I interfaced with a few just briefly but I immediately noted a subtle mixture of humility and self-confidence. These ladies exude confidence and trust in one another like no one I've seen (I travel a lot for work). It's the sort of job you do when no one's looking. It's striving for quality--not because your customers, your boss or your peers will judge you if you don't, but because that's just the standard you hold yourself to. It's responsibility, initiative, and enthusiasm. No matter your salary or your educational background--it's what dictates whether or not you love your job or hate it. And I think it usually correlates almost exactly with whether or not you see yourself as an active agent of change in your career or a passive, powerless spectator. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and successfully sold us more than what we came in for! This is okay though, we learned a lot & enjoyed speaking with him.
