I bought 2 puff plus bars. The employee was telling me how puffs quality control was not consistent. After paying for them, she told me I should try them out to see if they work. They weren't for me so I just opened them to see if they were leaking or not. One was broken. I came in 20 minutes later to exchange it. The employee says all sales are final and there are signs everywhere that says that and I should've tried them before I walked out. I told her it wasn't for me. The employee tells me, "Well you shouldn't be buying stuff for other people." Such an uprighteous store even though marijuana is a schedule 1 drug under the Controlled Substance Act. read more

Bought two lush ice puff bars, both came out of the package leaking at the bottom. Went back in and they swapped them out from a new box. Three of the new puff bars, new out of the box, were also leaking. Finally got two that weren't leaking and seemed to work. 6 hours later and they're both dead (getting red blinking light). DO NOT SHOP HERE!!The owner is a total asshole. He says 'he's all about the money' instead of costumer service, so don't expect a friendly environment. We bought an e-nail for over $100 and a quartz bowl piece for $10 today. The quartz piece broke because we couldn't have it put together at the store because the owner was loudly rushing his employees and costumers out of the store (not sure why, it was 3 in the afternoon, so they weren't closing and only 2 customers in the store) We followed the instructions given to us to put it together and of course it broke. We went back and were told that we would have to be charged again for the quartz piece. When I asked why we are being charged again the owner got defensive immediately. He then got super angry (as did I) and basically kicked us out of the store but not before literally throwing $10 at us. Which is freaking stupid because he had just tried to charge us $10!! Why not just replace the quartz bowl??? He said it's because he didn't want to deal with us. We have spent 100s of dollars there before and would have continued to do so if not for the asshole of an owner. I never leave reviews but he says he doesn't care about reviews, so here you go. Today is my last visit here after a couple of years of coming a couple times a week. I walk in to the store, no other customers, say good morning to the employee while he walks behind the e-juice. I stand there for about 5 minutes while he dicks around closing bottle nozzles and pretending to wipe things down until I finally ask if I can get some service. Every other time I have an employee ask if there is anything they can help with after standing still for a minute or two. This employee says "What do you want" then when I ask for the flavors I want he moves bottles that I ask for (and are exactly what I asked for) saying they don't have them. Fine I'll just get 1 bottle to tide myself over until I can go to Blue Dragon. I go to pay and on the way out he says "You should have asked for help and not stood there like a dumbass." to which I say "You should try some customer service like the other people who work here." After hearing that he starts cussing me out as I walk out. I'm never coming back again, and neither are a few friends who would spend at least $100 a week just on Hookah supplies. There are a lot of tobacco shops around. You should have hired better employees. read more

I Stopped by this shop a few days ago and saw that the original owner is back! They are in the process of updating the store and adding a ton of new product. There was a divorce battle going on the last two years that affected the business and the people who were running it during that time ran the store down to complete filth and emptiness. Not to mention they were rude as hell but now that the original owner is back, the shop will be back up and running the proper and respectful way it used to be!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!! so I have to drop for tasc and did not know I was being put on the program. Needless to say I was very "dirty" and needed to pass a drug test THAT DAY. Since tasc watches you I figured out a way to use fake urine to pass. Use your imagination. I knew quick fix was the best option. I had heard none of the detox drinks worked. I decided on this shop because although very far from my house it's close to tasc and had decent reviews. (Probably all from friends and family). I knew what I needed. Went In bought it And was about to leave when the man that rang me up asked me what it was for. I told him it was for tasc and he immediately said "YOU WILL NOT PASS WITH THIS!!!" They will catch you!! He completely freaked me out (I was already a ball of nerves about passing) and said the ONLY thing that would work is their qcarbo ellimenex drink. It conveniently is 70$. I was extremely skeptical as I had actually already researched this drink and saw that it didn't work. He assured me that it was because they used it wrong or didn't drink a big enough bottle. I explained to him that I had used that morning and had smoked cigarettes (all things it says not to do for the drink to work) he assured me that indeed it would work 100% GUARANTEED! He said over and over this was the ONLY product that would work. He kept saying if I didn't buy it I would go to jail and scared the life out of me. So against my better judgement and because I was desperate which I'm sure he knew, I bought it. I also had to buy an at home drug test for 10$ and I also bought the quick fix which I originally came in to buy just in case. He told me not to buy it but thank goodness I did. I then