The Roors are questionable, the same IC glass recycler I bought down the street at AZ smokers cost me 75 dollars roughly out the door, this shop wants 185 before tax so 2 bills plus out the door? WORST customer service EVER!!!! I have come here quite a few times and have spend tons of money…read morehere and enjoyed it. But the way i was just treated when I walked through their door, was disgustingly unprofessional. I will never be coming here again. i pulled up to this smoke shop so I could buy a battery real quick. I spent FIVE minutes in my car counting money. When I walked in, I was greeted by Bryce, who is the manager. He immediately turned me away and accused me of doing drugs in the front of the store. Which i have NEVER done. I don't even do drugs. He claimed that he had security footage of me but when i asked for proof to roll back the tape, he flat out refused and told me to get out. I am completely BAFFLED. I have never been treated with such disrespect from a stranger. Bryce, needs to be fired immediately. 0/10 stars

She listened to my whining, didn't offer me crackers to go with it & was able to get my vape needs sorted out. That is exactly what you want from customer service. While I was the only one in there, aside from Liz, she made me feel at ease & important. I would hire her in a hot minute! But in lieu of that, she has made me a customer for life.

They have the most current & so much of a variety it's almost overwhelming! The prices can't be beat. I do end up paying less here than other entities, and they also have a reward point program. I love their upgraded technology being put to use- payment & receipts are a convenient breeze. The best part about this shop: absolutely every one of the employees are a total pleasure! They immediately greet you, offer to help find exactly what you're looking for. If you are undecided or have questions- they're more than willing to listen & assist! I really appreciated being asked to see the specific device I am using to perfectly match the part I was seeking. And, their suggestions from personal preference or knowledge are gladly welcome. It's always a quick & easy visit- I always leave with exactly what I needed (plus some when I get turned on to suggestions). The store is always clean & well organized- and the hours of operation are super convenient. This is by far my favorite & go-to! I highly recommend for anything related to vape, glass pieces, CBD & accessories. They know what they are doing & they're doing it right! The prices, selection & customer service are top notch.

The staff is always warm and helpful, and the woman who manages the shop (Dee) is always on point. When I drop in it's usually when I'm all tired and on my way home from work, so it's especially nice that the crew typically has me on my way with whatever I need in under 5 mins. If I still had any criticisms about this place, it's that its on a pretty janky corner (literally) and sometimes you have to park in the backlot.... but it's not the worst place for a vape shop on Baseline, and the locational convenience is the entire reason I started going here. Overall, consider my 2016 review revised, you really do take our feedback to heart. Thanks guys.
