Updating my review. This location has expanded, both in size and merchandise offerings. It's now my primary vape and kratom stop; I'm a legit "regular". The staff is always warm and helpful, and the woman who manages the shop (Dee) is always on point. When I drop in it's usually when I'm all tired and on my way home from work, so it's especially nice that the crew typically has me on my way with whatever I need in under 5 mins. If I still had any criticisms about this place, it's that its on a pretty janky corner (literally) and sometimes you have to park in the backlot.... but it's not the worst place for a vape shop on Baseline, and the locational convenience is the entire reason I started going here. Overall, consider my 2016 review revised, you really do take our feedback to heart. Thanks guys. read more

I was sold the wrong coils but didn't realize till I got home, the fluid was pouring out. I went back and this woman insisted all sales were final. She sold me a different coil but wouldn't let me try it. I bought them and they didn't fit but wouldn't refund my money because they were opened. So im out $40 and will never go back again. The company is knowingly selling defective disposable vapes. They have you test them in the store but then they die out and don't work an hour after use. They are fully aware and when I called I was told "I recommended you select another brand and you chose that one instead. You should have listened to me." I spoke with Kat said she was the store manager and when I asked to speak with the person who oversees all of the locations she said "I can't give you their name". I've spent thousands of dollars at the store over the years and to find out that they are selling products that they KNOW do not work is disgusting. I would stay away from this shop. read more

Lol but I guess 1 star will have to do. Bought a Loki battery yesterday from the AHWATUKEE Magic vape shop on chandler blvd along with a few other things for 25 bucks . I spend about 85-100 bucks a month here. I Got home tried one of the few batteries I just purchased and it did not work. Brought it back to swap it out and they said they had to test it and try it out. They did there stuff tested it and confirmed it DID NOT WORK! And they confirmed they sold me a defective product. The manager said sorry we don't aCcept returns deal with it through the manufacturer. From one business owner to another,you should budget for these small losses or issues to avoid loosing long term customers. But when you don't support your community they don't support you. There are really good shops out there that deliver better customer service (VAPE LAND) that I will be visiting, MAgic smoke and vape is not one of them! Had a buddy who worked here and all I was told is how the managers are incompenetent, they expect you to answer your phone on a dime but can't even answer their phones themselves but everytime I come in they are on their phones until I have to come up to the register to ask for assistance, I was also told they reschedule everyone elses schedule but couldnt reschedule his even after telling them he couldnt work a certain time, seems they care more for students who aren't even going to be there as much, owner needs to find new managers because in my experience they wouldnt be working here anymore, they also don't care if their employees get perved on or even get threatened they tell you to just shrug it off and ignore it, plus they always try to sell you faulty vapes and devices that dont even work and when you try to exhange it with the receipt showing how recent you purchased it they basically tell you to f*** off, Im going to tell everyone to not work here, I wouldn't even dare working for those brain dead idiots read more

I've been a regular at this shop for awhile and came in this week to get a couple new of my go to disposable vapes, the pod king x elf bar line. As per normal I tried it in the store and it worked initially but later that evening noticed that one of them is defective, after hitting it the vape continues to burn/draw for more than a second after, and after a day of use it was already tasting burnt. I came back in 2 days after purchase to show them the defective product and just would like a replacement, didn't ask for a refund, was able to show proof and date of purchase, and the shop refused to do anything for me other than offer a 10% discount for buying a new one. Over $20 wasted on a defective product and the shop refused to do anything to make it right. Had I not been a regular customer or if this was something I'd come in multiple times for that would be understandable, but that is not the case and I'm not trying to scam anyone, just would like to replace the obviously malfunctioning product I had bought only 2 days before. This shop does not care about taking care of their customers and absolutely do not stand behind the quality of product they sell. There are plenty of other great smoke / vape shops, steer clear of this place and their less than poor customer service. read more

I love magic vape and smoke!! Most locations are great! There are a few crabby workers but they switch all the employees to different locations so it's rare to see them a bunch! Everyone is very friendly and very knowledgeable! Products are great!! I don't buy disposable vapes so I can't comment on those. read more

They sell fake and faulty disposables, i bought 2 and both of them were fake i tried swapping them out and they said no when my disposable literally didn't turn on after 3 hits, janky corner and the ladies are always very very rude. Went in their shop during work and purchased an Elfbar vape. while testing my vape prior to leaving, it didn't work. the lady opened a couple more. finally we found one that was working. I took it with me. not even 4 hours goes by and it stops working. tried to take it back. spoke with the same lady that sold it to me. she acted like she called her manager to resolve the situation but the only thing that was offered was 10% off the next one. which wasn't worth it since I already paid $25 for an elfbar which was over priced. this store is horrible and will no longer have my business. they sell defective products and don't even care. read more

