They do not know my name however i purchase cigarettes (by the carton or pack) incense etc., I spend a lot of money in this shop. Now they are hiring the rudest most disrespectful people to represent them. I am a customer and when I make a purchase do not assume anything about me. I have earned an associate degree at 66 yrs old - with that being said my mind is clearly intact and I can count up to ten (lol) I will be going elsewhere for my smoking needs. Also if I just get a book of matches learn to say thank you and show some type of respect.

Price tag said $29.99, but we found out when we got home we were actually charged $10 more for it. This place isn't exactly near home, as we were just passing by and stopped. It wasn't worth the drive all the way back to argue about $10. That was not the only thing purchased there. We spent a decent amount, so that $10 upcharge would have been nice to avoid. All I can say to other patrons is just to make sure that whatever price tag you saw is what they are charging you.

Out of curiosity i looked ut up on line when i got home and the same lighter sells a Walmart for .59 cents. Up to a max of $5 anywhere else. First he doesn't know the prices of either one. What because i drive a Jaguar hes gonna rip me off. Now i do under stand people have to make a living. BUT I WILL NEVER STOP THERE AGAIN. i will quit smoking before i allow some one to hustle me over like that.

The furniture is well broken in and pretty comfy, and Sal is a pleasant and helpful Manager/ Owner. This place has a huge stock of great pipe tobaccos from around the world, as well as pipes of all sorts and cigars! Some really cool ashtrays and lighters as well. Cooler case has a good variety of beverages. Sooo, cool, divey, downtown cigar and pipe shop. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere, everything you need to get away from it all for a few hours. Has become one of my favorite places in town.

Both times I've visited here, the employees were super attentive and greeted me right away. They asked me if I need any help and assured me they were there to assist me, whenever. The customer service is stellar here. I feel very welcomed here, which is always a nice feeling. I don't visit smoke shops often, but I think it's safe to say this is one of my faves.
