sells dull vapes and don't let you trade in for a different one! have never heard of a smoke shop…read morethat does that, got told a $20 vape was compatible with my battery and it wasn't, was assured by 2 different employees they were. okay great! just means they sell gross dull vapes and don't care to help the situation, even after they were told it's dull and no flavor they still refused to help the problem, even after requesting if they do store credit. do better. this is not the first time either with red star and it was this location, took the L that time but this time i wanted to speak up thinking they'd do a trade no problem, but nope they don't care about customers or their product they are selling which is clearly dull and they know !!! went to another smoke shop to get the same vape cuz they also have nothing in stock and wasn't about to drop another 20 to get scammed and the other one tasted normal.

When I entered the store my intentions was to buy a replacement top for my vape and a bottle of vape juice. However, I decided not to purchase the items right then do to my own reasoning. While waiting for my ride to arrive another customer entered the store. I then began to plug my phone into the socket to charge just for a split second so I wouldn't missed the phone call for my ride. Tarah (The Manager) proceeded to say "Excuse me, but I cannot have you hanging out in here" I replied politely. I just need to charge my phone for a second while I wait on my ride. She then stated I'm sorry but you cannot just be in here hanging out. I walked out the store and stood outside. This was so embarrassing for her to kicked me out of the store for no legitimate reason at all. I then reached out to another Red Vapor location advised them of the situation and to verify if I wasn't able to charge my phone in the store. The employee I spoke with stated "No ma'am, if you needed to charge your phone for a few seconds that should've been okay" even though you didn't purchase the items it should have been fine for you to charge your phone for a second. I don't see an issue with that and do not understand why she made you leave the store. She then advised me to email you all regarding this matter. Which I haven't received any feedback. I've purchase items at this location before and this is the first time I've experienced something like this. It was very embarrassing, I felt like I was being treated this way because of my race, and it was very hurtful. I really hope someone look into this matter and the employee/manager Tarah is coached on this kind of behavior towards African American customers. Thanks!

But the way i was just treated when I walked through their door, was disgustingly unprofessional. I will never be coming here again. i pulled up to this smoke shop so I could buy a battery real quick. I spent FIVE minutes in my car counting money. When I walked in, I was greeted by Bryce, who is the manager. He immediately turned me away and accused me of doing drugs in the front of the store. Which i have NEVER done. I don't even do drugs. He claimed that he had security footage of me but when i asked for proof to roll back the tape, he flat out refused and told me to get out. I am completely BAFFLED. I have never been treated with such disrespect from a stranger. Bryce, needs to be fired immediately. 0/10 stars
