The owner and all…read morethe employees are super friendly and knowledgeable on the products they sell, and they help you quickly. Any time I ask for suggestions or have questions, they point me in the right direction and offer their own opinion on products. They are honest if they haven't personally tried something I'm asking about but always offer me as much information as possible so I can make an educated decision before purchasing. I come here for their Snoop Dogg vapes and Ambedo Kava/Kratom drinks mainly, but I also pick up other random stuff they have for sale. They offer a HUGE selection of vapes, CBD products, kratom, glass, and vape/smoking accessories and sooo much more. This shop also has a ton of anime stickers, posters, keychains, and other random little knick knacks that I enjoy purchasing every so often. I recently purchased a pair of Ghost Face socks and car air fresheners with horror movie and anime characters that smell so good! Trust me, you won't regret stopping in, they constantly get new stuff in and I'm pleasantly surprised to see more and more products added to their shelves. Their pricing and selection is better than any other shops I've visited in AZ since I've been here. This is the ONLY vape shop I go to now! Thank you guys, you're the absolute best!!

He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and successfully sold us more than what we came in for! This is okay though, we learned a lot & enjoyed speaking with him. He was not rushing us along, was happy to explain things in depth & there was no pressure to buy anything at all. The shop is clean, smells nice, has a huge selection, wide variety of products, and a great dude behind the counter. The pricing is also very reasonable, another win for Buddy's Smoke Shop! We will definitely be back in the future.

Best vape shop in the East side, hands down. As far as customer service... best shop I have ever…read morebeen too. Period. I purchase disposable vapes on the regular. On one occasion I was charged twice for the same item and showed the shop my bank statement as proof. I was happy to take a second vape instead of a refund. When I asked them to do this, they took care of me. This past Saturday I purchased a disposable vape with 11ml juice and it stopped "puffing" the next day but the device still showed the illuminated light when taking a hit. I went to the shop to let them know and they gave me a free replacement. I'll be totally honest, I felt that the first issue was necessary to resolve and felt that the second issue could have a been an SOL situation. Nevertheless, these guys run an honest shop snd know the value of their customers. I appreciate you guys and feel that this level of care is unheard of nowadays, especially at a smoke shop. Thanks again Power Smoke Shop. You guys deserve 10 stars

We looked around a bit, even tried to joke with the guy to be met with silence. My husband took one step at the end of the counter to look at a price and the guy literally yelled at him to step back. We took this as our cue to leave and I said to have a nice day. Dude said have a better day and I replied that I am (well was) having a great day. The guy lost his cool and started screaming cuss words at us. Not only will I never step foot in the door again, I suggest no one else does until the put their employees through anger management. I also take back my compliment on his "I want pizza not feelings" shirt. That guy needs to get his feelings in order. UPDATE-I would like to speak with the owner. I will continue to spread the word on the incredible employee misconduct. We did absolutely nothing wrong the entire time we were in the store
