On one occasion I was charged twice for the same item and showed the shop my bank statement as proof. I was happy to take a second vape instead of a refund. When I asked them to do this, they took care of me. This past Saturday I purchased a disposable vape with 11ml juice and it stopped "puffing" the next day but the device still showed the illuminated light when taking a hit. I went to the shop to let them know and they gave me a free replacement. I'll be totally honest, I felt that the first issue was necessary to resolve and felt that the second issue could have a been an SOL situation. When I entered the store my intentions was to buy a replacement top for my vape and a bottle of vape juice. However, I decided not to purchase the items right then do to my own reasoning. While waiting for my ride to arrive another customer entered the store. I then began to plug my phone into the socket to charge just for a split second so I wouldn't missed the phone call for my ride. Tarah (The Manager) proceeded to say "Excuse me, but I cannot have you hanging out in here" I replied politely. I just need to charge my phone for a second while I wait on my ride. She then stated I'm sorry but you cannot just be in here hanging out. I walked out the store and stood outside. This was so embarrassing for her to kicked me out of the store for no legitimate reason at all. I then reached out to another Red Vapor location advised them of the situation and to verify if I wasn't able to charge my phone in the store. The employee I spoke with stated "No ma'am, if you needed to charge your phone for a few seconds that should've been okay" even though you didn't purchase the items it should have been fine for you to charge your phone for a second. I don't see an issue with that and do not understand why she made you leave the store. She then advised me to email you all regarding this matter. Which I haven't received any feedback. I've purchase items at this location before and this is the first time I've experienced something like this.
