Update: I've returned here several times & consistently this is one of the best vendors! They always have ALL product in stock. The options are endless. They have the most current & so much of a variety it's almost overwhelming! The prices can't be beat. I do end up paying less here than other entities, and they also have a reward point program. I love their upgraded technology being put to use- payment & receipts are a convenient breeze. The best part about this shop: absolutely every one of the employees are a total pleasure! They immediately greet you, offer to help find exactly what you're looking for. If you are undecided or have questions- they're more than willing to listen & assist! I am giving them 2 stars because I have been coming there for months and they have always been kind. I hate to leave a bad review but I will keep this one short because I left my lengthy one on Google. Based on previous reviews and my experience today. If you purchase a product from them that does not work, they will not offer a refund nor will they discount the product you purchase to replace it. I'm pretty sure as a business if you have a product that is defected you can write it off. But instead, they will just profit off of the bad product they sold you and profit off of the replacement they sell you after. Really disappointing. I go there at least once a week. I've worked in customer service for over 10 years and this is just a shame. I will need to take my business elsewhere read more

Use to come here, but had an awful experience this evening and will not be coming back. I walk in and am asked what I need, I tell the employee (can't remember her name but had many piercings) that I was looking for new pods for my "Caliburn" and as I am not sure of the specifics I pull out my smoking device and show it to her and she proceeds to hand me a pack of two pods and says these are the ones I need. I buy them, and as soon as I get home I try to put them in and they don't fit. I go back to Magic vapor, same lady with piercings greets me again, and I tell her that the pods didn't fit. She said to let her look at my device again so I pull it out and she says "oh you need the Caliburn G2 pods".... I say okay so can I return these and replace them with the right pods and she says "no because you told me you needed the other ones so it's not our fault" like what??? So she made me buy the other pods, too!! Like sorry I don't know every detail of my device but that's why I showed it to you the first time, and then me having to pay for your mistake is ridiculous. Don't come here, go right down the street to red star vapor. Better pricing and the guys there are honest. Customer service here should get negative stars read more

Came by to the shop on Saturday 6/4 for the first time to purchase a mod. Originally help was good, shop looks nice, what you should expect from a better quality store. The mod they sold me was allegedly the Aegis max 100w. Problems ensued as soon as I left. Had to come back 5 minutes later because the battery sleeve wasn't working properly and the lid for the battery storage wasn't threading right. The girl Courtney struggled for some time before she was able to secure the battery in the mod and get it turned on. Fast forward through the weekend, this mod will not keep its batteries in place, threading for the lid is trashed from the factory. I can't even sit the mod down without the batteries shooting out, and looking in the box, there is no instructions packet or warranty card. Not going to accuse them, but when that happens, it usually means the store is selling fake products. I come back Tuesday to discuss with the store about how to rectify a bad product. Mind you, I'm talking with the same Courtney who sold me the defective products. She passes me on to another girl, and after 45 minutes of her being on the phone with a Mike, struggling to fix the broken products they sold me, she comes back and offers me a 20% coupon and no exchange for what they sold me. At the end of the day, all sales are final. However, when you sell a customer a bad product, it is your responsibility to take care of that customer. These guys didn't, they took my $120 and said screw off. I would check out any other vape shop besides these guys, I mean unless you want to gamble whether or not they are selling you a legit product read more

I've already written a review for this place but I just HAD to write another one because these guys seriously knock it out of the park every time. We had the pleasure of being helped by Aaron, a super nice guy who was very polite and respectful and incredibly knowledgeable about the products being sold. With social distancing in place and face masks being mandatory, he still managed to make our visit extremely enjoyable and educational and he spent plenty of time with us to make sure all of our questions were answered. Not to mention he took a few phone calls and helped one or two other customers in the process of helping us and he maintained professionalism and a great attitude the entire time. Their selection of vapes and juices are incredible and he seriously sold us on new mods and we only went in for juice! It's hard to ignore a great product though especially when someone can give you every detail you need to know before purchasing. I walked out with a new Smok Nord model and I totally love it. This place is amazing and I will always recommend going here for any vape or smoking needs. Also I should mention we live in Gilbert a good 20 minutes away but the drive is worth every mile considering we are guaranteed to have a great experience. Thank you guys! The Pros. They have the best selection I've seen in any shop. They are patient, friendly, and informative and usually have my coils in stock. The Cons. They WAY overcharge for their juices. Example. Lemon Twist 60ML. $22 for 1 or $40 for 2 Vape Central on Dobson and Warner has them $15 for 1 or $25 for 2. That's a significant difference. Everything here is $5 to $10 higher than anywhere else and online. Also, their rewards plan isn't great. I can count on one hand how many freebies or discounts I've ever gotten. Also I don't know if this means anything but I asked who the owner of the store is and the dude I was talking to looked at me like I have a third head. If you're in a pinch or don't want to drive further I Recommend but if you want to save a bunch of money go elsewhere or buy online. read more

