Any time I ask for suggestions or have questions, they point me in the right direction and offer their own opinion on products. They are honest if they haven't personally tried something I'm asking about but always offer me as much information as possible so I can make an educated decision before purchasing. I come here for their Snoop Dogg vapes and Ambedo Kava/Kratom drinks mainly, but I also pick up other random stuff they have for sale. They offer a HUGE selection of vapes, CBD products, kratom, glass, and vape/smoking accessories and sooo much more. This shop also has a ton of anime stickers, posters, keychains, and other random little knick knacks that I enjoy purchasing every so often. I recently purchased a pair of Ghost Face socks and car air fresheners with horror movie and anime characters that smell so good! Trust me, you won't regret stopping in, they constantly get new stuff in and I'm pleasantly surprised to see more and more products added to their shelves. Their pricing and selection is better than any other shops I've visited in AZ since I've been here. This is the ONLY vape shop I go to now! Thank you guys, you're the absolute best!!

When I entered the store my intentions was to buy a replacement top for my vape and a bottle of vape juice. However, I decided not to purchase the items right then do to my own reasoning. While waiting for my ride to arrive another customer entered the store. I then began to plug my phone into the socket to charge just for a split second so I wouldn't missed the phone call for my ride. Tarah (The Manager) proceeded to say "Excuse me, but I cannot have you hanging out in here" I replied politely. I just need to charge my phone for a second while I wait on my ride. She then stated I'm sorry but you cannot just be in here hanging out. I walked out the store and stood outside. This was so embarrassing for her to kicked me out of the store for no legitimate reason at all. I then reached out to another Red Vapor location advised them of the situation and to verify if I wasn't able to charge my phone in the store. The employee I spoke with stated "No ma'am, if you needed to charge your phone for a few seconds that should've been okay" even though you didn't purchase the items it should have been fine for you to charge your phone for a second. I don't see an issue with that and do not understand why she made you leave the store. She then advised me to email you all regarding this matter. Which I haven't received any feedback. I've purchase items at this location before and this is the first time I've experienced something like this. It was very embarrassing, I felt like I was being treated this way because of my race, and it was very hurtful.