Stopped in my magic vapor today to see Katie who had been my favorite employee at her former vape job. I work in the vaping industry and have spent years training employees in the cell phone and online sales industry. The store itself is wonderful, clean, very open and has a great vibe. The employees are knowledgeable and of course Katie did not disappoint a single face that walked in. Her upbeat attitude and knowledge of pricing and flavors were only surpassed by her ability to keep customers smiling and gracious for her time. Albeit I have seen negative reviews of this shop I know that those who have had bad experiences should give it a second chance. Magic Vapor is a wonderful store and does not deserve the marks it was given prior to. I should have read this companies reviews here on Yelp, shame in me... Heres my review, sooooo I decided to go to this establishment, against my better judgement. As I've heard this place rips people off. I only needed juice(what could go wrong???) so I bought some here, $18 worth. The juice cartridge did not work in my juul, which I showed her. I went back to this establishment and asked for an exchange with a product that worked, (because I thought this was America) I was told no. The product was default, and I was told by this lady that I could get a disc on another brand, no refund nothing. So at this time I'm out the money, I have a product that does not work, and unless you have money rolling out your ummm back pockets, go to a more reputable store, like Butt Out, where they actually care about their patrons. The lady worker with glasses also have me a card with the owners number on it, no voice mail on the number, no one has answered the phone there for the last 3 hours. AVOID THIS STORE. The owner had always taken priority this is my preferred smoke shop the owner is awesome and always makes sure I'm well took care of plus you can yell he is genuine about his buisness, iv shopped with them since they opened and foot convenience I was bugging from the smoke shop next to my house and got burned from someone buying from 3rd party vendors and the product being low quality in some cars broke due to this cost cutting so after being burned I turned back to my old preferred smoke shop and was well took care of, always a present. Service at this location is great with the girl with long blonde hair and crappy without her, the others have very little knowledge of the equipment and I was told I couldn't sample flavors dripping, I had never been told that before so I called their other location and asked about this so called "policy" turns out she was wrong again so not only does she not know what she's selling but obviously doesn't know the store policy either. I will not go in with her working again there are a lot of places in area I can spend my money. read more

Horrible rewards program, spent over $200.00 and all I was able to receive was 1 free 10 ml bottle of what they claim to be "premium" e-liquid. Most vape shops I've been to will let you choose any 30 ml bottle you want after spending that kind of money. read more

This store has the absolute best selection of premium brand e juice of any shop I've seen. Five Pawns, Suicide Bunny, Vapewell, and on and on. I would shop there for this reason alone but, the customer service is also top notch. I don't know what Jeffery is talking about. He must have them confused with someone else (or is a case of user error and just doesn't get it). I literally spent over $1000 at this place with the purchase of premium juices and tanks and BS malfunctioning Boxes, the box ($79.99)mods still are less than 3 months old, neither work at this point, First was the eleaf istick 50wand it started firing by itself, i mean as i walked be it was going off, wtf right, i called, they said "if i brought it in, they could send it to their facility to have it looked at", well being 15 miles away and working 50 hours a week didnt allow me to return it right away, so i waited 2 weeks (keep in mind this is still less than 2 months at the time), i go in to the shop, they try and charge the thing,...nothing...so the "manager" calls the owner and he tells him that they cannot do anything, and i need to contact the manufacture and they are a 3rd party, I ask multiple times to get the owners number and am met with excuses, the owner obviously does not want to accept any accountability for his business, the best they can do is offer me 10% the purchase of another one (are you fucking kidding me???) so less than 3 days later my sigelei 150w box stops working ($139.99), wont fire, reads different tanks but doesn't want to fire, so I call yet again, and this time i just ask if i can have my receipts emailed to me cuz i need something to give the warranty company so the can give me the run around as well, blonde hair girl said she would have her manager call me, no call...., so I would say this, AVOID MAGIC VAPOR, maybe buy your juice there at retail prices, if thats your thing, otherwise go online, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY TANKS, MODS,HARDWARE from this place, buyer beware, the workers, manager are only doing what the owner tells them to do, and that to absolutely not accept any returns on anything. read more