proceeded to sit In my car in the hot sun for 5 hours while I went through the whole process (and trust me it's a process) of drinking the drink. It tasted awful and made me sick all day. After following the instructions to the letter, I began to pee. I peed four times like instructed and on the fifth time I tried the drug test. DIRTY! Like VERY dirty. So I thought maybe I hadn't urinated enough so I went back in to the smoke shop. I talked to a new person this time. I explained to him exactly what I had told the other guy and this guy said "NO WAY! This will not work for you! I don't know why he sold you this! You have to have a least 24 hours in between your last use, you cant smoke etc etc." at this point I'm pissed. How can two people from the same shop tell me two completely different things?? But he still had no problem selling me a second drug test. At this point the original guy came out and reassured me I just needed to drink more water and keep peeing and in an hour I would be good to go. So I go wait ANOTHER hour in the hot car. Pee a bunch more. STILL DIRTY!!! finally I had no choice but to go with my original option and guess what? The quick fix worked like a charm! I then went back to the store to ask for my money back. If it had been Like 10$ I wouldn't have cared so much but to spend 100$ on product you did not want or even ask about, and then be lied to in order to buy it, you bet I wanted my money back. I was then told they don't do refunds but to call the manufacturer. I was pissed. This was not the manufacturers fault. They clearly say you need 24 hours clean etc. this was the smoke shops fault. They lied to me and scammed me and practically forced this useless drink on me plus the 25$ worth of drug tests. I was very calm and polite but assertive. The man working told me that if I came back in the morning he promised I would get my money back. I asked him repeatedly and made him PROMISE since I live 37 minutes away. It's not exactly convenient or cheap for me to come back down. He PROMISED. so I got up early the next day walked in and was immediately greeted by rudeness. One of the workers was nice. An older guy with a beard. He was sympathetic and understood my anger. He explained to the owner what happened and the owner could not have been ruder! Talk about ZERO customer service. I have worked in the customer service industry for a long time and would be FIRED instantly if I ever treated a customer that way. He basically told me tough shit. That he wasn't giving me a dime back. Then tried to act like it was my fault it didn't work. As if I was too stupid to properly drink a drink. Not only was I lied to initially to get me to purchase 100$ worth of useless product, but I was then lied to again when I was told if I came back in the morning I would be reimbursed. The owner even had the nerve to tell me "he technically didn't promise your money back, he promised we would take care of you" oh so they lie so often they have it down to an art over there! So not only did they scam me out of 100$ but they also wasted a ton of my time. 5 hours in a hot car drinking that god awful drink and then having me drive across town the next morning just to get told to suck it. If I could rate this place on selection and quality alone, I would give it 5 stars. Customer service... not so much. A bit of unbiased background- I've been coming to this place for over a year and have since probably have spent over $1000 on miscellaneous and everyone has been typically nice and helpful. Today was the first time I ever had to return anything and it was a horrible experience. A few weeks weeks ago I walked in to buy a replacement coil for a vape, (I also bought there), that was $15.99 who was sold to me by the same guy I talked to about returning it. When i initally went in i asked for the replacement part for my specific piece. Apparently there are two different types of replacement parts for it but both come in boxes that look exactly alike (both types cost the same price, $15.99). I was inadvertently sold the wrong one and when I went in to switch them out, the same guy who sold it to me gave me hell for no reason and did not want to exchange it for me. The coil had never been used, was in perfect condition. I was told that I had to buy a new one and that I specifically bought the wrong one on purpose as if to indicate that I were trying to get one over on them. When I questioned why, the sales associate went as far as accusing me of "making him out to be a liar" and a man with a middle eastern accent who appeared to be the manager came over to me and asked "why I talk so much" and without even hearing my side of the story, asked me to "come back on Monday when the owner is there". I tried to be civil and ask what the problem was considering they were both the exact same price, perfect condition, and was sold to me by, a seemingly, innocent mistake. He told me he "hears me" but that he couldn't help me. When the manager intervened again, the other guy deferred to him and the manager finally bothered to hear my story. When he found out how dumb this all was, he asked me if anything was wrong with the coil, both me and the sales associate said no, and then he proceeded to tell the associate "oh... yeah. Swap it for him". I walked out fuming. Hopefully if you buy something from this place, hope to God you won't ever have to return it. Super bad experience over nothing that has me wondering if I ever want to come back. Quick note to the owner: your store/$6 pin is awesome but your guys made it such a bad experience for me that I probably will never go back. read more
