Gas stations had let us down, so we searched for the closest smoke shop. Luigis delivered! We were helped by the brother of Luigi himself who was super nice and showed us their options. They had fun colors of lighters, which is just what we were after. Though we weren't in the market for anything else, Luigis had a bounty of other smoking related merchandise...glass, papers, hookahs, everything! Definitely give this spot a visit for your smoking needs.

Sorry I came in 15 minutes before you closed, but...you're still open so my apologies you have to actually still do your job. There was no greeting when I walked in. He didn't bother asking if I needed anything, even though I stood at the counter where I had chosen what I wanted to get for a few minutes before I had to ask him if he could grab something for me. Still didn't say a word. I chose 2 items and said thank you...still no response. He rang my stuff up and didn't tell me what my total was, just expected me to read it off the register as he continued to wrap my things up. Handed my bag to me and I said I appreciate it, not one word out of his mouth. I mean...my bad for coming into your shop I guess. He made it very apparent that he was unhappy I came in. Good customer service goes a long way and unfortunately the customer service I received tonight was really bad...I mean, the only "good job" I'll give in this review is for making it very uninviting and uncomfortable. If I'm not mistaken, you make commission off sales there. Sorry I put some extra money in your pocket in the last 10 minutes of your shift, bud. I'll just go somewhere else next time. "Thanks, have a good night"....says no one, I guess.

On top of that in regards to items on hand, it had the worst stock inventory of items that I have seen at a head shop. There are way to many head shops on every corner to ever deal with that location. I will definitely pass on the tip to friends and acquaintances.

They immediately greet you, offer to help find exactly what you're looking for. If you are undecided or have questions- they're more than willing to listen & assist! I really appreciated being asked to see the specific device I am using to perfectly match the part I was seeking. And, their suggestions from personal preference or knowledge are gladly welcome. It's always a quick & easy visit- I always leave with exactly what I needed (plus some when I get turned on to suggestions).
