This place openly admits to lying to me just to get a quick sale. When I asked her why she lied her response was, " if my manager saw or heard me telling a customer to come back at a later time just because we didn't have the exact product they were looking for could get me fired."
I called the store ahead of time telling them I was looking for a dab pen to use with my cannabis and asked them if they had a solution. They said they did and so I drove there and paid $114 for a whole setup. At first I was happy with the product, but then all of my wax started leaking down out of the mouthpiece and starting to flow into the actual battery. I tried everything from adjusting all of the heat settings to only putting a teeny tiny amount of wax in and 30 days later I am still having a horrible problem of wasting 85 to 90% of all of my product on this vape pen. I took my product to eight other smoke shops to get their opinion and all eight of them told me that I was sold a product that's strictly for nicotine juice, not for wax, that I was ripped off and that they absolutely should've never sold it to me. The chick that works at outlaw vapor told me that when I left from purchasing my pen, she told her colleague that she "wished she could've just sold me the YoCan EVOLVE $40, but couldn't since we didn't have any in stock."
I went back to Outlaw and the only thing she offered me was for me to pay more money ($20) out of my pocket for the yoCan evolve $40 device. I told her that would've been great if she could've recommended this to me in the beginning when I came to the store stating that I am suffering from financial issues due to Covid. However since I've already paid $114 they offered for me to pay $20 more for a whole other product that only should cost $40 initially - was so appalling. On top of that, I trusted them once and they did me wrong and didn't care to make it right with me however, they expected me to pay them more money?!? Only a fool would do that.
Once I realized they were not going to help make this situation right, even after admitting she was wrong, I asked the chick if she could take this as a learning experience and not do this to other customers. I even gave her a few examples as to what she could have said to me the day I came into their store, however my words fell on deaf ears.
I would never recommend for anybody to ever go here unless you want to waste your money on people who don't know their product while being treated with shitty customer service. read more
