WORST customer service EVER!!!! I have come here quite a few times and have spend tons of money…read morehere and enjoyed it. But the way i was just treated when I walked through their door, was disgustingly unprofessional. I will never be coming here again. i pulled up to this smoke shop so I could buy a battery real quick. I spent FIVE minutes in my car counting money. When I walked in, I was greeted by Bryce, who is the manager. He immediately turned me away and accused me of doing drugs in the front of the store. Which i have NEVER done. I don't even do drugs. He claimed that he had security footage of me but when i asked for proof to roll back the tape, he flat out refused and told me to get out. I am completely BAFFLED. I have never been treated with such disrespect from a stranger. Bryce, needs to be fired immediately. 0/10 stars

First of all the fact that they are open before 10 AM in the morning is AMAZING. I had planned on…read morerunning errands and virtually every store I went to was not open until 10. So I was very happy that they were open. Second of all The girl whose name I swore I would try to remember and now I cannot. Anyway she worked yesterday morning lol. That was Thursday, November 3. She could not have been nicer. Or more helpful! You had an excellent selection of zero nicotine disposable vapes called "the cube". The store was clean. Tons of choices! Knowledgeable employees. I would absolutely be back and I live in San Tan Valley. Which is a 20-30 minute drive! So good job and give that girl a raise!

I've been coming here for over a year. I've met all of the employees and the owner as well. I've…read morenever, ever, had a bad experience. Each time either the owner or one of his employees have been so kind to me. The owner has given me different flavored pods, (for juul users or other? I'm not super knowing of everything that's out there), to try. The employees have never made me feel "dumb" for not being well versed on my vaping/juul vocab and knowledge. I've always felt welcomed and have had all my questions answered. Today I came in and the gentleman with long hair helped me decide wether I wanted mango strawberry or melon mango. His customer service went above and beyond. Like I said, I can go to smoke shops way closer to my house for my pods, but I always go out of my way to come here. It's always been a nice experience with people who truly want to help you figure out what you need. I will forever (until I move out of Phoenix lol) come here. Also, they have a great rewards program with discounts!!

This shop really needs more traffic, the light rail construction took its toll on a lot of businesses along South Central Avenue.
