I regular ALWAYS get two sets of coal. Due to this employees not paying attention. After I already paid and was starting to leave he yells at me I didn't charge you for the 2nd box of coals. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE MY CARD TWICE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SMOKE SHOP THEY ARE STEALING YOUR MONEY!! I tried to call and get the owners number to explain but that employee slammed the phone down and hung up. THIS EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE FIRE OR THIS SHOP SHOULD SHUT DOWN! *so many other smoke shop that have better customer service its better you go there then this hole in the wall.
