My favorite smoke shop. Super nice workers, very helpful and if you spend $40 you get to spin a wheel and get something for free.

Conveniently located next door to Cheeba Hut, Zong is the best glass around! Their staff is as awesome as their offerings. I bought this lovely in March and am obsessed. I also broke it recently and was devastated. Thankfully Zong said they could fix it so all I had to do was drop it off. I'm waiting for repair (I named my rig Long Duck Zong) and can't wait for it to be home again~ Great experience with Zong so far and I can't see me buying glass anywhere else now! read more

If all the signs are saying open why do the employees have the store locked up to go smoke weed in the back. Leaving a store completely unattended but saying it's open while locked so your employees can go get high is bullshit. I get it's a smoke shop but Jesus make sure SOMEONE is at least even in the store. FYI that little sticky note says "be back in 10 min" it was 30 before anyone showed up. read more

They are very cool here but I was pretty upset when I went online and it said they close a hour and a half later than they do now apparently. Showed up to them locked up and a sign with different hours than it shows online. Need to update it because I now wasted a Uber ride. read more

Staff was so kind, they really had some great people working in there when I went in! Sooo many pieces to choose from, I got a Simpsons bong which is the most badass piece I have ever purchased! Maybe a little over priced for how small it is, but still badass nonetheless. I got to spin a little wheel too and got some free pre rolls. This place is absolutely the worst smoke shop I have ever been to in my 4 years of vaping in mesa az. First of all, if you look up ANY vape they have sold you without doubt you can find it for half the price sometimes more than half online. They are up charging like no other but I let that go as that's how most shops make their money profit etc. BUT what really sent me over the edge was the fact that they make you hit the vape in the store after you buy, seems normal and nice right, just make sure your vape is up and working before you leave. Only to find out this is their way of doing absolutely NO refunds or take backs if the inevitable happens and it breaks after leaving the store?? I have had 2 $30 vapes stop hitting or break within 12 hours of leaving the store and when I go back to ask for some sort of help or compensation the lady looks at me like I just spoke in tongues to her!! I showed her how the vape that was working just the day before was now lighting up as if it were hitting but nothing was coming out. She said ok we will get you a new one so I pick out 2, one for the one I broke and just another new flavor I wanted to try. She then charges me for both I ask her why I'm not getting 1 free or discounted for the fact she saw that vape was working perfectly fine the day before and she explains to me they don't do any refunds or discounts for broken vapes even for their employees!!!! I mean come on!! And their little "wheel" that you spin to win prices is absolute bullsh*t. I won a lighter and some cones and they didn't even let me pick out the lighter I swear they gave me the ugliest one they had possible that was probably sitting there for months. Not to mention one of their employees followed me out the store to ask for Percocet 30's before, haven't seen him since but still this place is absolutely bogus and it's such a shame that its right next to Cheba hut one of the staples for smokers and vapers!!. You get good karma when you treat your customers with loyalty, respect, and in good faith can't wait for them to learn this and stop trying to profit off of everything I'm sure if they had a bathroom they'd charge you for the toilet paper. Absolutely sad I'm out here feeling like a dam Karen now so thanks zongs read more