As a person new to vaping I first read what I could find online. I went this place first because I found the word "knowledgeable" in so many YELP reviews. The person that 'helped' me seemed to know less about CBD vaping than I had learned online. I purchased a $70 aspire mod and he volunteered to set it up for me. When I got home I read the very limited instructions that came with it and realized that most of what he said and did were contradicted by the manufacturer. Just one example: I asked him if it used a lithium ion battery. He said no, it is an 18650. I told him an 18650 was indeed a Li-ion. He opened the mod and installed the 21700 battery that was included (it is larger than an 18650) and set the device to 18650. He unscrewed the cap to install the oil. I had to read the instructions to find out that there is a port for filling that does not require removing the top which could cause leaking. etc, etc... If you know what you are looking for, their prices seem fair. But don't expect informed advice. read more

This place was down the road from I used to live. They had a lot of premium juice almost to the point of to much to choose from. The prices were fair and reasonable and the hardware selection was good. I bought a setup for my girlfriend here and she's been proudly using that for a while. The only reason I gave this 3 stars is that found they were selling cloned sigeleis for actual sigelei prices. If I'm going to pay that much for a mod I'll make damn sure I get a real one. I purchased a new vape set up about a month and a half ago from the owner and one sales employee. While deciding on which tank to go with, the employee and owner suggested that I go with a specific tank because it was only $20 and I would be able to buy a new thing of juice to use as I was trying to stick to a specific budget. I stated that I did not need any juice but I wanted to upgrade to a better tank. Once again, I was notified that the tank I was currently considering was a much better tank thank the one I wanted to get and it was for a much more reasonable price. I went ahead and purchased the tank that they suggested and left the store. After using my set up for two weeks, my tank began leaking drastically and started popping every time I pushed the power button and was shocking my mouth anytime I took a hit. I went back to the store to find out what was wrong with it. The employee working (who was the original guy that sold it to me) said it was leaking and popping because I had the battery power turned down too low and it was causing juice to leak out. He also said the juice I was using was too watery and thin which was causing a problem. It sounded like a reasonable excuse so I switched out my juice and turned up the battery power. Needless to say, this did not fix the problem at all. I returned to the store a day or so later to let them know that the tank was defective and to have it exchanged or something along those lines. The same employee I have been working with was working. He notified me that I should have purchased a better tank when I originally bought my set up as the tank I was using was cheap quality. This made me rather frustrated because of what he and the owner both said to me when I first bought everything. Rather than arguing about what was said to me when I bought the set up, I asked to have it exchanged and I will pay the difference for a better tank. The employee said that this was something that they can't do but that he would call the owner to see what he would say but that more than likely the owner would say no. He tried calling the owner while I was there but got no answer. The employee said he could give me 20% off another tank but that's all he would do. I told him that that was unacceptable because they sold me a defective item and should allow me to have it exchanged for a working item. The employee then instructed me to come back another day around 5-7pm as the owner might be in and I could talk to him. I returned back a few times over the next week but the owner was never there nor could I get anything resolved. I now have a vape that does not work and will need to pay full price for another tank to get it working. Myself and anyone that knows me will never bring business to this place and I suggest that anyone looking for a good vape shop to go somewhere else. The owner appears to just want your money and doesn't care if he screws you in the meantime. Customer satisfaction or doing the right thing is something he does not care about! read more

Great staff Ryan & Rayna rock & are truly vested! With that said the manager is unprofessional & does not acknowledge or accommodate his customers. I don't want my review to reflect badly on his staff. The manager; Sam has NO return policy nor will he return phone calls. I bought a Joyetech eGo ONE with a faulty battery, brought it back 3xs as battery ran burning hot (burnt lip) & completely burnt out after 6 weeks. Good thing it came with a 90 day guarantee through company & hopefully will be able to get compensated. Its a shame the manager did not assist or attempt to make things right though his distributors. Not a way to run a business. Beautiful store though, great selection of oils etc... To bad its not owned by someone else! I will go back to maintain my Aspire vapes, never have had a problem with this product line. Moving on...has anyone else had issues with the eGo ONE?
