Update: I was a bit upset it's been a bit since my last visit, and discover my most absolute FAVORITE flavor is discontinued! Nooooo! *sobs* Well, leave it to the experts, here! Within a matter of seconds, he gets a thought, checks the shelf & finds me literally the equivalent- just a different brand & flavor label. Saved the day! Oh, and a phone call came in while I was being assisted- being the total gentleman, he asks the caller to please call back in 30 minutes or so because he's "with a customer"- props, so many props for the display of outstanding customer service! Best yet- the cartridges I usually need are out of stock- this was a lucky day visit for sure because pretty much everything I needed was in stock, he was on top of it & I also discovered a new juice alternative I really love! ...the kicker? I've been going here for 2-3 years now & it's seriously my favorite smoke shop. All of the employees make me feel super comfortable & we always have a good conversation every time I come in! So I've been to this shop a couple times now and the first time I went it was great. So I decided to go back but the last couple times there's been a different guy and he always just seems annoyed. He also has no knowledge whatsoever about the CBD products they sell. I went in and ask him if they sold any full sprectrum CBD oil or cream (with 0.3% THC) and his response was "all our products are full spectrum, that's all we carry" which I found pretty hard to believe so I asked him which he recommended and he showed it to me. When I looked at the ingredients the main ingredient was HEMP SEED OIL and underneath it in bold letters it said CONTAINS NO THC. I also couldn't find anywhere on the bottle where it even had the name CBD. When I asked the guy about this he said hemp seed oil was another name for CBD oil and that it said no THC because since it was only a little bit it they counted it at none but that there was some in there. At that point I realized this guy didn't know anything about CBD and just didn't get anything.. That's the last time I come to this place. There are plenty of other smoke/vape shops in the area (one even down the street) which are a lot better customer service wise and seem to be genuinely happy to help you and don't act like they'd rather be anywhere else like the guy that works here. read more

This is an awesome family owned store, surprisingly they have quite an inventory. Their premium juices are unique and honestly delicious I really wouldn't go anywhere else, the staff was SUPER NICE, kind of comforting that it's run by a father and his two sons and not a bunch of buzzed out stoners. I have gone into Vape A Hookah multiple times and have politely ask for a few kinds of hookah flavors. I go in every few days and nothing...this is AFTER they say they will have it in a few days! Typically I dont ever do this but after a few weeks I think its justified. M & I at least cares about who is coming in and what they want...I will happily drive out of my way to get what I need. Just too bad they say they will get it and keep messing around. Suppose my 4o+ dollars a week doesnt matter. Not just myself though, and we conveniently live around the block, my mom too!
