I'm heading in tonight for my second trip, last time was about a year ago. It's quite a drive for me at about 40 min otherwise I'd go way more. My first experience was treated well. I was an undecided, no-knowledge shopper looking for a water apparatus for my grown son. It was his first... with accessories (!). I didn't want to spend over a certain amount, and told the helper(s) as I wandered aimlessly looking at everything. They have a LOT of items! This is by far the DisneyLand of SmokeShop Accessories for (adults ;) I even picked up my favorite Clipper lighters at checkout that look like zig-zags. They weren't bad at $2 a piece (beats the $3+ lighters at gas stations!) By the time I made my decision... naturally I wanted to see ten different ones behind the counter only to ask "what do you think??" He was great...gave me his opinion and even picked one lower than my budget.. so I got a grinder and extra accessories to go along, Then I tipped him. I'm aware that if I'm high maintenance and they are kind, they earned it. The place was busy at 7 pm on a week day, we spent a couple hundred in all. There were at least 5 employees with customers consistently. The place does well. I've moved and my son's piece got broken so it's time for a new one! Plus I just want to go back.. it was fun :). UPDATE: Just stopped back in to see if it was just a bad employee or not. Nope, this time it was the owner that I've seen a lot before. He tried to pull the exact same thing. The box/product that they have even has it promoted at 2 for $1.49. But this shop will legit price it at whatever they want. When you call them out on the ridiculous prices. They will start arguing with you trying to say they are correct. When I asked the gentleman if he knew "what the definition of false advertising is" - he responded with "I advertise whatever I want. I don't false advertise" stay away from this scam. UPDATE: STILL AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. THEY DO NOT VALUE ANY PROMOTION THEY HAVE SIGNS FOR. THEY ADD ON FEES THAT THEY DONT TELL YOU ABOUT!!!!! Went in to get a rig for concentrates. Worker was very helpful initially. Three customers came in towards the end of our checkout and the process was rushed, resulting in the cashier choosing not to wrap my glass purchase. The nail fell and broke; and although he was quick to replace it, the damaged product could have been avoided if the customer service we received when walking in was genuine. Rather, it disappeared once more money showed up. Keep in mind I spent $100. Products aren't bad, customer service could use some work. read more

This place has the lowest quality knock off products I've ever seen. Shouldn't the juul be spelled juuul fake items losers. The owner got crazy mad and wanted to get physical with me but I left the store these people are nuts I would be very careful Hussein when dealing with vendors you snake. They originally offered to refund me if the cartridges were bad then he didn't honor his word these knock off Chinese juices he sells. To me he is lower than a snake. There are far better people in Tempe who deserve the business versus this swindler. read more

It was just ok.... Not great service, do I'm not sure if some of the other reviews had gone in when a different person was working. I asked for 2 items... He repeated the 2 items & then just gave me one & grabbed my card out of my hand. Hmm..... Ok. Fair price though & no forced flavor tasting for vape juice. In & out for sure. read more

Was not my first time in the shop. And I would say this is my new smoke shop! But the place could really do without this ONE guy! When and if you go there you will know right away who I am talking about! Very bad customer service and didn't really make you feel welcome! I have shopped at this smoke shop since it first opened. When I smoked I bought all my cigarettes there as I couldn't find a better price. My son gave me an E-cigarette for Christmas (an eCab V2) which I loved and I have not had a cigarette since. Wanting a less expensive one to take if I travelled, I bought the E-cigarette that this store recommended and was very happy with it. When the battery died, I bought two more . Today I went in as I was not really happy with the smoke I was getting with these two. The manager not only educated me on the fact that I needed to replace the innards every 3 weeks or so, he actually took them apart and changed them for me. Then when I showed him how dark the liquid had become in the V2 that my son had bought me, he was amazed that I had never replaced the innards. The V2 is a bit temperamental when it comes to replacing parts , but he worked and reworked it until he got it working. Exceptional service that is so rare these days! To top it off he did not charge me for the 2nd part, telling me he just wanted a happy customer. Take note: this is how to create loyal customers. read more
