I bought my puffco peak pro over a year ago and being outside of the warranty, I thought that with the power port not working I would have to buy a whole new unit. I hit my old friend against the sink one to many times so needed new glass. All good quality here and the price shows that but well worth it! Called around the area to see which smoke shops carried tobacco for hookah. I was looking for a high quality brand and the other stores didn't carry it. I happened to see this place and just dropped in. To my surprise they have a full selection of Fumari shisha and for a great price per packet. I'm from California and visiting here in Mesa and couldn't believe the selection they had. The service was awesome and I'm definitely going to come here from now on for my hookah needs. My brother lives like right down the street and it's super convenient to have a place like this close by with chill people who work there. We also bought a vape and some flavors. I visited this shop yesterday on my break, in search of a Roor downstem. Although I didn't quite find what I was looking for, I found lots of other unique options! Before arriving I called the shop and the man I spoke to was very cheerful & helpful(wish I knew his name). Once I arrived the same man & the woman on the clock were extremely kind & accommodating! They took the time to help me figure out what my best option was and even reached out to the other locations to see if they had what I was looking for (and they did). Overall, I had an amazing experience with this shop and the staff! I'm so pleased that I would drive the 30 mins from my house to come here again! 10/10 recommend!!! read more

after leaving the store I went down to cannibals and got a rig three times better than many here and it was $50. So, This is a response to the owner I left a review on Google stating how it was ridiculous that a rigged the size of my hand cost $2,000. And that the cheapest rig the store had was $99 which was also the size of my hand. Jason, first off I would like to say next time you probably shouldn't start off your response with "sorry Liam ". If you're going to make comments about my lack of experience in pieces. and continue to give me excuses on why I had the experience I did. so let's touch base on the fact that you told me that these $2,000 pieces are priced by the artist and they're very intricate artwork I understand that but they don't belong in the smoke shop then. There's another place to sell those. Go open up the glass shop or something don't have those prices in an everyday smoke shop. I'm aware you guys have been open for 12 years. I've been coming around the store since shortly after it opened and you've always been high price but not this bad. I wouldn't even have left a second review here if you hadn't have just apologized for the experience I had and continue to explain to me how you are going to try to have $25 and under pieces more available, but you decided to make rude comments. read more
