we were finally picked up. Not a good experience. read more

I have used Parking spot 2 numerous times. I booked a covered spot reservation last week and upon arrival I was sent to a non-covered spot. I emailed my reservation receipt and picture of the uncovered space to the support email team. No response. At checkout, I pointed out the mistake to the manager at the site. He said it was my fault! I said his employee at check-in seeing my reservation, sent me to the wrong spot. I was polite and only wanted a refund in the amount of over charge. He was dismissive to myself and my spouse. We didn't want a confrontation and left. The amount doesn't break us I just thought it was an easy fix at the location. The manager should be schooled in customer service. I got a great response to my concern from customer service. I am now satisfied and will continue booking with them. read more

All of our gasoline was syphoned. We went in with a full tank, did not have a drop when we went to pick it up. I tried to speak with the General Manager and was told that the Parking spot is not responsible for any loss. So they do not care. DO NOT PARK at the Parking Spot #2. $80.00 gone. read more

To update my review, this is not only an unethical operation, they are dishonest/disingenuous. Please disregard any attempts from their social media communication people at any indication of sincerity or care. And to confirm again, Google reviews are rigged (surprisingly). They will not post my unfavorable reviews on the parking spot. After two weeks and multiple follow-ups by me, Vince, the manager of the Phoenix Parking Spot locations, sent me a trite email which confirmed he had not even read my review and was not knowledgeable about my experience. Absolutely no genuine care in the poor service and incorrect information provided to me, or the rudeness by their parking lot attendant person Kim, or Tyla's absence of help. I am so thoroughly impressed with The Parking Spot. Hubby used Parking Spot 1 last year and reported back exemplary service. Then us as a family used Parking Spot 2 for our late Spring travel earlier this year. We were picked up within 2 minutes of parking in our spot. All I could think of at that time was, "how did he get here so fast???!?!?". Our driver readily assisted us in getting our luggage on board and was ever so patient as we were unloading everything from our car and locking up before getting on the shuttle. The ride to the airport was uneventful in a good way and we got there in a timely manner. Getting picked up at the airport was also smooth. We did not wait long for a shuttle to arrive - maybe 5 minutes? The driver for this pick-up was also very friendly and helpful with getting all of our luggage on board. Checking out was a breeze when it came time to do that. I equally recommend both locations. I prefer the #2 location as it is more convenient to get to from where we live. Some tips: - Reserve your spot ahead on their website. They offer discounted rates if you do this. - Download their app! It's free and speeds up check-in/check-out tremendously. You can keep track of your reservation through it too. - Consider joining their loyalty program, even if you are not a frequent traveler. It's also free and has some perks that you can use immediately, like waived reservation fee. - They offer additional discounts for AAA members :) read more

i parked my car at Parking Spot2 for 10 days. When I parked I had 3/4 of a tank full of gas. When I returned I had an empty tank of gas, so someone siphoned the gas out of my tank. I was a block from the parking lot when I noticed the gas gauge but was lucky to have a Circle K close by. I called the Parking Spot office and let them know. The attendant told me there is nothing he can do for me. I asked if they have security and his answer was that they have several people in the office but no security people. Yet on their advertisement they say they provide security for your car which is not true. I was out approximately $70 of gas so this is an expensive place to park. I will park elsewhere next time. read more

I was notified by text that they were almost out of spots for the days around the upcoming Thanksgiving period, and to book soon. I was quoted $128.00 for outside uncovered parking for 4 days. I checked with another company with nearly identical service which is usually a bit more expensive. Surprisingly 4 days there was $57..00 for outdoor uncovered roof parking. So do your due-diligence and check around for the best price, as Parking Spot 2 jacks up their charges a lot during peak travel. read more

They have installed scanners so you can Scan in from your phone with the QR in the Email if you have made a reservation, and then Scan your way out if you have a CC on your account. I was almost late to my flight because the bus driver decided to drive a few laps around the lot first. I ended up sprinting to my flight when I would've had plenty of time from the beginning. The pick up was even worse. We waited for around 10 min to only be greeted by a bus already full. They stopped, let a single person on to stand and told us to wait. Mind you, this is in the heat of august Arizona and it's late after a day of travels. Please be more mindful. read more

I normally ride with parking spot one as I will continue to do so! I simply asked the driver as I was walking up to the bus if he was full and he said yes. I then asked him if he was parking spot one or two. He then proceeded to close the doors on my face just shaking his head, i then knocked on the door again and he kept shaking his head and drove off. I am completely shocked at this behavior, after all I am a platinum member and have been for years. I know this unprofessional guy was older with black framed glasses. Never had a negative experience here. I parked here 3 times so far and has by far been the cheapest option and best experience. I never waited more than 5 minutes for a shuttle both at the parking lot and at the airport. My car battery even died and the staff helped jump it within minutes. I've been going to this offsite parking location for years now. They're usually the cheapest option around and their customer service and amenities are fantastic. If you reserve ahead of time, you can get parking for $6/day these days. It also makes things very simple for check-in and check-out. Departing from Phoenix is a cinch, you swipe your card, park your car, and are quickly picked up by a shuttle where you parked. You'll be dropped off at whichever terminal you need and you're off. When you arrive, it's just as simple. Shuttles come by every five minutes or so. I've never waited long. Arriving late is also not an issue, you can call their office and they'll send a shuttle just for you! Free water is offered on exiting, which is always a great plus, and the service of the shuttle drivers is always top notch. I highly recommend this location if you need cheap parking, and with their rewards program, you can even work towards free days worth of parking! read more

Everyone at the ParkingSpot 2 has always been very friendly and helpful. Today, they took it up a notch. When my car wouldn't start, they immediately offered me a battery charger. As I struggled to get my car started, two different drivers stopped and took a quick look to try to help. The second one, Daniel, has the magic touch. He tried a couple of new things and got my car started. Then he gave me a few tips and offered to have someone help me again if my car happened to not start again after filling up with gas. Very easy to book online and in the app. Able to pull up reservation on app and staff was very friendly. The clerk at the check in helped us scan our reservation, secured us a spot close at 3:30am, and they picked us up quickly.
