First of all, I'm a relative noob. & a hot mess but I certainly didn't feel that way walking in…read more Liz was extremely friendly & knowledgeable. She listened to my whining, didn't offer me crackers to go with it & was able to get my vape needs sorted out. That is exactly what you want from customer service. While I was the only one in there, aside from Liz, she made me feel at ease & important. I would hire her in a hot minute! But in lieu of that, she has made me a customer for life.

Update: I've returned here several times & consistently this is one of the best vendors! They…read morealways have ALL product in stock. The options are endless. They have the most current & so much of a variety it's almost overwhelming! The prices can't be beat. I do end up paying less here than other entities, and they also have a reward point program. I love their upgraded technology being put to use- payment & receipts are a convenient breeze. The best part about this shop: absolutely every one of the employees are a total pleasure! They immediately greet you, offer to help find exactly what you're looking for. If you are undecided or have questions- they're more than willing to listen & assist! I really appreciated being asked to see the specific device I am using to perfectly match the part I was seeking. And, their suggestions from personal preference or knowledge are gladly welcome. It's always a quick & easy visit- I always leave with exactly what I needed (plus some when I get turned on to suggestions). The store is always clean & well organized- and the hours of operation are super convenient. This is by far my favorite & go-to! I highly recommend for anything related to vape, glass pieces, CBD & accessories. They know what they are doing & they're doing it right! The prices, selection & customer service are top notch.

It's unfortunate when a place gets a bad review and it's literally because of one employee, and he…read morewas the only employee there. Sorry I came in 15 minutes before you closed, but...you're still open so my apologies you have to actually still do your job. There was no greeting when I walked in. He didn't bother asking if I needed anything, even though I stood at the counter where I had chosen what I wanted to get for a few minutes before I had to ask him if he could grab something for me. Still didn't say a word. I chose 2 items and said thank you...still no response. He rang my stuff up and didn't tell me what my total was, just expected me to read it off the register as he continued to wrap my things up. Handed my bag to me and I said I appreciate it, not one word out of his mouth. I mean...my bad for coming into your shop I guess. He made it very apparent that he was unhappy I came in. Good customer service goes a long way and unfortunately the customer service I received tonight was really bad...I mean, the only "good job" I'll give in this review is for making it very uninviting and uncomfortable. If I'm not mistaken, you make commission off sales there. Sorry I put some extra money in your pocket in the last 10 minutes of your shift, bud. I'll just go somewhere else next time. "Thanks, have a good night"....says no one, I guess.
