The only smoke shop I'll visit in Mesa. Super cool staff that is always right on it when it comes to answering any questions or asking for help. Allen really took care of me making sure I had an awesome experience today, on 4/20 at that. Yeah they were busy, but they still took special care of me to make sure I had a working piece. Thanks you again Allen and crew. They always have some great deals too! read more

Selection is terrible didn't have anything I was looking for. I was sold on brand new product that just came in and after opening using it in the store it had no flavor and she told me she couldn't take it back and I was forced to buy one that works correctly. At least they don't ID so buying multiple products didn't take long. read more

These people are amazing and always treating me right I've been a customer for years !!! Will never go anywhere else

I had a precarious situation happening and the staff was extremely accommodating. I was struggling with something I had purchased but I didn't have a receipt (per my own choice). Luckily, I was remembered from a few hours earlier and was properly cared for. I love this spot and very much appreciate the clerk who helped me. Obviously I will return and I definitely recommend this business to all. read more

whoever was working on Tuesday 10/29 at 3:30pm- the girl had a major attitude problem. we come into this smoke shop often and spend alot of money here. my husband who comes in literally every other day noticed he lost his ID but was trying to buy a non tobacco product. he denied him purchase because of it. so I went in with my ID to purchase this item thay she shouldn't of even ID us for and then gets a attitude and turns us both down for purchasing. we will never be coming here again and I would highly recommend to the owner of this shop to re evaluate who he hired. They officially lost our business read more

Just left. Bought my tobacco. Good price. Quick counter service. Owner Is there and what I like most is 1am closes. And they still are here taking customers. Door is wide open big open sign at 1am. So many place I have gone during this Holiday that close early, or Do not answer the phone 15 min before closing. They're done . Now 6 months later. Still my favorite place. Literally the worst experience ever! Noah is literally the worst sales person I've ever dealt with buying anything in retail. He was so disrespectful and honestly just a disappointing person. At a smoke shop you would expect at least a cool person to buy stuff from but he was a total dick and a shitty person and ruined my experience at this shop. Love what I bought but he was such a douche. Find a new manager ! read more

Very disappointing!! Was hoping to get a few Vector torches, but The same blonde cashier walks up to me and my friend to ask if we need help with anything or if we're just browsing, and then proceeds to ask both of us for our IDs because she just likes to check them every now and then. I've been in the smoke shop numerous of times, and not wearing a face mask might do that, but she has a Audacity to ask for my ID as if she hasn't helped me each time meanwhile I didn't see her ask anybody else for their IDs. The smoke shop has gone downhill ever since Allen stopped working. As far as I'm concerned they need new floor sales members and to get rid of the loud blonde who tries to tell me about things I already know and seems to forget customers especially reoccurring ones. Such a shame to have such an annoying person working behind the counter and most importantly on the floor. I say fire and rehire. Thanks! read more

Alan helped us out today! Always a great visit with nice people and good stock for one of a kind items.

I came back to "All in One" and it's even better than before. I've TOTALLY done a turnaround on my opinion regarding this shop. I was glad that I came back to give it a 2nd chance. They fixed the supply problem and really listened to everyone's feedback. I really appreciate what they've done to make things even better! thank you! Kratom at this store is the best in Arizona! read more

Very few shops open after 10 PM so this was only option. Store was empty and in less than 2 minutes I broke 3 store rules! Noah was the employee and was very uptight. Seemed like he was trying to provoke me by constantly speaking down to me. I wanted to buy a few more items but I just wanted to get out of the place. Seemed like a decent selection but I never got a chance to look. I will not go back. Noah needs to chill out and learn some customer service skills. read more

Alan and cheyanne are so nice! They really helped me out. They were so informative. They sell really high end glass. Not to mention they have EVERYTHING!!! read more

They always have the stuff I like, it's always a reasonable price, and there's always a friendly face. I drive past 20 other smoke shops to come here, every time. read more

Although the service is good, the business has a mask wearing policy posted on the door, but it is not enforced. Was there Yesterday to make a purchase and one employee behind the counter, who was wearing a black shirt, sandy blond hair not wearing a mask. Two customers walked in and were not wearing a mask. The business is small in sq feet and the exposure factor to catch COVID is high. I know because today I started to get COVID-19 symptoms and haven't been anywhere else yesterday. My recommendation is to avoid this business due to a high exposure factor of possibility catching COVID-19. read more

I would give this place a 5 originally. My first dealing with this smoke shop started off great. Excellent matter of fact, there are two great individuals that are employees of this shop: Nate & a Micheal. They both worked really hard to assist me as I was .....and based on what happened at this place SUNDAY i am still on a search to find dry coils. First Nate sold me all the dry coils They had due to the fact no one really purchases the coils any longer and more of the customers go for liquid or wax. I'm still old school which Nate and Micheal related too and were very sincere in assisting me to purchase all they had at a really decent price. Which made sense because they had been sitting on their shelves for 60+ days until I came into their shop and gave them money for all they had. Nate & Mike offered to order me more since I am a serious buyer OBVIOUSLY. NEVER DID I THINK I'D HAVE THE PROBLEM I ENCOUNTERD Sunday!!! Lori, would not honor any of the prices that Nate or Michael offered. Then I asked for the owner, then Lori came out and said she managed the store and she would be talking to the employees that showed me great customer service because they sold me product that took money out of her pocket. So essentially when I returned I was greeted with this type of service and mentality. I ended up leaving empty handed for product I asked them to order because at the end of the day Lori wanted money over having a customer happy and retaining a customer. Oh well not my first rodeo with a greedy manager who wants your dollar over good service! read more

