Unfortunately, UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. The woman that works there, Kelly I think is her name, is awesome and knowledgeable and kind. But the store marked up a 2 pod pack (pods which currently cost $8-$11 online and other physical stores in the area) to like $20 or more... I bought em cuz I needed em immediately. I can usually get 4- FOUR!!! -of the same kind of pods, but they are MESH coil pods, for my vape at any store for less than $20. Oh and btw, the traditional pods were the "cheaper coils" aka regular coils, which cost even less. So I will never go to this place again because they SS$$$$$$Uck now. Imagine scamming people during a pandemic. I come in ask for a coil for my pod get offered one go home fill them they both don't work. I go back explain the situation some older guy tells me I bought the wrong one (based off his employees reccomendation) and there is nothing he can do about it. He recocgnized me and my purchase but told me there is nothing he can do. I'd much rather stop vaping than give this scammy place my business ever again. Been going to another large vape chain for years because there's a location somewhat close to North Scottsdale. One of their stores recommended Blue Dragon as a suggestion on my quest to find a particular mod, in a particular color after calling 8 of their stores unsuccessfully. The first Blue Dragon store I called (Dobson & University) had it in stock... total score! I was really impressed with the store. Huge variety of everything and I ended up dropping over $200 because prices were almost as low as the cheapest prices I have seen online, so I bought everything I have been putting in various virtual wish lists all over the Internet (I went in there with the intention of only buying the mod for $55, lol). It also helped tremendously that the girl who helped me (Addison) really knew her sh#t. I mean she didn't balk at any of the questions i threw at her. I was thoroughly impressed. I started vaping about a year and a half ago to try and quit smoking. I visited a number of vape shops and thought "this might work," but mostly vaped for the novelty. I never quit smoking and returned solely to my stinky old pack of Winston Lights. Fast forward to 2019. I visited Blue Dragon and met David and Lena. Their service was exceptional, but more importantly, they invested their time in teaching me about the process. They taught me about mods, tanks, coils, juices, and answered all my questions. They established trust. I haven't picked up a cigarette in 8 weeks. In fact, my wife (with some help from the folks at Blue Dragon) picked up her own salt nic rig and hasn't smoked in 5 weeks. It may sound unbelievable, but we're really kicking this nasty habit that we never thought we'd be able to conquer. I don't think we could have done it without Blue Dragon. Excellent service.
