I unfortunately forgot his name but he was working at about 2pm this past Wednesday. He was super observant of my needs even without me saying them out loud. I told him about my general aversion to fancy clothes and he suggested an economic option for me that's still high quality. It was sincerely perfect. The price range for the full suit was about what I'd anticipated but the tailoring was a much better price than I'd expected. I will update this review with a photo when I pick up my suit next week!

Mall staff we saw were working hard at keeping all parts of the mall clean, esp. around the common areas like the bathrooms and emptying out trash cans, etc. at the food court. Individual retail store staff were friendly and helpful too. Overall, a really comprehensive and comfortably curated collection of stores in a clean shopping center environment. Most importantly, you'll get your steps in as this mall is in a vast space and on one floor, so it's quite spread out and you'll do a lot of walking. The store was well organized, items were easy to find, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, what stood out most was the customer service I received. Alyssa and Melany are excellent examples of how much of a difference employees can make in shaping a customer's overall experience. I did experience an issue with my store credit card. I couldn't understand why it wasn't working, especially since I had just used it. During a previous visit to another Marshalls location, the manager was unable to offer any assistance beyond telling me to call the customer service number. I left feeling frustrated because I was missing out on earning points, which was one of the main reasons I came into the store that day. This is where Alyssa R. truly went above and beyond. She noticed that my card wasn't working, and when I explained what had happened at the other store, she immediately recognized the issue. She explained that this had happened before and confidently suggested adding the card to my digital wallet. Although I initially had trouble figuring out how to do it, Alyssa patiently walked me through the process, and it worked! Her knowledge, confidence, and willingness to help turned a frustrating situation into a very positive experience. I haven't typically shopped at Marshalls or its sister stores, but this experience has genuinely changed my perspective on the company and its commitment to customer service. I initially put myself in line for the Phoenix location but the wait was about 30-40 minutes. After about 15 minutes of waiting in-store, I was called to the front. If they take any of your clothes, you just show a government ID. If you want to cash out, you get 25% of what their pricing is. Otherwise, the store credit is 50%. They took about 1/3 of my items and it came to $96ish and I got $48.12 in cash. I wanted to get rid of my clothes and not so much make money so to me it didn't matter but if you're trying to get your money's worth I'd probably sell online instead or do a garage sale. They have costumes, purses, shoes, hats, and a range of clothing pieces. Everyone working is friendly and helpful.

Also I think this is a great way to prevent these items from getting destroyed and ending up in landfills due to not being sold the first time around!!