I seen a few bad reviews on this joint however it's close to my home so I wanted to check it out. The inventory was reeeeely good! I was honestly shocked that they legit had everything. I'm not sure what his name was but a dude with blond hair helped me the entire time and he was super knowledgeable and picked up instantly on what I liked and needed. This place was chill, clean and friendly. I will be back read more

My fav smoke shop, they have everything I'll ever need and they're just down the street.. Mostly friendly staff and will answer questions when they have time. read more

I've been going to this smoke shop for a couple of years out of convenience but after today will gladly drive further for better service and products. I ended up leaving without buying anything, surprised by the flippant and embarrassing way I was treated after being a return customer every week. Ive noticed new employees and a different owner has been present the last few months and they all look and act miserable. Not sure if that's why the service and products have taken a major plummet into the toilet. My exchange was soo horrible I'm still puzzled as to why they would hastily dismiss a valued customer. I immediately got online to forward all of my friends to a new place I discovered... M & I Smoke Shop just a mile away. Amazing selection and the employees were helpful and clearly enjoyed their jobs! read more

Will never go here again. Management is trash and rude. They will take advantage of you and the employees will just say "sorry, that's my manager I have to do what they say." read more

Great Customer Service!! Best smoke shop chain around The Valley! Highly recommend!! Large variety of smoking products

I'm in here at least twice a week. I used to buy the wild berry incense online but I didn't like waiting for shipping. I found out that the smoke shop right outside my apartment complex carried them and was so happy. They have almost the full selection, and the staff is incredibly kind. They greet me every time I come in and start up conversations. I'm so glad I found this place! read more

I am a regular customer in this smoke shop and lately I have not seen Alan who is always friendly and accommodating. I never has a bad experience until tonight. I get my vaps here almost every other day. I got one and wasn't asked to try it before I left. I should of but I got to the car and did and there was weird loud noises that I have not heard before. I never left the parking lot. I ran back in told her it was making a weird noise and not working right i was told they all do that. I never heard anything like that before. She told me she wasn't aloud to exchange it. For 2 yrs I've been coming here I have never been more disappointed. It stopped working as soon as I got home. That will be the last time I ever go in there. You would think being a faithful customer spending thousands in there you would of made a exception to exchange it just because I stepped outside for 2 seconds. It wasn't busy and everyone was just hanging in the back. Felt like she just didn't want to be bothered. Im in customer service for 31 years. Never would of let anyone feel like its a bother to help. ALAN WHERE ARE YOU im not comming back.i will let my friends know who I referred things are not like they used to be. read more

Super nice smoke shop. Had what we needed and the service was great. Manny helped us out and was really nice. Much appreciated!

Love that they are erasing masks and helping protect my health, their health, and the health of other patrons. Very friendly! Prices on cigarettes are average however my only complaint is they never have more than one carton of Pyramid Lights 100's. I like to purchase 2-3 each time I visit. I normally end up going somewhere else for the other cartons so I'm wondering if it's worth my time to stop in when there's other smoke shops closer. I do really enjoy the friendliness of the staff!! but I prefer to make one stop for my smokes. I hope they increase they're inventory. read more

This place is awesome they have a great selection of bars great glass cheap prices and quality products cheap cigarettes if you're looking for it they got it stop in and you won't regret it read more

Ive always had excellent service here. My entire family shops here for different items and never had any issues other than maybe a few times, normal business related situation (ex: out of stock) which that happens and not enough to fault the business (that's life ) I am concerned with the other reviews as I have noticed a significant change in staff (not as friendly but definitely no problems and still kind). I had full trust with the previous employees but I will start making sure my mother's kratom is not shorted when we get it and I will keep an eye out for change to prices. read more

Since the last manager, Lori, left...its gone downhill fast. Never has product in stock. Ridiculous.

A OK !!! 5/5 Stars, great place. Lori is such a sweetheart and absolutely rocks!!!

Lori is the best!!! We've been to both of her locations and both of them treated us like family. #lifers!!! Thanks again!!

Lori was very kind and knowledgeable! She explained the different tobaccos what they tasted like and which was better. She also didn't try to sale me the most expensive stuff just because I didn't know anything about rolling my own cigarettes. She was very helpful in picking the right tobacco for me and also saving me money. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing tobacco products or wanting to start rolling their own smokes!! Thank you so much Lori for all of your help!! read more

Again another complaint about Noah, the little shit sold me a mod they paid 35 bucks for 110, understandably they hack their price sky high thats not my issue, the atomizer on the mod doesn't work correctly never did from the start I played with settings changed 3 different coils, when I brought it back 1 week after purchace and he said all sales are final no exchanges or refunds EVEN IF the product is broke, iv shopped at this store for 5 years since b4 this punk was trying to run the store when they had legit lady and her husband son daughter (Mike and Mike Jr) running the store, this place has gone down hill with the unprofessional Noah and being a smart ass as I walked out the door I will NEVER shop at this place again fire that dirt ball Noah refund my product for one that works and maybe I'll come back but if this is how you treat customers I will nev2er step foot in your place again whatever happened to 3p days money back garuntee on a product to work SMH read more

Wow just after reading reviews I decided to visit this shop and was extremely dissatisfied with Lori's customer service skills sadly I leaned on her glass counter to inquire about a specific product she neglected to assist me and harshly chastised me for doing so. There were no signs and she made me feel like a dirty minority (I am black and Latin) and disabled she discriminated against me in her store. I hope this wasn't the issue because its sad if it was the case. I chose not to buy from this store any more. read more
