Stopped here after having my nails done at a nearby establishment for the incense which they do not sell. It's a spacious environment and the lady inside was nice but I'm not sure how well they will do since it's hard for some businesses to thrive in locations that don't stand out. I'm praying that they do well though. I feel like establishments such as these should be next door to Marijuana establishments such as Harvest. I was just in the Chandler location and the young lady with long black hair has to go to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked for two products and she gave me one of the wrong items , insisted it want wrong but I said to her that I was given it the last time I was in and they wouldn't let me return it because it is the wrong item. her hands were shaking extremely bad, I asked if she was ok.... I asked her name but she refused to give it to me. I used to love the people in this store but with her poor attitude and customer service I think I'm going to have to start finding somewhere else to go. or she needs to go. I'm sure I'm not the only one she is awful too. some needs to teach her that it takes more effort to be mean rather than nice. grow up girl read more

I purchased a device from them and within the first month, it was broken. There was something wrong with the button where it wouldn't stop firing. The juice got so hot that it leaked out and burned me to the point of blistering. Between me purchasing the device and it breaking, they told me they had changed their policy and would no longer exchange the device. They assured me that they made this decision because VooPoo has amazing customer service and would take care of me. This is an absolutely garbage response and shows how little they stand behind their products. VooPoo let me know that they could not and would not help me since I didn't purchase the device from them and my shop would need to take care of me. After all of this runaround, the shop still refuses to do anything to help. It is wild to me that they changed their policy and wouldn't grandfather in the people that purchased before the change. Terrible business practice. There are so many awesome shops around the Chandler area. I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. read more

payed $45+ for 1 100ml juice.. sold me a expired 2 YEAR old juice for $24, when i came back to trade in, they said no trade ins of other brands, only the same other expired 2 year old juices. literally dissatisfied as a customer could get :/ wanna keep coming back but 40?! just wish i could trade it in instead of completely buying a new one read more

August is awesome. I originally was turned off to geek bars because i bought 2 and both of them auto fired. it was at a different store though. so i've just been sticking with the elf bars. she assured me that it must've been the other store cause she's been through 12 personally and never had a problem. I trust her and lo and behold, these geek bars are the BOMB. I rip my vape like dracula taking yo girls blood. Been ripping it all day and haven't had a problem AND the juice hasn't went down at all. I was running low on juice and in a different area from where I usually purchase juice. I got on Yelp and found CS nearby so I stopped in. They had a very nice selection of name brand as well as their own flavors. The really nice woman working helped me pick out one of their flavors to try and I also picked up a brand I have had before. Love this location!! The only shop i can find with a great juice selection and the staff is awesome and always on top of things as soon as you walk in! I went to soo many different shops trying to find a good juice that wasnt just pure sweet or sugar tasting. A great shop! My voopoo PnP coil burned and I needed some new ones. Roxanna was very helpful in getting me the correct coils. I wanted to try the RBA variant of the PnP system but they didn't have it, they offered to order it for me and will have it by Wednesday. 10/10 experience and a costumer for life read more
